I have higher hopes that the governance in Philippines will change. If only we educate ourselves more and stop electing the wrong ones, we won't suffer the consequences of our bad choices. I heard he made the public classrooms air-conditioned which made me really think it's not impossible for DepEd to have good facilities in every public school. I really hope change is coming and equality and equity are present in the Philippines. Being a warm country can be bad as it drives the warmth to put more in the pockets but still I wish for a catalytic change!
