😍 coconut? Chocolates too but I guess I have to fast more 🤭. Almonds we love cause that's the only sweets we know before but I have to explore more foods because the Universe is wide to miss the others
Ya I love almonds too. My favorite nut. I use to fast a lot when I was a wrestler back in high school. I don't miss those days. I prefer now to work out hardier if I slip a bit in the eating department 😊 I usually don't treat myself too often. I notice fasting in common thing among Pinays, am I wrong?
Not just Pinays but other races as well. The church is growing with different congre/groups so many people on their own pace try fasting. Some do it in 3 days bla bla. You are a wrestler 😲
I was many things in the past 😆 I wrestled my entire childhood and through high school. Played basketball up to grade 8. Also was a football player and did track and field. I guess I was what you can call a jock 🤣 fasting is practiced by a lot I have just noticed every Pinay I have met that wants to loose weight incorporates fasting. Maybe it is hard to diet better I mean rice and noodles are big staples there. Maybe I'm wrong thinking that, but they are my experiences so far.
Hahaha tummy women maybe. Rice and noodles, even bread and noodles have almost both composition but we eat it. I don't know why? 😂 Goodnight
