Hiyaa! Banitsaa! Banitsaaaaa! If we have Pansit (noodles in the Philippines) They have Banista here (traditional food )They eat this on every occasion, birthdays, Christmas, New year, or even for a snack. Mamo baked this yesterday for our dinner. We have a lot of nettle leaves so we added them too. You can also make a vegan version of this. (no eggs, no cheese) What's inside: nettle leaves (you can also put spinach ) Leak eggs and feta cheese Steps: Saute leak and nettle leaves Make a dough You can also buy a ready made banitsa sheets Mix egg and feta cheese together On sheets, add the leak, nettle leaves add egg and feta cheese Roll the sheets on circle Place on baking tray Oven 45 mins This is like egg rolls but a giant version lols! Would you like some? Have an awesome day everyone! #Photography
