I heard somebody knocking on my door. I was nervous and excited at the same time. "Is it John"? It took me some time to put my makeup on. I've been waiting for this day to see him.  John invited me to eat out together. Am I blushing? I tried to calm myself down. I took a deep breath and opened the door. "Am I dreaming?" If it's a dream I don't want to wake up.   It was John waiting, holding a bouquet of flowers. I let him in.  He didn't change a bit he was the same John that I knew for decades. I couldn't say a word. My world stopped for a second. He held my hands and handed me the flowers.  Oh, Mary, it's good to see you, dear. " It's good to see you too, John" and  I hugged him tight...
