@Sunnylife more from that month

Mamo's distant relative calls her now and then. She has slight dementia but still remembers Mamo's number. She would ask my mom in law for everything, doctor's consultation, books, brandy recipe lols you name it. Now and then, we bring her stuff that she needs. Whenever we go downtown we would stop and chat with her through her window and she would tell her life stories. Her name is Baba Victoria. The other day she called at home, asking if we could pick a loaf of bread from her place. She got plenty and doesn't want to throw it away. So I went and picked it up. Baba Victoria is always generous. She then asked my name. I told her my nickname but she couldn't process it. I repeated it 3x I paused for a while, then I remembered that my nickname isn't common here :) So I replied '' My name is ...Maria" "Oh, Maria, bless you. (With a big smile on her face) "Bless you too and thank you so much for the bread" Maria is a common name here. Oh well, it is close to my real name anyway :):) Some of our friends or families may be lonely. Especially nowadays that we couldn't even see or visit them. Drop them a message, call them and check how they are doing. Kahit minsan nakakatakot sumagot sa mga biglaang nangungumusta, (oy ano kaya kailangan nito, gipit den ako wag mangamusta, pero sige keri lang hehe ohh divaaa dyok ) Chillax this weeekend. Try not to worry much. Take care of yourself so we can take care of our loved ones. Sharing some photos from sunny Andalucia #throwback #life #photography #andalucia #originalcontent
