Good evening lovely friends! Tadannnn! Here are freshly harvested tomatoes from Mamo's garden! Look how big they are and they are sweet. Yup, we eat tomatoes every day lols. (especially in the summertime ) they keep coming #blessings. We are grateful for Mamo. Even Though this year, we spend less time in the garden because we are building at home. For the coming days, we'll start making kompot, jam and pickles from different vegetables. This morning, we bought 30 kg of plums. Another blessing, they are on sale again (30 cents/kg) . Next time, I'll post the jam that we made last week. sarao naman fresh harvest. Sbagay tomatoes are considered a fruit din naman not really a vegetable.... Perfect to sis for sauces din. Ang laki nila may anak pa.. haha

Hurray! I miss eating watermelon, I always buy the 20 or 40 pesos cut in the market or pantry everytime. We used to buy 1 whole in San Jose.
Wow ang kaki naman ng kamatis dyan. Gaya ng mga nakikita ko sa anime. Kaka excite naman yung jam. Abangan ko yan ipopost mo. 😀

I don’t know why, but homegrown tomatoes taste so much better than the ones bought from supermarkets! My grandma used to grow them too so I had the chance to compare. But those ones from your Mamo’s garden are huuuge!! My grandma’s tomatoes weren’t that big. Your Mamo’s must be taking really good care of them! Making kompot, jam, and pickles sound so exciting! I’ve been into pickling myself but I’ve only tried it on radish and cucumbers. ☺️
Oh yes, they are sweet and organic. It's a blessing to have a garden :)
