You are your first priority.
I know we spend our life thinking "if i do this.. that person will not like that" If I say that... what that person will think about me". Why we don't care if we don't do it how will we feel? Why don't we care about ourselfes more than anything? Why we aren't our first priority. We should also think about ourselves sometimes. We should give ourself some rest from thinking about other's. We need to think about other's but not prefer them then ourselves.

First thing first! Self is first and number one. I call it the most preferred priority. Who wakes up in the morning without thinking about his or her self first?
