THERE'S NO ACTUAL REST ANYWHERE We try as much as possible to find some well deserved rest when we are weary or when sickness comes. We do it because it is really necessary for us to do that at the moment. But when it comes to the actual fact, humans do not even get the deserved rest. There's nothing like rest anywhere. Why? Because, a person has been assigned to be busy right from the day the person is born till the moment death comes. The 365 that makes up a year is always about one issue to the other. From work issue almost everyday of the week, to family issue, to health issue or other issues which we even don't plan on having. It's all about being busy and engaging in one form of activity to the other. So the life we live doesn't actually give us rest the way we want it. #RandomThoughts

Yes, we are always very busy but we need to find time to rest to recharge our bodies. Give enough time for your body to work and rest. You need to balance it.
