Too many sanctions from the United States and her allies against Russian government, companies and individuals on going. Too many resignations by Russian nationals holding public offices worldwide. Russian Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich almost in the final stages of selling the club to a new owner. The numerous sanctions hasn't been able to stop Russia from the military operations yet.
