Someone has a passion for a profession and the person is doing that work he loves. But that passion comes with very enormous stress and the pay is equally little. Someone else doesn't have a passion for a profession he is working but the pay is very good and work stress is limited. This is two different scenarios that need attention and advice. Which one do you choose from if you were in this scenario? #RandomThoughts

i only look for the word stress... if it is my passion, i dont think stress should be present.. and if that is the case, i think i wont choose that work..
I have been on the first case for a long time, when I discovered my passion for information technologies and I started studying and working as a web developer. I have reached a little above junior level on it and then I had a major burnout because I was studying and working endless hours while being paid next to nothing.. On the other hand I wouldn't take the alternative of working on something that I don't care about. Then, and after the major burnout effects started being less intense, I discovered some options to get paid for various tasks like surveys, watching ads etc, which made my income stress levels lower and at the same time I started exploring the blockchain field and became a major enthusiast, to the point that it's on my plans to study blockchain development and build my own projects! And, as I now don't have urgent web development projects for clients giving me anxiety but I still love the field, I started studying it again in order to use it for my own projects as well! 😝 A rather complicated answer and approach, but that's how I have experienced the dilemma you present!
I have passion if the work is worth the pay, even if the challenges are stressful. Because it is a struggle.
