It might be little; It might be shabby; It might be slow. People put in a decent effort to make out the best for themselves in their various chosen career or goals. One thing you shouldn't do, is to put off the effort of someone who tries his best to better his finances, goals or human development. Don't discourage his movement or progress in anyway.
