I have work in a private school as a teacher for almost a decade. For the last 2 years the management has changed a lot after the son of the school owner split with his wife for infidelity issues. Months after, the owner got this new girl. She is beautiful but her attitude is far beyond fixing. Whatever she says, everyone shall follow even if it does not make sense at all. The owner lost his rationality and became her puppet.
During the acquaintance party last year, she imposed around $8 dollars for each student's payment. There was no inclusion like food or water. She said the payment was for the local bands and the raffle tickets. Teachers and parents' meeting became useless because she will always has the final say. The staff in the offices do not have the voice. She even used degrading and discriminating words during employees' meeting. Suggestions were always declined. Students' complains were never heard even once.
That's why I tendered my resignation letter last month, and next week will be my last days of work. The principal, other staff, and four teachers including me are resigning as well.
I am always dedicated and passionate in my work; however, if the environment is not healthy at all, I better be jobless than having an income that would might the cause of my mental and emotional exahaustion.

MISSING A LOT OF THINGS
I missed a lot of things here in noise.app. both good and bad. The good thing is there are still a lot of noisers who are active here and the bad thing is I was shocked of the passing of one my good friends here @pachuchay may her soul rest in peace.
To the Catholic believers death on earth means birth in heaven but nonetheless, the death of a loved one is the most painful thing a living person will experience here on earth.
I hope and pray that her family has recovered from the great loss especially her husband and daughter.
Anyway, I am happy to stop by, dear noisers.
I hope I can still keep noising from time to time.

Good evening, noisy pals!
It has been months since I posted here.
I was just busy these days because of work and to be honest I was not so motivated to update here knowing that most of my friends are not so active here anymore.
I really miss the old noise.cash because it is still a bit strange to me using this new app since I was comfortable using the old one. Additionally, to be honest I also wish the f*** BCH.
I hope this app will be back to its original operations and that is to give a freebie in a form of BCH.
I will try to update here friends as long as I can.

SUPER LATE POST
Good morning noisy family, although it is already so late but allow me to greet everyone a prosperous new year.
There was a problem with my internet connection at home that is why I was not able to update here for a long time.
Today is the first day of school so I got the chance to post here using the school's internet connection.
2022 had ended so I hope that we are so ready to face the challenges of the year 2023.
Let us face this year with more love and affection towards the people we love.
May this year will bring to us more blessings and opportunity than the previous year.

A SHORT NOTICE
Last Thursday afternoon, I was asked by an acquainted teacher.
He is already a doctor of education and has a review center for teachers aspiring to pass the LET and some professionals who want to take the civil service exam.
He asked me if I would be available today, and because I did not want to say no, I said I was.
He asked me to have a session today with the enrollees of his review center and it took me 2 nights to prepare the materials.
I did not have much sleep for two nights as I was so busy preparing, and today is D-day.
I am quite nervous because it is my first time experiencing outside my affiliated school.
But I should take this challenge to grow, although the pay cannot compensate for the restless night preparing the materials the important thing is I will not become stagnant as well and as I will have my lecture, I am also learning at the same time.
In addition, I cannot just get $12 anywhere.

Thanks G, today my shift will gonna end at 5:00 PM.
Before it ends, we decided to order tea from a Tea House near our workplace.
I got the regular size since last time that I got the plus size, I can hardly consume it.
I was just thinking that I can consume it immediately because of the extreme thirst but I was not able to consume it before and it took me for over 30 minutes to finally empty the tea bottle.
Regular size is really for me.

CREMA DE LECHE HALO-HALO

Since today is the last culmination day of our Intramural, we aren't so busy right now because we will only be preparing for the awards later for this afternoon for our program.
So, we have some spare time to eat some dessert this morning.
We ordered this from Mang Inasal and was delivered by the Food Panda.
It only takes 25 minutes waiting time.

This is the first Intramural after pandemic.
The students are so excited playing ball games and indoor games.

Due to the severe hot weather today, halo-halo could be the solution to this problem.
We ordered halo-halo from the food panda a while ago and within 25 minutes it was delivered in our workplace.
It is really good what online deliveries can do.

RIVER SPINACH

We have here sauteed river spinach with pork but we call this in vernacular "Ginisang Kangkong".
By the looks of it, I can say that it tastes good especially since it is mixed with pork.

SPOTTED WHITE FLOWERS
Good evening dearest noisers!
I came to see these white flowers in the meadows earlier.
They are so beautiful that they could be adorned in the house yard or garden.
Their leaves were rough which can irritate our skin but the flowers are pretty although they do not have a sweet scent.
Maybe some places do not consider these flowers as wild but in our place, we can only see these flowers most of the time in the meadows.

BOILED MEAT'S BONE
Good afternoon noisers!
I am sure most of you are done taking your lunch.
We were done eating our lunch too and we have meat's bone soup with taro.
This soup increased our appetite in eating because the rice in our cauldron was almost finished.
Usually, we cooked rice intended for two meals but after our lunch, we need to cook another set for dinner later.

MISSING THE OLD TIMES

I was deleting some of my saved documents and pictures from my laptop and I saw this screenshot a year ago in noise. cash.
This was my post last year when the users in noise can still receive abundant blessings from the platform.
Of all my content in noise, this was the post that got the biggest tip from the admin.
Way back, every heart counts if your friends will heart your post, there will be an automatic tip that will be reflected in your post.
I really missed those old times and I think those times will never be back again.
Although I am sure that it is impossible to get those times back because we have this new platform now, I am still wishing sincerely with all my heart that those old times will return to this moment.

COCO'S DAY
Good afternoon noisy friends!
This was the scene earlier this morning.
Coco was seated on hubby's lap.
Whenever he hears the sounds of the plates and spoon, he will prepare himself to sit on hubby's lap.
This becomes his habit that started when he was small every meal which is why we are used to seeing him during meal time if not on hubby's lap he will also sit on my lap occasionally even my son's.
It is Caturday and definitely Coco's Day here in my noise post.

FREE SNACK
I got my free snack a while ago.
These pieces of sweet bread were made by our students who majored BSHM or Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
These were there semi-final performance in their Bread and Pastry subject.
For me the students have already a potential to be a baker or to be a pastry chef because the pieces of bread they made were very appetizing.
And the bread becomes more delectable because it was given for free.

BACK TO HOME
Good morning dearest friends!
It has been 5 days now since my last update here because I went somewhere far from home.
We finally arrived yesterday night.
We are glad we are safe and sound.
It was really a nice experience riding a plane for the first time.
I was nervous at first but I eventually enjoyed the rest of the time riding the plane.
When we were heading to our destination it was night time so I was not able to capture an amazing view but when we returned it was daytime so I managed to click some shots and even took a quick video of our landing.
Now, I will go back to my life working and I have a lot of things to do to make up my absences.
This is a busy Friday for me and I hope I can managed to the tasks I missed for many days.
Nonetheless, I am glad it is Friday because tomorrow is the weekend.

Good afternoon dearest friends!
We cooked our early dinner since we will be going somewhere with hubby later.
We have adobo here or fried pig's meat and liver.
It must be very tiring later since we cannot rest so much later because of the trip.
I am worried about my kids being at home alone but the consolation is they can already manage themselves independently since they are already teenagers.
I will try my best to update you here later, friends.
I hope I won't be experiencing jet lag later.

FORGOT THE TIME
Good morning dearest noisers!
I was preoccupied that I became so unaware of the time.
It has been two days already since I visited noise.
Because of the long holiday and the days of work suspension because of typhoon Paeng, I have so much on my plate this week that I was so busy that I cannot track the time.
Those few days that passed were so tiring that enabled me to sleep so late every night.
I am glad that today is Saturday and I will have a lot of time to rest.
I will be going somewhere tomorrow night to fix something and I will be home Tuesday night.
This will be my first time to be away from home and my kids for 20 years.
I can still remember the feeling when I was 12 years old, the first time I was away from home for 4 years.
I was devastated by homesickness.
I am at ease that it will only be for two days so I cannot feel too much homesickness.
And it is quite unbelievable at this age that tomorrow night will be my first time getting on the plane.

STILL UP
Hello, gorgeous noisers!
I am still working now because I need to finish the document to be used for tomorrow's LET review.
I think I cannot finish this one 100% because I am too tired already and I need to sleep now.
If only I started to do this in the morning probably it is all done at this moment.
I failed to do it in the morning since I went to Cebu City and after that, I went to the cemetery to visit the graves of my loved ones.
It is also nice working late because the internet connection is faster than in the morning.
I still have to finish some items tomorrow but I am glad there are already a few of them so I am sure that I can finish these items before the review schedule.
I will now sleep, my friends, we'll see again tomorrow.

All Saints Day and All Souls Day
Late evening noisy friends!
Before the 1st of November ends, let me greet everyone, Happy Halloween.
The Catholic church is celebrating All Saints Day and All Souls Day.
This is to remember the departed souls who are devoted to the Lord and these souls who are the saints and the souls who gained merits from God.
The Catholic church also believes in purgatory where the souls who aren't cleansed yet and are not yet worthy in heaven reside.
This 2-day celebration is not merely for fun and parties but it is celebrated so that the living may offer prayers to the souls especially those in purgatory who badly need our prayers and those souls who are not remembered by their loved ones.
I hope everybody knows the real essence of this 2-day celebration.

BUSY MONDAY
I was too busy earlier because I washed tons of clothes and we prepared some wood for tomorrow.
We will slaughter one of our pigs tomorrow since it is "All Souls Day".
We are going to sell it in the neighborhood.
Actually, I did have some customers already and all is set.
We will wake up tomorrow at 3:00 AM in order to get the job done before 7:00 AM and we are going to deliver the meat to our neighbors as well as to my colleagues in the city.
It has been a long day for me but I should not sleep yet since I need to do an important task for work on Nov. 3.
I will conduct a LET review once again and I am not done with my document yet so I need to finish this before classes resume.

MY SON'S SLEEPING, BUDDY
It is Caturday!
And I want to share with you the photo of my son with his best sleeping buddy.
Look at them, they are soundly sleeping and the cold weather seemed to be helping their good sleep.
They are already sleeping for over an hour now, my son ate his dinner early because he said he was sleepy and wants to rest.
When I checked him if he is truly sleeping, I found this adorable scene.
He told me last night that he is always sleeping with Coco for so many nights already and if Coco wants to go out to have a bladder break, Coco will wake him up to open the door.
My son and Coco's closeness has grown over time and I don't know what will be my son's reaction if Coco will be gone, oh God forbids it.

DRINKING HUBBY
Because of frequent rain in our place, out of boredom hubby and his brothers drank some liquor from morning til late afternoon.
My hubby has a weak tolerance for alcohol, especially alcohol that is mixed up.
They drank Kulafu at first and when Kulafu is out of stock in the store, they shifted to Emperador.
Now, he messed up all over the living room, and after he was massaged by his brother and drunk hot water with herbs he fell asleep on our sofa.
He is now sleeping like a baby while we are now cleaning his mess.
This was the third time he became like this because of mixing drinks and I guess he will only feel well the day after tomorrow.

LEFTOVER FOOD
Last night we cooked pancit for our 16th wedding anniversary celebration.
It is already a tradition in the Philippines that whenever there is a birthday or wedding anniversary there has to be a pancit that symbolizes a long life for birthdays and long relationships for marriage.
Since we cooked a half kilo of it last night, there is still plenty of leftovers.
We just stored it in the fridge and reheat it.
Our late lunch is ready my friends, so let us have a bite.

Hello guys, I just saw this notification of the number of unread messages.
Instead of the actual number of messages that we can see just like before, now it becomes 99+.
Maybe this is because I have so many unread messages now which is why this becomes like this.
At first, I was wondering why my unread messages become so few because the last time I checked it was almost 6K.
Maybe this is another update on the noise. app.
This is a good update for me because before when I will visit my unread messages I tend to be overwhelmed by the huge number of unread messages and I will become sad about how inactive I am here...hehehe..
Now, I feel a bit relaxed that I was not able to see my actual number of unread messages. hehehe...

16TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Good morning dearest noisers!
Yesterday, we celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary with hubby.
It felt like yesterday that we celebrated our wedding day.
I cannot believe that we are now celebrating our 16th year.
Time really flies so fast and right now we already have two teenage boys.
I can still remember our misunderstanding with hubby when our marriage started because we were still adjusting to both the good and bad sides.
Now, we have known each other for long years but still, we have misunderstandings and quarrels.
I know it is a part of being married for there is no perfect relationship.
All relationships are bound to have flaws and it is up to both parties how to accept and handle them with open-mindedness and patience of course God is always at the center of it.

NO HEARTS

How's the weather in your place?
Here, it is raining since morning.
Sometimes it mellows, sometimes it becomes strong.
I heard from the news that our weekend will be rainy.
By the way, this is the first time that I experienced in noise that my post from last day doesn't have any heart.
Does it mean that noise.cash will be totally abandoned by users soon?
I hope it won't happen since I still want to post and visit there from time to time and I will really miss noise.
