Transaction Fees: Metamask vs MyCrypto

I use Exodus Wallet. You can't set the fee there, but one is automatically charged. Right now it is $2.88. The fee charged is sufficient for the transaction to be confirmed immediately. But the ETH fees annoy me so much that I no longer use it.
I sometime use Exodus Wallet too, and it's not high fees like Metamask too, yep! :0) But I don't have my cryptos in these kind of wallets. Right now it's lower because gas fees are lower in Gwai. The numbers are just for comparison at a moment in time. I think ETH fees comes to abusive.. haha
Also. Care must be taken when manipulating the advanced options, as you may find yourself too low in relation to the price of gas, and the transaction can then take hours or even days..
