It doesn't snow where I live.
Still in Germany? Here they announced 15cm during this night. We will see. I take it as a good news! :0)
Oui. We have no snow, but -9 frost
I am in a mountainous region, with the Jura mountains on one side, the Alps on the other, etc.. between 800 and 900 meters from the sea level in a valley. But -9 degrees at your place is already very very cold, my friend. Stay warm! :0) No 15cm of snow this night.. Only 1 or 2. The news are always alarming. For not much, often.
I was in Grenoble once, it was very nice, but it was in summer.
I'm at 2 hours of Grenoble. Not far. It's an important french city with a big metallurgy industry in the past. It's also a city at the foot of the mountains.
