"NO" Do you find it hard to say no? For me, sometimes yes. Maybe because I don't want to disappoint them or I'm just too shy to say no. But we must learn to say "No". Just simply decline if you don't really want something or to do something. Don't make an excuse and tell lies just to pleased them. Yes or No is a choice and you have a choice to accept or decline people. Its your decision that matters at the end. Acceptance in their part is the key ♡ @Snowver

It's really hard to decline favors specially. But we should practice to say no to others it doesn't matter if they accept it.
