A sad moment for Thailand. At least 35 people ( 24 were child/infant) were killed in a childcare center in a rural area of Thailand. Ex-police corporal who was expelled from the police force because of using drugs done that tragedic mass murder. Thailand is a very low crime rate country and this unusual slain makes a big shock wave in society.
