Hokkien Mee breakfast Today after meeting, as usual want to grab some coffee for breakfast but when I pass tru the food station , I saw my favourite noodle was served on the tray 😍. This dish is called Fried Hokkien Mee, Mee is noodle in Singapore and Malaysia context. The full meaning is noodle fried with Hokkien style, but I believe this is food creation from Singapore Malaysia, and has got nothing to do with China Hokkien province. Hokkien Mee is fried yellow noodle with thick white noodle. It normally is fried with bit watery and make it juicy to eat , unlike the normal fried noodle which is fully dry.
