I saw different posts before about their conclusion on how the "explore" tab and "others" tab differentiate. But still can't get why those users in the "others" tab need to be separate. Are they not recommended to be explored or not a good example of posting good stuff? As I saw their profile, I think they're okay. 🧐 What's the reason for separating them?

Cause you haven't followed them yet thats why you see them in others and explore page its not related to spam or anything

The reason is that they are not belong to explore which was explained above and following which was also explain above. The system does not know Where to fit them so they are others.
