A man came home for his lunch break and found his neighbors girlfriend drunk and passed out in his house. He was scared and called his neighbor, told him to come home immediately! he asked if she was still alive and told him to check if she was breathing. When he tried to check if she was breathing, she woke up immediately and started screaming for help, he tried to calm her down and explain to her that she was drunk and passed out in his house and that he already called her boyfriend and he is on his way. Her boyfriend came and she told him a story about how the guy tried to rape her, he believed her, got really mad and threatened to kill him. When the police came, she told them the same lie about how the guy tried to rape her. Luckily another neighbor saw everything from the beginning, he told the police she was lying about everything. Earlier he saw her enter her boyfriends home with another man, they were both drunk, she was cheating on her boyfriend and tried to cover up by accusing the neighbor of rape. He also saw her when she went into her neighbors house when he wasn't home, she knew where he kept his house keys incase there was an emergency. They went to court and he was vindicated but her boyfriend still believed her and told everyone around that the guy was a rapist. After it was proven legally that he wasn't guilty, she was still spreading the rumor everywhere and it even got her fired from her job. 20 years later people are still accusing him of rape, people come to his business and tell his customers he tried to rape a woman. It has been really hard for him to own a business or work anywhere since them. Awww. This is sad. 😔 People nowadays usually point a finger to someone just to avoid themselves being on the hot seat. I hope the guy's name could be cleared not only in court, but in people's judgment
It is very difficult, to get out of a situation like this, unharmed. This is because society, is against the man.
Extremely difficult man, once your name has been associated with something like that it's hard to live a normal life even after it has been proven that you're innocent.

People only want to hear the bad stuff and even when you're innocent they still won't change their mind cause they don't like the person. It happens a lot, when someone gets accused, society destroys the person before any investigation and even when the person is innocent they don't care.
What a terrible story,...Hope someday he can lived in one place that no one will accuse him.,.because of the wrong accusation his life become terrible that girl is soo bad...
I know right, I hope he relocates to somewhere no one knows him and live his life but I know it's also really hard to leave your home and everything you've built there. It's a really sad situation
This is a tragic story. Apart from ruining the life of that man, her manipulation to control the society's reaction about the accusation is just unbelievable as she continued it for 20 years. I mean, where's the conscience? 😒🤦
People that do things like this have zero conscience, I can't understand how they think or what their motive is, even after getting caught they would still continue with the lie 😂
Maybe it's their definition of success. They strive hard on pulling others down which in fact, doesn't even make them rise up in a way. 🤦

Humans have tendency to cover up their guilties at any cost no matter whether its anybody life. Still, its better that he was not charged for rape allgations otherwise, he had to spend whole life thinking of what he did wrong.
That's the good part, at least he didn't get charged for something he didn't do. A lot of people are in jail for things like this and they are innocent. Just the accusation alone will ruin anybody's life
False accusations cant be avoided by anyone of us,but we can do something about it also its how we handle the situation seek help to prove innocence and do some actions to prove yourself also not guilty. What happened to that man even after proven not guilty in court maybe he just let the fake news spread and not even do something about it thats why a lot of people thinks that he really was a rapist bcoz he chose to stay silent.
In society people don't care if you're innocent, they only care about the bad news about you. I'm sure he and his family tried their best to tell everyone he is innocent, even his neighbor that saw everything knew he was innocent but the fake news about him still spread. There are a lot of situations like that everyday on the news, they accuse someone and everyone calls them guilty without any proof and even after it has been proven that it's not true a lot of people don't care.
It is for real life? That's a very bad accusations but we can't judge and blame the girl because today we all know that trusting someone too much is not a good habit. I hope someone gets the justice every time.
Yes real life story, I don't understand what you mean by we shouldn't blame or judge her, what she did is extremely horrible, she is a bad woman and should be in jail for ruining someones life like that for a lie. She lied against him and even after they proved that she was lying she still continued spreading the false information.
The wrong accusation continues because the man did not take any actions to stop what the woman had been doing. He must have filed a case against her in ruining his reputation not just let the rumor pass and be silent. Others will take silence as yes. Today, let us stand for our right, because being so good and timid you will be abused, people are manipulative for their personal interest, conscience no longer lingers in their system, many now are blinded of power and money, to live in luxury in anyway they could, and whatever it takes.
You're right you need to fight back as hard as possible, even if it means making an announcement everywhere, make sure everyone hears your side of the story just the way they heard about the lie.
