Anger Anger seems to be a nice word. It is a sign that we are alive and well; hate is a sign that we are sick and need to be healed Anger is a natural emotion in all of us. But mere it sends chills down the backbones of many individuals, families, and churches. It has been looked upon as a terrifying emotional monster......a violent and uncontrollable Frankenstein. Many of us are guilty of excessive out burst of anger for which we have either suffered or by which we have brought suffering, sometimes fatal suffering on others. Many of us can bear witness to the fact that people have died as victims of another man's anger. An SSS II student was charged of murder because he knocked the head of a JSS II student against a wall. The incident followed a quarrel between them over a bottle of Coca Cola. The JSS II student eventually died at the General Hospital shortly after reaching the Hospital. This was a "tragedy of uncontrolled anger". It has been said that anger is a natural emotion in man. Most interpretations and explanations of anger given by social scientists have one common feature-anger occurs when you, or those important to you, are threatened. Various Phases of Anger Phase 1 There is mild irritation-a feeling of minor discomfort brought on by someone or something. Phase 2 Indignation-frustration over something unfair or unreasonable. Phase 3 Wrath-a strong desire to avenge or punish, which never goes unexpressed. Phase 4 Fury- a state that suggest violence and temporary loss of control Phase 5 Rage- the most dangerous form, where acts of violence are committed by people scarcely aware of what they are doing. Like a school boy who stabbed his mate to death during a disagreement that occurred over a bottle of Coke. Mild irritation leads to indignation, indignation transitions into wrath. Wrath then leads to fury, while fury metamorphosed into rage. Perhaps the monster we have learned to fear and despise is lurked in these last three phases. And possibly, these phases are why so many people try to keep this emotion locked in the cellars of their hearts, behind doors of denial. **God's View about Anger** Too often, to be considered "good Christians," we've had to bottle up our anger and drop it to the bottom of our being. Over time, however, this repressed anger ulcerates into bitterness, revenge, and other harmful feelings that leak out and poison the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual streams which flow from our hearts. 1. Anger is a God given emotion. We should be grateful to God for giving us his ability to feel emotions. But why do many of us keep trying to give back the gift of anger? 2. Anger is not necessarily sinful. "Be angry, and do not sin." It is as though someone were to say to you, "Now when you go out. tonight, enjoy yourself. Have a good time-but not at the expense of others." In the same way, we are being told, "Be angry, but do not carry that anger to the point of its becoming sin." 3. Anger has safeguards. All hot water heaters have an important safeguard built into them called a pop-off valve. When excessive heat and steam build up too much pressure inside, the pop-off valve automatically blows and releases it. But what about you and me? What do we do when anger is boiling inside of us? **Why do we get Angry?** Anger may be triggered when anything or anybody hinders our forward progress, challenges our intelligence or takes us for granted. We become angry when we are treated with disrespect. Anger is also triggered when ones selfhood is threatened. When anger occurs, two things are present: a good person and a threat. When you feel angry, you feel threatened or endangered by something. Any threat to your selfhood (or those people, ideas and things which are important to you) triggers an internal alarm system indicating that you're under attack. **Possible Causes of Anger** Check the following list to see some anger possible causes of anger: Srong disagreement in views, ideas, and opinions. Anguish on inferiority feelings. Hurts from false accusations and put downs. . Distress when taken for granted. V. Disappointment with other oversights of your needs. Anxiety stemming from loneliness. Guilt from disagreement with others or disappointing others. Discouragement with personal failures and lack of initiative. Jealousy and envy of those who receive or achieve abundantly. Pain from neglect. Trauma of physical or mental abuse e.t.c. **Final thought** Anger, like love, is a feeling all mankind struggles to understand, but the mark of maturity is proven by the way feeling is controlled. Also, we know that since anxiety is an inescapable part of being human, anger also has angry to be present. Christians who are willing to face anger have the possibility of expanding their spiritual maturity. Spiritual maturity includes choosing what we will allow to ably upset us, then controlling how we express our feelings to guarantee the greatest benefit to all concerned. The closer we walk with God, the more emotional control se should have-enabling us to gently express our feelings of anger before allowing resentment to take root. Decide at the beginning of the day that you will allow any feelings of anger to catch your attention and teach you something more about yourself. Controlling angers constructively and with optimism leads to peacemaking: "But the wisdom tham comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Pancake Pancake is a fun snack in my family. We do prepare it once in a while thou, pancake is not a regular food for us. My mom is a super chef and an excellent mother in all aspects. She taught us how to make it. Sometimes I will get it perfectly but most times it's always so bad that I won't be able to eat it myself. The other day I made it with my little brother that was the most terrible pancake I've ever made in my life it was breaking, burnt, too much baking powder infact we had to dispose it. We ended up drinking water for breakfast that day🤣 My elder brother love Pancakes so much that he can prostrate for me to make it for him before going out, that's when I will start telling him to do things that are beyond his power. He can eat pancakes in the morning, afternoon and night without complaining. Today I made pancakes for the family at first it wasn't coming out well, later on after the third pancake it came out fine and not burnt just like how my mom would do it. My Little sister has been coming to the kitchen to steal the ones that are done from the plate. I was already starving and it was looking like malaria to me because I was hungry. I kept making the pancakes without getting to eat as much as I want and I still suffered to make it ooo....thief!!!! I made two parts that's because my parents does not like much sugar became my mum is not feeling too well. I made the other part for we we, for us that can take in sugar without any issue. I made my home made pancake today with: - Plain flour - Baking powder - Sugar - Salt - Eggs - A Tin milk - Vegetable oil Other addictivs: Pepper, onion, flavours, butter, honey, cinnamon e.t.c Directions: - In a Large bowl, sieve the flour into the bowl then mix the flour with sugar, salt, and baking powder. That's one of the rules of mixing that is dry agents first. Mix the wet agents that is the milk and eggs together and pour it into the flour mix. Mix well to avoid lots of lumps - Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot with Orange juice 😊😊or anything you like. That’s really all there is to it. Of course, pancakes aren’t without their challenges. We’ve all had bleh pancakes, or dense or flavorless or undercooked or burnt or practically scrambled when you want to flip them. My Pancakes getting scrambled whenever I want to flip is my major issue and that is because of too wet batter. There are many more challenges like: **Getting flat pancakes** This could be as a result of an overly-wet batter. Add a little extra flour and see if that makes a difference. The batter should be thick enough that it drips rather than runs off the spoon and remember, it should have some lumps still in it. If a little flour doesn’t fix the issue, that means there could be an issue with your baking powder. Baking powder gets spoilt eventually, growing stale if it’s been in your store for long. You can test its freshness by splashing a little warm water on a spoonful of baking powder it should bubble. **Burning pancakes!** This could be as a result of heat problem. You want your pan to be hot but not too hot, aim for medium heat. You may need to adjust up or down over the course of frying up the batch because you will be frying alot. You will get your pan hot, stay hot, and give your pancakes a good crisp crust (and will reduce the chances of your pancakes cooking unevenly. **Unable to flip a pancake without it falling apart.** Your batter could be too loose—add a little flour. Or you might be turning too soon. Kindly wait for those bubbles to appear on the surface of the pancakes, since they show that not only have the pancakes cooked on the bottom layer, but that the uncooked side is beginning to firm up too, which means that it won’t fall apart when you flip. This could be a heat problem too. Not hot enough and the pancake won’t have had a chance to develop strong that is, it won’t have cooked enough to stand up to a flip. **In conclusion** Getting the perfect pancakes is not as difficult as you may think and can be so difficult as well when there's a problem somewhere. All you need to do is manage the heat and make sure that you’re not undercooking or overcooking your pancakes. Watch your pancakes as they tend to cook rather quickly, and don’t forget to let your batter sit before you start pouring it into the pan( my Mom just taught me this tonight) The key to making good pancakes is to simply be patient. This is the case when preparing your batter, heating and letting your pancakes cook. Thank you for reading!!! Add pancakes to your food menu 😉

Variation Variation in biology is all the differences which exist between members of the same species. It means any difference between cells, individual organisms, or groups of organisms of specific species caused either by genetic differences (genotypic variation) or by the effect of environmental factors on the appearance of the genetic potentials (phenotypic variation). Variation may be exhibited in physical appearance, metabolism, fertility, method of reproduction, behaviour, learning and mental capability, and other observable or assessable characters. Genotypic variations are caused by alterations in number or organization of chromosomes or by alterations in the genes carried by the chromosomes. The colour of the eye, body type, and ability to resist disease are genotypic variations. Individuals with numerous sets of chromosomes are known as polyploidy. A lot of common plants have two or more times the normal number of chromosomes and fresh species may arise as a result of this type of variation. A genotypic variation cannot be identified by observation of the organism; breeding experiments ought to be conducted under controlled environmental conditions to decide whether or not the alteration is inheritable. In genetic variation, the genes of organisms within a particular population may change. Gene alleles determine different traits that can be transferred from parents to offspring. Gene variation is crucial to the process of natural selection. The genetic variations that exist in a population occur by chance, but the progression of natural selection does not occur by chance. Natural selection is the effect of the interactions that exist between genetic variations in a population and the environment. The environment establishes the type of variations that are likely to occur. More favorable characters are in that manner transferred to the entire population Genetic variation takes place majorly through DNA mutation , gene flow -movement of genes from one population to the other and sexual reproduction. Owing to the unstable nature of the environment, populations that are genetically unstable will be capable of adapting to altering situations more than those that do not possess genetic variation. Environmentally resultant variations may arise as a result of a particular factor or the joint effects of many factors, like climate, food supply, and activities of other organisms. Phenotypic variations as well involve stages in an organism’s life cycle and seasonal variations in an individual. These variations do not include any hereditary changes and in general are not transmitted to future generations; as a result they are not important in the process of evolution. There are two types of variation; continuous and discontinuous Variation. Continuous variation is variation that has no boundary on the value that can take place within a population. A line graph is used to showcase continuous variation. Some examples of continuous variation are variations in: • height • weight • heart rate • finger length • leaf length Discontinuous variation is variation that has distinct groups for organisms to belong to. A bar graph is normally used to showcase a discontinuous variation. Some examples of discontinuous variation are: • tongue rolling • finger prints • eye colour • blood groups A discontinuous variation with a lot of classes, none of which is extremely small, is referred to as a polymorphic variation. The separation of the majority of higher organisms into males and females and the occurrence of different forms of a butterfly of the same species, each coloured to blend with varying vegetation, are examples of polymorphic variation. Body size Heritability estimates for the majority of body size measurements entail that about 80% of the variation in body size is as a result of genetic factors and about 20% is due to environmental factors. **Body weight** The majority of the variation in body weight of humans can be classified into linear build and lateral build. The extreme linear build is found in the earlier mentioned tall peoples of East Central Africa. These people are very tall and slender. The chests, shoulders, and hips are extremely narrow - the narrowest in the world for their height. Their limbs are very long, particularly the legs. **Hair** A lot of things about hair are variable.Generally, dark hair goes with dark skin and light hair goes with light skin. You can possess dark hair with light skin, but it is rare to possess light hair with dark skin. People can as well different color of hair on different parts of their body. Blond hair has little melanin and black hair and in reality very dark Brown has a lot of melanin. Skin melanins are always brown while hair melanin can be either brown or red **Eyes** The variation in eye color is as a result of the pigmentation of the exterior layer of the iris. The iris may or may not be pigmented. **Lips** Every human being has lips, which differ basically in the extent to which they are rolled up to expose the pink membranous portion. **Ears** Ears are very different in size, size of the ear lobe, protrusion, and whether the ear lobe is free or attached. Thank you for reading!!! I hope you learnt something new
Why does it have to fail? I will like to write on relationships today slightly from my experience. I've been working on my attitude in my relationship with people lately and I'm glad about that my progress 😊😊 Like they always say Attitude are more important and weakness of Attitude becomes weakness of character and I sincerely feel if we sort of dedicate time to watch and take precautions on things we say, how we react and handle matters, we might has well be saved from a whole lot of drama or argument ment to surface, we really need to be intentional about keeping peace and letting go of certain things not because we are stupid but so that everywhere can be tension free and trust me no one likes to have a quarrelsome or nagging partner so sometimes letting go of things might just be the best thing. I discovered lots of times we get carried away and pay less attention to our spouses behavior, mood, body language. Sometimes we need to raise questions when we notice some sort of changes, failure to do this might send a signal that you don't care and what ever happens to them isn't your business , trying to find out things from our partner most especially if is a negative change speak volumes and indirectly means you're a good observer and it shows you truly know them...... coming from me I can't stand a partner that isn't smart enough to know or detect I'm at my lowest moment is more of a tune off of me. And also to those that their partner are care free maybe due to lot of responsibility or stress from work we can as well try to discuss our worries because they didn't notice our pain doesn't make them less of a better person. The first and healthy way to exhibit a healthy relationship is never put yourself in a situation where you feel obliged to do something because you feel in debted to your partner, letting your partner feel entitled like he or she owns you is the beginning of failed relationship. If your partner is giving you some thing because he/she wants something in return is a bad act, always remember no money or gift in this world can buy you because are priceless and special, like they say remember to state your ground in every relationship. No relationship between two people can survive if it is based on material things or benefits, never give things to your partner with expectations that they will love or like you, in the same token when people give you gifts it doesn't ne cessarily mean they love you. To add to this point a reasonable woman or man should be able to identity moment when people want to exploit, manipulate or take advantage of them. Furthermore it is important we learn to use our magic words to have a healthy marriage and relationship example of such words are ****PLEASE, SORRY, THANK YOU, PARDON ME.**** These words like they say are magical and they help resolve, eradicate tension, likewise create beautiful and stronger bound between partners, Saying THANK YOU to your spouse when they go miles for you shows gratitude, love, respect and sense of acknowledgement on what they have done.......... I want to ask us a question, does anyone know why people find it difficult to apologise to their partner because most people don't know saying sorry mean and tell alot about us, E.g saying sorry shows we are noble, kindness, dignified, matured, sensible and good hearted. Saying sorry doesn't only give moral guidance but also get rid of bad feelings and unnecessary hatred towards ur spouse, from findings I have also realise that Saying sorry to someone expecially your partner even when you aren't at fault gives room for correction and might make the person solemn and wanting to accept their mistakes and then apologise too. In executing a healthy relationship there is need to always try in pleasing your spouses, adore, respect and express great affection towards them. Example of going extra mile is planning a surprise birthday party that is more than just a present card, sometimes pushing yourself to do something new might be just the spark that your relationship needs. Another problem experienced by couples is the idea of keeping friends of opposite sex in either a relationship or marriage I think strongly having a opposite sex best friends shows you are choosing and periotising someone else over your spouse and the fact that the person is even an opposite sex can stare up fight or tension in your relationship, for some reason or the other, competition and comparism starts to surface basically I think your partner is suppose to even be your best friend because I believe the foundation for every relationship is friendship don't get me wrong I'm not saying because of your spouse you should not socialise or make friends rather I'm just saying never make your partner feel less important or treat other people around you better than him or her because it is our job to encourage them to find their paths/ ambition, we should never put them down, ridicule their dreams, belittle their plans or laugh at them and always give them your best. And still on the episode of giving your best let me take you on a memory line a couple of years back I meet a woman that hate her husband soo much because of some previous mistake committed by her husband, she basically transferred all the aggression on him even after so many years passed because she wasn't willing to forgive and let go so she started disrespecting her husband, she prefer to serve the visitors like queen or king and use the best cutlery in her home to serve guests, she forgot her husband was meant to be her first priority, he was supposed to use the best of the best because she was bent on taking revenge she didn't realise that for ever minute she remain angry, she gave up sixty second of peace of mind and sanity to cut the long story short she lost her life because of high blood pressure that must have been from excess overthinking and sadness she intentionally ventured in be cause she was unwilling to forgive....... I know she regret and wished things were done differently because nobody wish to die untimely. So what I'm simply saying is unforgiving spirit is bad most expecially in relationship because nobody is perfect and sometimes our spouses might mistakenly hurt us but we should learn to always forgive and move pass it. MIRACLE: The Healer Hey guys!!!! I'm happy to write again this night...it has really been rough all these days because my Mum is not really well but I believe in miracles so everything will be fine. I just downloaded this movie on YouTube last week....was able to see the movie some days ago and it was inspiring. Every reasonable movies comes with it lessons and how deep and dangerous life can be. Actually I'm not the movie freak but I see movies when I'm so bored and needs to learn about life. Emem is a 10 year-old girl and has an older brother called Miracle (which is Blind). Miracle stays at home all day because he's blind, he doesn't have the ability to do anything. Emem got back from school, he was just confronting Emem for coming back late because he was counting time for her that when the sun comes the left side of where he sits that when Emem do come back from school. She just walked into the house to change her uniform, her brother got up and followed her to the room. Emem chased Miracle to go out because she needed to change her uniform but Miracle said he can't see anything. Emem said what if your eyes miraculously opens the first thing you want to see is your sister's nakedness??🤣🤣that part looks hilarious to me. Emem and Miracle stays with their Aunty who beats them up everyday and treats them like thrash because their parents died when they were little. Their Aunty met them having their nap when she came back, she woke them up and shouted at them so badly to go to the farm, pick grass, to do hard chores so they got up to the farm. Miracle started crying because of the flogging he just had from their Aunty. He will just stand while little Emem do all the cutting, clearing and carrying of grasses. On their way back home, they saw a wrestling show while Emem described everything going on to Miracle from the wrestling show. Then after that Miracle reminded Emem that they needed to be home in time because of their Aunty but she suggested they stay a little more to watch another show, not a wrestling show this time but the program says the HEALER, Emem said. Miracle asked Emem if it was a real or drama but she shut him. They listened to the preaching and at the end the Man of God said 'if you believe stretched forth your arm to the screen for your MIRACLE and declare I am healed' .....with so much believe in Miracles heart his sister helped him stretch forth his arm to the TV set and declared his healing. Emem turned to his brother and asked Can you see now?? Miracle said No maybe they should come again the next day. Definitely they got home late and their Aunty was already waiting for them with so much anger ....she flogged Emem terribly and Miracle wept in the room. The next day, their Aunt went to her friends house and told her about the children, things really went hard for the children...while their Aunty was away their Aunty's husband raped Emem... unfortunately miracle couldn't rescue Emem. Suddenly their Aunty came with some sort of false prophets that said Miracle is a Wizard that he has eaten up the womb of his Aunty and that's why she couldn't conceive. They caged, prisoned and flogged Miracle as a result of false prophecy. After he was released from the shackles of the fake prophet. Emem and Miracle gathered their bags to leave their Aunty's house to the city where they could find THE HEALER to heal Miracle's blindness. They were helped to the city by a driver because they had no money on them. They got to the city and also found the location where the HEALER stays but they didn't allow them in rather they chased them off to the street. Fortunately, they ran into a rich woman's house while they were chased by a guy who wanted to hurt them. The woman welcomed them and gave them a very healthy meal. When the husband to the rich woman got back from work he wasn't pleased to see the children and asked his wife to let them out to the street. They got out to continue seeking for the HEALER but they didn't allow them in again. Later on at the village, Miracle and Enem's Aunty got to know that her husband has been molesting Emem all these while, she got angry with her husband, ran out quickly to search for the children in the city but couldn't find them. Miracle and Emem had no where to sleep because they already left the rich woman's house so they went into an uncompleted building to sleep. They met 5 other children and a grown up lady(pregnant) that were homeless like them, what they do is to wake up in the morning and beg on the street so they can eat. The pregnant homeless lady couldn't go out with them to beg cuz she was already in labour so she stayed back while Emem and Miracle went to THE HEALER for healing and they didn't allow them in again but forcefully Emem ran into the Man of God's office and she told him all their predicaments. The HEALER prayed and anointed Miracle for healing after the anointing and prayer Emem eagerly turned to Miracle and asked Can you see now? Miracle answered NO Emem was so sad and bittered they returned to the building. Emem blamed Miracle that the reason why he can't still see was that he didn't believe. Miracle raised his voice and said I believed, I want to see, I want to see you whenever you smile or make your hair. They both cried and hugged each other. The Pregnancy lady started crying out for help because it was time for her to deliver her baby, they had no money to go to a hospital so Emem did her best to save the baby and the lady. The baby came after some time and Miracle suggested they name the new baby '****MIRACLE****' he said at least the other Miracle will be able to see. Emem and Miracle got adopted and their Aunty never found them Thank you for reading 🤗🤗🤗 See you in my next article 😊🙂
I listened In this part of the world that I am here it's a very difficult situation to get a good job after Schooling and serving. All they want is 10years of work experience and you're just in your early 20s. I don't know how you'd possibly have work experience when you're schooling and that is so disheartening and depressing. After Schooling and serving I relocated from my parents vicinity to my Aunt's place where it is said to have greater and better opportunities to get a good job. I eventually moved there with all bitterness in my heart I never wanted to leave my family even tho I don't have friends but for sure I was going to miss my family. By the way all thanks to my Mum for bringing an idea to my while I was serving, while in service after returning from work, the only thing we do is to sleep, eat, outing, bored, play and do all sort of things. So this day my Mum called me to ask about my welfare, she was like what do I do after work so I told her most times we sleep. She told me instead of sleeping and wasting time I should enroll in a handwork activity. I didn't buy the idea because I felt it is a stressful and strenuous thing to do. I also told her how can a graduate like me start learning handwork at this stage of my life. **Thank God I listened** I told my friends and roommate what my mum told me they really loved the idea and they all gave in. We all started in one handwork or the other. I enrolled in a bag making activity, my roommate went into Make-up, my friends went into fashion designing. My first day at work was a little bit fun and a little bit embarrassing because I never knew anything about sewing machine. I didn't know how to use it or clean it. My boss started training me on how to peddle, my leg aches ooo. I was perfect on the third day of peddling, I'm a fast learner lol. I started sewing materials and things without being supervised and now I am a professional to some extent. This work keeps me out of boredom, lack, depression and sadness till date. ***The Journey*** My Aunt has a husband with 3kids. My aim of going to my Aunt's place was to get a good job. After some months I got there there was nothing to show forth. All I do all day was to stay at home, clean the house, wash the children's cloth, cook, pick the children from school and lots more which was so disheartening and kept me thinking all day. Later I got this job that was so bad to the extent of carrying heavy loads on your head from one location to the other with little pay. I had no option at least now I would have somewhere to go, somewhere to wear my clothes and shoes to. The job was a terrible suicide mission but after some months my Aunt said I should leave the job due to some bad effects it was causing to my health. They didn't do anything to get me a Job they were only promising and keeping me at home for their use. I submitted thousands of applications and went for all sort of interviews which I almost got kidnapped for one interview I went because I was so desperate and I wanted to work. **Continuation of depression** I left the job and I continued staying at home all alone, was so idle, I had nothing doing, I had no friends even there and no money. All I do was to think so hard, cry and pray. I continued for a year there was nothing useful I was doing. I wasn't useful for myself or family. I was only useful to my Aunt and family by taking care of them, running errands and lots more. I had no time to make use of my handwork skills because there was no time for me. My sister told me to come back home immediately after I told her everything I was passing through. I was already thinking of hurting myself. Depression negatively affected how I feel, the way I think and how I act, feelings of sadness and loss of interest in activities I once enjoyed. I listened to my sister's advice and I told my Aunt I would be leaving they didn't want me to go cuz I was so much useful for them but useless for myself. Some people are just so self centered and selfish just for there own self interest. I had no benefit of being there, no exposure, no job, no income, no happiness, experiencing low self-esteem and I was just so tired of life. I returned home with so much peace, Joy and happiness that was running through my veins. I got my machine, got lots of materials and working tools. I started making bag and people started buying, started going outing, having the fun of my life, had appetite, saw my family and being useful for myself and family. **Handwork teaches an ability to do complex things with our hands. It means to be creative and innovative .It keeps idleness away. We engage the will and the feeling as we choose colors and patterns, decide whom to make a project for, determine its use, understand its beauty. All of this contributes to the building of self-esteem. It really helped me a lot.** Thank you for reading!!! Stay Useful!!! Take decisions!!! Byeee!!!🤗

Seek God Happy New week friends!!!! I woke up happy this morning knowing God is sufficient for me. I want everyone to know that whatever you're passing through is known to God because I have experienced him. FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS "...we do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon You" (2 Chronicles 20:12) The phrase, "We do not know what to do. but our eyes are upon you, is one of the most touching expressions of trust in God to be found anywhere in the Bible." Here Jehoshaphat - a king standing before his people. - openly confessed that he did not have the answer. Their only answer was to trust in God, that His power and goodness would protect Judah when nothing else could. What do you do when trouble comes? When you get. sick what do you do? Call a Doctor! When you need money what do you do? Get on the phone? It makes no difference what kind of trouble comes into your life, whether it's spiritual, physical or mental or may be trying to break up your marriage, and you may have been given a sack letter. The challenges you are going through, notwithstanding. Learn how to focus on Jesus. You are no longer your own you have been bought with a price. (I Corinthians 6:20) Have you ever been there? Can you relate? God I don't know what to do! But how many times do we try to figure it out on our own, rather than say, "but our eyes are on you!" How many times do we run to others for advice, rather than say, "but our eyes are on you." How many times do we just follow our heart and our emotions, rather than to admit our insufficiency and say, "but our eyes are on you", LORD! "God, I don't know what to do, but my eyes are on you!"I don't know how to fix my marriage, God, but my eyes are on you! I don't know how to get out of this depression I find myself in, but my eyes are on you. I don't know how to come out of this debt and financial crises, but my eyes are on you.I don't know what to do to come out of this Sickness, but our eyes are on you. Never, ever, let your trouble get down. When problems of life come your way, just hold your head up high, and say, thank you JESUS! The Bible said, I will be with you in trouble. (Psalm 91:15) ****The greatest thing to know is that you are not alone in trouble. Jesus said lo I'm with you. You are not alone**** God is with you in the midst of the trouble. Maybe you have been suffering for a long time, perhaps some counselor has been telling you to bow your neck and hang in there, and one of these days you are going to get help! But I want to tell you, you don't have to suffer any longer. God is here right now to bring deliverance to you. He is a present help in time of trouble. (See Psalm 121:1) I want you to know it makes no difference whether that trouble is physical, financial, or Spiritual. You are not going through this thing alone. God said He's a present help. He will make a way of escape. There will be a victory. Where is your focus? Some people focus on their circumstances and difficulties. Hebrews 12:1-2 says: "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which doth so easily beset us...". In other words, it's time to get rid of sin and anything else that is slowing your progress in the Lord. Lay it aside so you can "run with patience the race that is set before [you]" Every believer has God-given, God-ordained a assignment, purpose, and destiny for his or her life. The author of the book of Hebrews calls it a "race." To complete your race, you must be steadfast and persevering. You must stay with it and refuse to give up. So how do you stay on course? Hebrews 12:2, gives us the answer: "Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God." What you focus on, you replicate, therefore, fix your eyes on Jesus. Jesus had a race to run. He had a cross to carry and suffering to go through, but He saw the end result the provision of the free gifts for you and me of salvation, healing, deliverance, and prosperity of spirit, soul, body, relationships, and resources. He kept His eyes on the prize, which enabled Him to achieve the fulfillment of the vision set before Him. Jesus is our greatest example of how to stay on target and fulfill the course (the race) set before us. He is the Alpha and the Omega and everything in between. Apart from Him, we are nothing and we can do nothing. It is in Jesus that we (Colossians 2:10). It is in Him that we are complete become new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17). Our salvation, healing, deliverance, and our very breath come through Him. If you turn your eyes away from Jesus, you will miss what God has prepared for you. Maybe you started out as a Christian, loving God and going to church, but some years down the road, you wake up and you are miles off course spiritually. It takes daily effort to keep your focus on Jesus-the One Who put you in the race and the One Who will help you complete it. Do it today! Declare, "I set my focus on Jesus. I will believe in Him and obey Him. Thank you for reading. Stay blessed Stay hopeful Be happy!!! All pictures are mine. Lead pictures made with canva

Life is beautiful When we talk about music, it's an inspiration, message, mood changer, relaxer to me. Whenever I'm down, lonely, strolling, bed-time I always listen to musics to calm myself it works perfectly well for me. Sometimes I just wanna get crazy alone with a loud hip-hop in the room showing my dancing skills lol. Sometimes I just need the lyrics to get inspirations or messages from the music. Sometimes I just need music when doing my house cores or making bags cuz it lightens up my mood, reduces anxiety, helps me work out my workload efficiently. I'm a lover of Gospel, Yoruba, highlife, afrobeat and Igbo musics. A lover made me love this song when we had a misunderstanding. He was so angry with me and we didn't talk to each other in the house instead he was playing musics on his laptop and that was his only friend. He couldn't approach me to pass the messages he had for me on the other hand this song was played repeatedly and I listened to it words by words and it made so much sense to me at that moment and every blessed day I listen to it. This song is full of parables and wise words. ****Lyrics of Life is beautiful**** Irony Of Life? What a name A special name for a special girl. Actually I'm the second daughter of my parents. We are 4 children in which all our names starts with '**P'** like Paul**,** Praise**, Perfect,** Peace**.** Alot of people would mistake us for our names some people can even call me Peter 🤣🤣and call my sister Peace. Meanwhile I don't tell strangers my name is Perfect I would rather tell them something else. I can tell them my middle name or Joy because I always have to answer the question 'Are you Perfect' Asin you are Perfect?? 🙄🙄 When I was in school I was given so many nicknames like Socket, pocket, pefikt e.t.c. Whereas my full name is God is Perfect so in other to avoid questions I tell them my name is Joy. Last month, I went to see a Doctor as he was taking my details he asked for my name I told him **Perfect.** He looked at me and said I didn't say you should compliment my handwriting rather I'm asking you your name. I said again my name is **Perfect.** He said wow what a Name. Some people will love me for my name while some people would just be like how on Earth will someone be Perfect ahhh. Go and ask my Mum what she passed through before giving birth that's a long story so I won't say it or should I say it? Ok Ok Ok I will summarize the story. So my mom happens to be a prayerful woman yet when she was pregnant of me she had a dream before falling in labor and in that dream she saw she had already given birth but what she gave birth to in the dream was a monster, the so called Baby had complete teeth, horn, and a tail. The monster was even talking gibberish, an unknown language. She started praying so hard and the monster later died and vanished. When she woke up she fell into labor, the baby came out clean without blood on me. Even the Doctor was dumbfounded that medically a child will come out of her mother's womb with blood and water and so many others on the child but there was no stain on me. The first statement my Mum said was God is Perfect so here I am your humble girl🤗 Source: pexels.com I like my name because it's unique and I've never seen anyone else with my name. The name is just a normal English word that people can't do without using in a day. There are lots of contradictions when people makes sentence with my name thinking I'm being called by them. My English teacher was my best friend in high school because she loved me and my name. During transcription of words, the word PERFeCT is transcribed as |ˈpɜːfɪkt| so the way my English teacher calls my name is so cute and lovely. She gave us examples of the word PERFECT as a Sentence: This dress looks perfect on you He is fortunate to have a perfect result Yes, the food is perfect thanks E.t.c. **I'm in search of my namesake,** if you see **anyone bearing PERFECT bring them to my house 🤣** Lead image from pexels.com
Introduction about myself Firstly, what it entails to talk about one's self can be witty because you know yourself so well that you won't even know where to start from. I'm a very interesting and adaptable person whose attitude is very hard to stand. I can be so irrational and unfriendly sometimes because I am the moody type. I am more of an introvert who likes to stay indoor, silent and be doing like a witch🧙 I'm a very punctual person and can be perplexed when late for a program. I love to have all my works done on time and the way I wish to. I'm of a very competitive nature but love to find good in everything I see. I don't judge people by their actions or attitudes. I'm a lover of peace, harmony, and prosperity that's why I stay indoor every time because I believe there is peace indoor while the outside is full of all sorts of atrocities. Problems full everywhere. According to me, there are many things that can make us depressed or upset, but that doesn't mean that we stop living. They say nobody is Perfect but my name is Perfect (that's a story for another day). Actually, problems are a sign of life. They make us believe that we are living. The only people without problems now are in the cemeteries. So we are fortunate that we have problems. It's part of the challenges we have to face. I'm facing one right now but God is sufficient for me. MY FAMILY My family has been the best thing about my life. I'm so lucky to fall into such family. I am very attached to my Dad whom I address as My World, he is not just a father but a friend, my first lover, comforter, ATM, motivator, my mentor who supports and always goes in hand-in hand with me. He corrects my mistakes with love and he doesn't joke with his wife. He is a noiseless man and down-to-earth to everyone and even strangers. He loves helping a lot and making people happy with his jokes. My mom is a rigid person, a fast thinker and a home manager. My mom corrects mistakes with wire, broom, mopstick and so many things you can ever think off🔥. I so much love her too. All I want is to be successful and a fair life for my family and loved ones. I have 2 brothers and a sister. I'm blessed with a friend and a lover (Opeyemi) the only person I'm free with and making me a better person day by day. He sees my faults and bad attitudes but corrects with love, he accommodates my nonsense. I can easily say I have changed almost all my bad attitudes. I use to behave asif I am not human. I can stay in my room for a week and nobody will know it is as bad as that. My mum would say I'm possessed 🤣 I'm fortunate to have another friend whom I refer to as TWINNIE because she looks exactly like me, we've been friends for more than 13years now. We went to same church, secondary school, university (roomate). We used to wear same outfits, hairdo, makeup, and accessories so people thought we were twins indeed. She's the only person I can call an intimate friend with strong relationship. She can be so crazy sometimes and doesn't take shit from anybody. She's a great cook, dancer and a music lover. I like to learn and explore new things and that's why I am here because my sis just introduced read.cash to me some days ago and I loved it already. I was so happy that there can be a reasonable platform to learn, read and write your mind or experience or anything. It's so amazing I must say I guess the most important or obvious thing about me is that I'm an introvert as in I'm always the wallflower(I was just brought up in such a way that my Dad used to tell me to always mind my business so I'm quiet and shy) but that doesn't mean I don't like being around people. I actually love it. I would say I'm hardworking and diligent. I feel great when I complete a task and I know I've done it well. Sometimes I wish I were more of an idea person but I'm who I am. I'm an independent person and I love rendering help to children, aged, needy and anybody whatsoever just to see smiles on their faces. I'm a lover of nature. Rain, moon, clouds, gardens, greenery is all I'm the most attracted towards. I love to be around it. See you on my next article!!!
