Messages from the Prophet
"On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (ﷺ), who said:
A prayer performed by someone who has not recited the Essence of the Quran (1) during it is deficient (and he repeated the word three times), incomplete. Someone said to Abu Hurayrah: [Even though] we are behind the imam? (2) He said: Recite it to yourself, for I have heard the Prophet (may the blessings and peace of Allah be up on him) say: Allah (mighty and sublime be He), had said: I have divided prayer between Myself and My servant into two halves, and My servant shall have what he has asked for. When the servant says: Al-hamdu lillahi rabbi l-alamin (3), Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says: My servant has praised Me. And when he says: Ar-rahmani r-rahim (4), Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says: My servant has extolled Me, and when he says: Maliki yawmi d-din (5), Allah says: My servant has glorified Me - and on one occasion He said: My servant has submitted to My power. And when he says: Iyyaka na budu wa iyyaka nasta in (6), He says: This is between Me and My servant, and My servant shall have what he has asked for. And when he says: Ihdina s-sirata l- mustaqim, siratal ladhina an amta alayhim ghayril-maghdubi alayhim wa la d-dallin (7), He says: This is for My servant, and My servant shall have what he has asked for. (1) Surat al-Fatihah, the first surah (chapter) of the Qur'an. (2) i.e. standing behind the imam (leader) listening to him reciting al-Fatihah. (3) ""Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds."" (4) ""The Merciful, the Compassionate"". (5) ""Master of the Day of Judgement"". (6) ""It is You we worship and it is You we ask for help"". (7) ""Guide us to the straight path, the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favors, not of those against whom You are angry, nor of those who are astray""."

Virgin till wedding
VIRGIN TILL NIKKAH (VTN)
***very vital 2 all ladies***
A sister wrote but edited:- REORIENTATION: ''DON'T WAKE
UP LOVE BEFORE TIME''
I thought I had waited enough, so when it was time to go for
my NYSC, I made up my mind to date any cute guy that
comes my way, after all I was mature and ripe for marriage.
Though I never believed in dating, but so many things just
appeared to be wrong with my life, even when they were not.
I had been a virgin since birth, never dated, this was due to
what my mum taught me. Her words, ''never wake up love
when it is not time, and when it is time, don't fall for it, stand
with your eyes open, then walk into
it.'' I bounded those words to my heart all through my
university days, but as soon as it was time for my NYSC, I
felt they should be thrown away as trash.
I was then a big girl, who should be approached for
marriage. My new believe was that, if a lady does not get her
man on camp, then she is likely going to settle a single lady,
or with any kind of man outside her desires. I was losing my
faith and trust in God, which had led me thus far, I was now
following the way of the world. Just three days at the camp,
he came to tell me he was interested in me.
His words, ''I love the way you carry yourself, your
religiousness, and simplicity. You will surely be a wonderful
wife to your husband when you get married. So who is the
lucky guy, I mean your fiance?''
His question threw me off balance that I didn't know when I
told him I was still single and available. Foolish me, was I
supposed to advertise my singleness and availability to a
man whom God has not revealed anything about me to?
He only admired my beauty, liked my character and
simplicity, not that he got guidance from God that I was the
lady for him. But I have already revealed to him how
desperate I was towards having a man in my life.
Anything done outside the guidance of Allah, is indeed
astray. He was handsome and intelligent, but still he was not
the right man. Did I care? Did I even seek Allah's guidance
concerning him? I do get guidance from Allah quite alright,
but I was desperate to have a ''Him'' by my side.
When he heard my reply about being single and available,
that day he began his chase after me. Like a He-goat, he kept
coming, and like a She-goat on heat period, I gave him a try.
The door of my heart opened, and then we began dating. My
emotions and feelings clouded my spiritual eyes and ear,
that all I see in my dreams was his image and his voice.
On one occasion, I saw both of us purchasing wedding
items.
All that made me to believe I was already in the will of Allah
concerning a life partner. So my feelings and love for him
increased, I was now visiting uncontrollably, and was
hanging out with him. Hmm, the devil must have said, ''the
'all her life virgin' has found a lover, let's see how she will
control herself. ''Was it easy ? Remember, Allah subuaana
watahaala says in d Qur'an dat 'Do not move near zinah'.
Could my legs still be crossed? I was losing my mind, and
the urge for sex
would not spare me. Day by day, this urge increased, it was
burning like fire. I wish water could quench it... No way, it
was beyond a physical fire.
Then that night came, the night of becoming one flesh. It
was his saliva into my saliva, his body into my body, and his
blood into my blood. I was deflowered, my twenty-six years
of virginity gone in five minutes.
Did I plan to break it that way? Without walking down the
aisle? I was ashamed of myself, naked before a man who
has not visited my parents, let alone pay my dowry. ''Is this
me?'' I asked myself. ''What went wrong?''
Uncontrolled tears quietly escaped from my eyes. When he
stood up to dress up, a shining object mistakenly left the
pocket of his trouser, and made its way to the ground. When
I glanced at it, I was shocked to discover the obvious, it was
his wedding ring. ''Are you married?'' I quickly asked. He
didn't say a word, he only nodded, thereafter, he apologized
and left the room as if nothing happened.
Picking up my dress was something I found difficult to do,
until I heard a voice, Come de go make I arrrange my room,''
the voice of the owner of the room whom he paid just to
exploit me. Hmm, my dignity was buried alive.
Before the stranger, I dressed up, still thinking he was
outside, I came out, but he was no where to be found. Since
I left camp, I have never set my eyes on him, who even know
if he was a true corper.
All my dreams were mere imaginations. I threw away my
mother's advice and Allah's commandment; and the grace
of God that kept me all through my campus years only to get
all that, now in tears I'm picking them up after the mistake
has been made....
Dear corper and readers, are you also going to make such
mistake? The grace and mercy of Allah, including the Godly
counsel and guidance that had kept you going, will you treat
them like trash even at this point of your youth service?
Many sisters and brothers get defiled at camp, they lost their
self control immediately they see someone who is likely to
be their life partner.
Why will it be said that it was during your NYSC you got
defiled?
You whose orientation
is begining to change simply because you enter a new
environment, watch yourself
very well. You mustn't meet your life partner at the camp or
in a new environment. If you do, seek Allah's counsel
(Istikhaarah) concerning it, before accepting the
proposal. You mustn't date to know him or her better, if you
do, your emotions and feelings towards them are likely to
cloud your mind, and this will make it difficult for you to get
Allah's guidance. God still guides us, He is ever interested
and more interested in our marriage than we
are or think.
Put Him first, and you will be glad you did
Please share to others after reading....May Allah forgive our
shortcomings Ameen ameen
Story of clearing misunderstanding
A Bedouin entered Masjid-e-Nabwi in Madina. He was looking for Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to get some money or jewels. Prophet (PBUH) was sitting with His companions. He explained his need and asked for some money. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) gave him a little amount.
He was expecting a lot more, and being disappointed started bad mouthing. The companions of Muhammad were very furious at the man and wanted to punish him. Muhammad (PBUH), however, asked them to be patient and took that man to His house. He offered to give him some more money. Bedouin witnessed that Muhammad (PBUH), being the leader of Muslims, was not like other tribal rulers and was living a life of simplicity without any luxury. After seeing this, Bedouin understood and became happy with what he got.
Then, Muhammad (PBUH) asked, “You said a harsh word yesterday, which caused anger in my companions. I fear that they will hurt you. Would you be willing to show your appreciation in front of them, so that their anger is resolved, and they don't hurt you?" He agreed to this.
The next day, he once again entered Masjid-e-Nabwi. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) addressed everyone that this man is very content with his received money, and Bedouin repeated his words of appreciation for the Prophet (PBUH). This made the companions very relaxed and satisfied.
Golden words
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever has oppressed another person concerning his reputation or anything else, he should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection when there will be no money (to compensate for wrong deeds), but if he has good deeds, those good deeds will be taken from him according to his oppression which he has done, and if he has no good deeds, the sins of the oppressed person will be loaded on him."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 3, Book 46, Hadith 10)
Seek forgiveness from others in this life before you ask them from forgiveness in the next life. Every day, hold yourself to account and prepare for the Hereafter. Insha'Allah this will serve you well and clear the path to Jannah.

QURAN 29- Surat Al-'Ankabut (The Spider)
And [We sent] Abraham, when he said to his people, "Worship Allah and fear Him. That is best for you, if you should know.
17. You only worship, besides Allah, idols, and you produce a falsehood. Indeed, those you worship besides Allah do not possess for you [the power of] provision. So seek from Allah provision and worship Him and be grateful to Him. To Him you will be returned."
18. Have they not considered how Allah begins creation and then repeats it? Indeed that, for Allah, is easy.

Fatwa session
*أعوذ بالله من الشــيطـان الـرجـيم بسم الله الـرحمن الـرحيم*
_Yaomuth Thula'tha', 17th of Shawwal,1441AH/ Tuesday 9th of June, 2020_
*Question 1* : _Can we recite surah or verse(s) of the Quran after Fa'tiah in the third and fourth rakahs of the prayer_ ❓
Recitation of Surah or verse(s) after Suratul Fatihah is a supererogatory act that earns the observant more reward in the prayer, but attracts no penalty or sin if neglected. However, the act of reciting after Fatihah is recommended in every rakah of the prayer and not restricted to the first two rakahs of the prayer alone. It was reported from the Prophet SAW:
*عن أبى سعيد : " أن النبي (ص) كان يقرأ فى صلاة الظهر فى الركعتين الأوليين فى كل ركعة قدر ثلاثين آية، وفى الأخريين قدر خمس عشرة آية..." ( مسلم: ٤٥٢)*
_On the authority of Abu Saheed: " Verily, the Prophet SAW used to recite in the first two rakahs of Zuhr and Asr what is equivalent to thirty verses, *and in the last two rakahs fifteen verses.* .." ( Saheehu Muslim)_
The scholars of Usulul Fiqh assert that:
*ما جرى على شيئ جرى على نظيره*
_What applies to a thing is applicable to its resemblance as well_
That is why gross numbers of the jurists use the Hadeeth to generalise the permissibility of reciting Surah or verse after Fatihah in the last two rakahs as contained in the Hadeeth for other prayers, regardless of whether the observant of prayer is leading or following Imam.
*Question 2:* _Can we observe congregational prayer with 1 metre distance away from every of the observants in the line for the fear of infection_ ❓
Observing the five daily prayers, Jumuah, and the two eid prayers in congregation is obligatory except in some very rear cases in accordance with the Islamic Injunctions. However, the congregational prayer has two intrinsic parts:
1. _Following Imam_ : This entails that the observant of the congregational prayer must not act before or simultaneous with the Imam. Deliberate deviation from this invalidates the prayer. The Prophet SAW says:
*إنما جعل الإمام ليؤتم به فلا تختلفوا عليه*
_Al-Imam was assigned for the purpose to be followed only، therefore, do not disagree with him_
2. _Forming closed row_ : Authenticity of the congregational prayer is not yet accomplished until the congregants are aligned in firm column(s). The Prophet SAW says:
" *سووا صفوفكم فإن تسوية الصفوف من إقامة الصلاة" ، و فى لفظ لمسلم: " .... من تمام الصلاة" ( متفق عليه)*
" _Fix up your rows, verily, fixing up of rows is part of what authenticate the congregational prayer." In another narration in Saheehu Muslim, " Fixing up of rows is part of what complete the prayer"_
The Hadeeth emphasises on the obligatory of aligning in a row while in congregational prayer without leaving any gap. However, the pandemic can never be an exception to the Hadeeth, and breaking up of the observants in the row is not cogent enough as necessity during the disease outbreak. Why? The congregational prayer is not obligated with massive gathering; it starts from two people at least. Thus, the situation cannot be worst to the extent of not having two or three people among the relatives and friends whom to hold congregational prayer with. In the light of this, holding the prayer with one's intimate households and companions that are not suspected of the disease is the legalised alternative, not the breaking up. Also, if congregational prayer is not feasible for a Muslim who has been accustomed to it due to a genuine excuse as related to his life, peace or health, then such Muslim is allowed in Islam to observe his prayer alone and will be rewarded as if he prays in congregation. The Prophet SAW says:
*من مرض و سافر كتب له ما كان يعمل صحيحا مقيما*
_If a Muslim sicks and travels ( and he is unable to attempt the deeds as used to because of his new conditions) it will be recorded for him what he has gotten used to when he was healthy or at home._
A forbidden act can never be permissive in no any way in Shari'ah or chosen as _Dharu'rah_ i.e _necessity_ in the presence of other possible legal options.
Call him by his name
Once a Sahabi’s son was missing.
The Sahabi went looking for his son.
As he was searching he found a group of children playing and saw his son was amongst them.
He saw that Rasoolallah ﷺ, the Beloved of Allah was sitting at a short distance watching the children.
The Sahabi came into the presence of the Beloved ﷺ and after presenting Salam he asked Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ I have been looking for my son and found him playing here, do I have your permission to take him?
The Prophet ﷺ replied,
Let your son play a little longer.
The Sahabi took his leave and left.
A short while later he came again and found the Beloved of Allah in the same place watching the children play.
The Sahabi asked for permission to take his son and once again the Prophet ﷺ asked to to let his son carry on playing.
The man left and came back a short while later. Again he asked for permission to take his son and this time the Prophet of Allah ﷺ gave him permission, now you may take your son.
As the man was about to approach the children and call his son, Rasoolallah ﷺ called him back.
He returned to the company of Rasoolallah ﷺ and the Prophet ﷺ said, Take your son but when you call him don’t call him as ‘my son’ call him by his name.
The Sahabi was a little inquisitive as to why this instruction was given and he asked Ya Rasoolallah, the child is my son and if I did call out to him as ‘my son’ would that be a problem?
Tears began to fall down the Blessed cheeks of The Mercy to Creation and He replied,
O my companion, amongst those children there are orphans... if you call out to your child as ‘O my son’ the orphans may feel the loss of their fathers and may be saddened.
To avoid this I have requested that you call your son by his name so as not to hurt their feelings!
The Sahabi was amazed at the intricate level of concern and sensitivity of Rasoolallah ﷺ.
The man took his son, came back to Rasoolallah ﷺ to ask leave.
He then asked Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ why are you sitting watching these children, again with tears in his blessed eyes, the Mercy to Creation replied,
I was watching those children and sat close by so that they know that even though they do not have fathers, they have the Prophet of Allah to care for them.
Subhan'Allah
We have forgotten what it is to be a true Muslim...
The marriage if greed
In about twelve years ago, I knew a man whose wife was almost rejected by her families because of her proposal to marry him. They believed she was insane because both had nothing. They were both fresh graduates at the time almost at zero level.
She told me what she cherished in him: Islam and most especially his voice while reciting Qur'an and leading people in prayers. Despite all resistance, she agreed to marry him. What do we think her dowry would be from such a wretched but brilliant, ambitious and futuristic mallam? A cassette record of some of her favourite selected chapters in the Qur'an in the man's voice! That was it. They got marry in a room without any colourful merry and public invitation. Where was the money? I saw their suffering and smiling for years. Today, they are well off and better. They are prides of their entire families at both sides.
Such was the marriage yesterday. They were enduring and lasting for thirty, forty, fifty years. Ladies used to believe in the future of a poor hard trying man and would agree to grow with him. They actually liked to build the future with him together than to live with him for the future he already built. That was true love. Those marriages testified to what the messenger of Allah said:
*“There is nothing like marriage, for two who love one another.”(ibn majah)*
Today is a different age. Marriage no longer endures. Some even lasts as too long as less than three months! True love had died and decayed in most marriage-seeking minds.
They are setting a different standards of greeds. Money and materialism are the major and primary catalysts of love in the contemporary era in deviance and deviation to the counsel of Islam
The messenger of Allah said: *when the one to whom you are pleased with his religion and character approaches you, marry to him*
Where are golds and diamonds mentioned here?
And when he said: *people marry women for four things: her money, her beauty, her families and her religion*, he gave his own recommendation: *hold on to the one who has religion lest your hand be robbed with dusts (lose out)*
Religion is the primary criteria for marriage for Muslim men and women. Out of our insincerity and hypocrisy, it is sad many of us seek evils in our thinking that it is good.
I recall a Muslim father who fought his daughter over her insistence to use full hijab. His argument was simply that no lady uses such hijab except she ends up with a man with a beard and off-ground hanging trousers. How does this kind of dressing appeal to good men? I did not train you to be a University graduate to end up with an alfa!
Surprisingly, an alfa with the exact 'acursed' descriptions came to propose the sister and the father agreed. Why? The brother was domiciled in UAE and had plenty money to dole out to the in-laws. The nikkah arrangement was as fast as flash. Even without his physical presence and full knowledge of his personality, the father gladly approved the marriage!
This hypocrisy must be a serious concern to discerning minds. This underlines the cause of repeated marriage failures in our time. Muslim homes are breaking more easily in our society than the eggs hitting the rock. Young muslim couples now visit courts for separation more frequently than we used to hear. Talaaq (divorce) is becoming a norm and even a pride among Muslim couples. There is need for reeducation and reorientation.
Materialistic tendency is taking sway above love among the single sisters.
Brothers at home seldom get a lover until they propose from abroad even sometimes to the same sisters who had earlier rejected their proposals while they were at home on a pretext that they were not ready. Some even accepted and later jilted when a bigger cash-cow comes onboard!
They say: 'I never had a feeling for him. I was only trying to do but it didn't come. The more I tried the more difficult it was for me to develop one'!!! What? And they don't return exchanges.
Sisters tell hustling brothers they weren't ready until they later declare their readiness when the brother gets an appointment with NNPC or to another who has just arrived big time!
Well, an average man is selfish. Sisters may fear suffering like their parents did. But they may never have happy homes like their parents had. This is not a curse. Everything founded on the love of money and duniya does not end well. Why the domestic violence, beatings, killings, incessant divorce and sudden acts of infidelities we hear about on daily basis among young Muslim spouses. It is because the criteria for modern marriages is self-centred. Today's lady now makes as their dowry 'promise you will never marry another woman'!
Unbelievable!!
Then what? What if you get the promise and the man himself dies shortly after the marriage, what becomes of you? Who again do you commit to that promise? The new husband if you are lucky to get one again?!
These kiddies need to be lent some senses. You can't go by what you learnt in Nollyhood films or what trends in the society. Be a Muslim. You will always be happy and fine.
Money is a stranger. It can come and go. The prophet listed it as part of what people may consider for marriage but never recommended it. He recommended God consciousness and the true faith practice of man.
Whoever chooses well and sees good should thank Allah for her good decision. Whoever chooses wrongly and sees regrets should blame no one but herself. Not all the wives of rich men are happy but certainly the wives of God fearing would ever be happy even if she is poor. This is so because she would always finds in her spouse what she married while the former may no longer do so due to circumstances.
No money no love should not begin an enduring marriage. Sisters should put religious consciousness and career future of a dedicated and sincere suitor in focus. The future is not today.
If ladies are not ready to struggle with a man before he would make it, they must prepare to struggle with his character after he had made it.
Our parents had no serious religion but they had serious contentment. They married their men as fate not their fortune as their men.
True love is hardly known or found when proposal is made from abroad or in affluence. And sadly it is the trend now. Men too should know how to hide their wealth and big status to find the true love. Time of proposal is not the time to flaunt bounties.
The one who marries you in poverty would not kill you because of materialism if attempting polygamy or forsake you for a rich man when hard times come calling.
Meanwhile, a proposal with no might and means is a self-affliction. It is better for such single brothers to keep marrying their prayer and fasting till Allah would enrich them.
*Whoever has the means, let him get married, and whoever does not, then he should fast for it will diminish his desire (ibn majah)*
Consequently, the spinsters should realize that no suitor with understanding of Islam and enormity of the marital responsibility would propose except that he has manageable means. Once the religion and morality standards are satisfactory, accept and say blessings. You would thank Allah for your decision.
May Allah rectify us and the affairs of the Muslims.
Delay in marriage
Girls at the age of 18-24 years always attract
serious men who are fully ready to marry
them, but at this age most of our girls/
sisters never wish to hear anything about
marriage.
1. I'm too young for that.
2. Who cares about marriage.
3. I'm focused on my books.
4. I want to gather some money first.
5. Marriage is full of problems.
These are some of few statements ladies
talk of at their youth age.
But these girls will be having serious &
series of sex relationship with small boys of
their age, because at that age, they always
have high rate of boys, guys and men
coming for them, but they will prefer to
choose those boys rather than the real men
who want to marry them. They are still
young to marry right, but they are not
young to have sex with boys.
No problem, God is watching you.
At age of 25-27, parents will start asking
them the following questions;
1. How far?
2. Don't you have any one yet ?
3. Are you not planning to get married ?
4. Are you seeing that all your mates are
getting married ?
5. Don't you know you are getting old?
But mind you, parents only see the outside
of their daughters, not knowing there is
nothing left inside.
With all these questions by her own parents,
she will now be thinking and asking herself
things like: My mates are marrying,
1. Does it mean am old enough to marry?
2. Hmmm, how should I go about it?
3. My boyfriends are not serious about
asking my hand in marriage.
4. They are not even ready to marry yet.
5. Well, Allāh knows the best. I believe in
Allāh.
See oooh...!, she has started putting her
blame on God. "Allāh's time is the best" OK, I
agree for argument sake.
At age 27-30 they now start looking for men
to marry not boys to have sex and play with
again.
They will start looking for serious
relationship that will lead to marriage, but
unfortunately, at this age of 27-30 not all
men will be asking their hand in marriage.
You will see them forcing themselves to
marry a man who don't want to marry them.
Please we beg you, leave us alone.
No single man at age 27-30 will like to marry
a lady of 30-35. Now you hear the sisters
say age does not matter.
My sister, it matters a lot.
Imagine buying a rotten tomato for $10 and
your friend buys a fresh one for $7. Yes,
that's how it feels like in marriage too.
Remember you rejected men because you
think you were too young. What makes you
think your old age does not matter to us?
That's why some men go back to their
villages to find young girl to marry when the
city ones are not serious about marriage
and those that are serious happen to be old
for them.
At age 30-35, her friends will ask her:
1. Why are you not married yet by this age
of yours?
2. Is it not getting too late for you ?
You will hear her asking you some silly
questions like...
1. Are you Allāh?
2. Or do you want to marry me?
3. Is it a crime to be single at 30 or 35?
4. Did I see a man willing to marry me but I
refused?
5. Allāh knows the best for everyone please.
At age 30-35 they will start praying like
never before, moving from one church to
another. If she's a Muslim, she will start
praying night prayers, fasting and dressing
modestly.
If you ask her for dating, she would burst
out to say:
1. My brother, I'm not like them.
2. Am looking for a serious man, a husband
not dating.
3. If you truly love me go and see my parents
for marriage.
4. I can't do anything with you without my
parents concern.
Dear parents, they have started knowing
your worth. When she was 18-24, she was
doing everything without considering you
as parents.
You don't expect a young man of 27-30 to
marry you of 30-35 as his house wife when
there are younger pretty girls out there.
Even if he chooses to ignore your age and
marry you, his family and friends will
discriminate you.
Men that will be interested to marry you will
be of 45 yrs and above and mind you, those
men are married with kids except you
wanna be second or third wife.
Everything in life has its own season and
time.
There's no lady at age 30-35 seeking for
marriage who haven't been approached
during 18-24. But by then, they were busily
jumping from clubs/parties to hotel rooms
looking for FUN not MARRIAGE.
Not everything is about prayer. Allāh who
created you has made a plan for you. But
when you change the plan or miss the road,
please don't disturb the peace of Allāh.
Because, He will be busy planning for your
younger sister.
Why do we have high rate of single mothers
and single ladies? Does it mean there no
men but only boys?
Thousands of working class ladies are out
there confirmed single. Your Master's of PhD
is ZERO without a husband.
Yes, Education is key but don't neglect a
marriage proposal all in the name of your
studies. Both of you are matured enough to
wait if you're serious of getting married.
.. No time.
The divorce and widow
Men are divorcing but they don't want to marry divorcees! Men are dying yet the ones who are alive don't want to marry widows, who will marry your own widow after your death?
.
*Umar bin khattab said,*
*If Allah should grant me a long life, I will make sure that NO widow in iraq will need any man to support her* Unfortunately, Umar ibn Khattab radiAllahu anhu was stabbed in salah just four days after he made that great statement.
During the time of the companions, widows and divorcees in madina would be bombarded with proposals after their iddah periods, its as if people were helping them to calculate it.
The proposals would be much that they would be in a dilemma as to which one to choose, so they were not made to feel like they were burdens or liabilities to the society!
Today, the fear of poverty and the weakness in our tawakkul makes us abandon our sisters to themselves!
Some men would not even accept the proposal of widows/divorcees even at gun point.
To the people who have firm reliance in Allah, recession is just a word! May Allah ease the affairs of the widows and divorcees.
How Allah save him
*Imam Dhunun al-Misriyy’s* name is *Thuban bin Ibrahim*. He was from *an-Nawbah*, an area that is in Egypt, he had a lot of knowledge and people would always gather around him to learn.
He would teach them the important matters to save them from the evil things. Among his famous sayings is one that cleared Allah from having a shape or form.
He said *“Whatever you imagine in your mind, Allah is different from that”.*
One day Imam Dhunun Al-Misriyy went to the *Nile River* to wash his clothes. As he was preparing to do so, he saw a large *scorpion* coming towards the shore. He got a bit fearful so he sought protection from Allah that the scorpion would not harm him. A scorpion’s sting is very harmful and can often cause the person to die.
Imam Dhunun hid behind a tree to see what the scorpion would do.
The scorpion stood on shore. Then a large *frog* came out of the water. It got close to the scorpion. The scorpion got on frog’s back, it got back into the water, and started swimming.
Imam Dhunun watched in amazement. He knew that there was a story behind this strange event, so he came out from behind the tree and got in the water to follow the frog and scorpion.
The *frog, with the scorpion* on its back, reached the other river bank. When the creatures got to the bank the scorpion quickly left the frog’s back. By this time, Imam Dhunun had also reached the bank. He got out of the water and followed behind the scorpion.
There were many trees, plants, and beautiful flowers on the bank. Imam Dhunun continued to follow the scorpion until they reached a *big tree* with many branches providing plenty of shade.
Under this big tree there was a very *handsome sleeping man*. In his hand there was an empty *bottle of wine*. The smell of wine filled the entire area. The scorpion got very close to the man.
Imam Dhunun wondered why the scorpion had come all this way across the river just to sting the man. The scorpion was about ready to sting the sleeping man, but just then a large *snake* came out from between the branches of the big tree. The snake was headed straight for the sleeping man.
Dhunun was watching this strange sight. As he did so hei was looking for a stick to hit the scorpion and the snake with. Suddenly, the scorpion jumped onto the snake and stung it. The *snake died*. The scorpion then went back to where the frog was waiting.
It got on the frog’s back and together they went back to the other side of the river.
Dhunun stayed near the big tree. He waited until the sleeping man awoke, then he told him all what happened.
When the man learned of the strange occurrence with the *scorpion, the frog, and the snake*, he repented to *Allah*, being thankful for his mercies and protection upon him.
(Surah Al-Baqara, 163 )
*And your Allah is One Allah. There is no god but He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful*
Shouting koboko
No amount of koboko, blaller or dogonyaro stick can discipline a child as much as the word 'fear Allah'. If that sacred word can no longer deter your child from evil, then nothing else will.
*If you want it to have an effect on your child, you need to inculcate the love of Allah and a firm Aqeedah in their innocent hearts right from the cradle. A pregnant woman is highly encouraged to listen to the Quran a lot as the foetus in its third trimester can actually hear the sounds of things around it. If they are familiar with the Quran before birth, they will easily adapt to it after birth*
.
Whenever you want to discipline your child for a crime, always mention Allah in your warnings, for instance you may say:
Hasn't Allah (not haven't i) warned you not to steal?
Won't you fear Allah and stop lying?
Allah does not love the stubborn ones.
Allah does not love arrogance.
Allah doesn't like dirtiness.
Respect the elders as Allah commanded you.
*Remember how Luqman the wise usually admonishes his son as narrated in the Quran, he never warned his son about himself, rather he warned his son about Allah.* A very good example is:
*Do not turn your face away from people *and do not walk on the earth arrogantly, for*verily Allah does not love the boastful ones (Luqman Vs 18)*
.
Many mothers are fond of saying things like:
-I will teach you the lesson of your life today.
-I will make you a scape goat today.
-I didn't kill my parents so you can't kill me too.
-Them send you to me?
-The devil that has possessed you will see shege from me. etc
You are only making the child to fear you, you haven't really mentioned Allah. All these disciplinary statements only makes the child fear you, it doesn't prevent the child from doing that sin in your absence.
.
Some other parents also think that constant flogging is the best way to raise a child. A time will come when you will grow old and become too weak to flog that same child, your child is growing stronger towards his youth, while you are growing older towards your grave, so a time will come when the whips will not pain the child anymore, rather he might even be laughing while you are flogging him, by then you will realize that you can only bend a leaf and not a tree. Blallers used to have just one 'mouth' in the past. yet it nurtured sane children, but today's blallers has four mouths, yet the society is filled with corrupt children. Nothing rectifies a child like Taqwa, once it's missing, nothing else can replace it, nothing else...
The saying of the prophet.

Food for thought
The man that developed WhatsApp worked in Yahoo, later left, and went to Twitter for job, they rejected him.
He later developed WhatsApp and sold it for $19 billion.
In 1997, after Google was set up, the founders approached the C.E.O of Yahoo to buy Google for $1 million, because they were not making profit.
Yahoo Inc. refused to buy, stating that it is a bad investment to buy Google for $1 million.
Six years later in 2002, Yahoo tried to purchase Google for $3 billion, but Google founders refused to sell, because they were already making progress.
In 2014, (six years ago), Google was worth $395 billion, while Yahoo was worth $39 billion - roughly 10% of Google's worth.
Can you imagine what could have happened if Yahoo had bought Google for $1 million in 1997?
Or if they had bought it for $3 billion in 2002?
*Moral Lesson:*
In the beginning, things might seem to be difficult, but do not despise your little beginnings.
You may face rejections, but do not despair.
You may be belittled, but don't undervalue yourself.
Don't settle for less!
Don't sell yourself less than your worth!
You may be potentially worth more than your buyer!
Sometimes, our greatest problem is not our weakness, but the strength we have not discovered.
No matter your current challenge, don't shortchange yourself for less.
Even this will pass away.
Trouble will always pass away.
I am here to tell you that your problem is not real.
What is real is that you are worth more than you are currently being valued.
The fact that you have some imperfection doesn't mean your are less valuable.
A day is coming soon, when those you ran to for help, but refused, will come into your light and even benefit from the you that they discarded sometimes back.
No verdict on your life is final, except you help to validate it.
Don't give up on your dreams, soon it will speak.

*THE WORLD OF POLITICS AND STATE IN ISLAAM: THE NIGERIA CASE STUDY*
This episode is dedicated to the practical reality of the social sciences concepts so far discussed under the online publication, "the Islamic 'Aqiidah" series.
As already established in this discourse, 'Aqiidah (ideology) is a fundamental aspect of the religion of Islaam and it entails Tawhiid (oneness of Allah) as well as the Islamic perspective to all matters of life captured by the secular concept of, or the term, ideology. The application of the related concepts to reflect the reality of state affairs in Nigeria is hereby brought under focus in order for the true understanding of 'Aqiidah (ideology) to be appreciated.
From the elusive discourse of this subject matter so far, the correct inference that could be drawn has been that ideology is the articulation and application of ideas with which affairs of mankind are determined, using the government as the machinery by which, the people are governed or the affairs of the people are determined.
Given the current dethronement of the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi Lamido II on 14/07/1441 (09/03/2020) by the Kano State Governor, Abdullah Umar Ganduje, the ideological or political matters arising include the following:
The Nigerian state is a secular authority or government. Going by the hierarchy of authority, the Local Government Chairmen and of course the state Governors are ranked higher in status than the traditional rulers in the names of Emirs, Obas, Obis, etc. Given this reality and the fact that the traditional rulers are under the pay roll of the government, the traditional rulers are expected to take directives from the Local, State and Federal Governments.
The understanding of the above facts notwithstanding, Sanusi Lamido assumed the posture of an independent and paramount ruler who posed to be representing the Islamic leadership of the 1804 Shaykh Uthmaan ibn Fuudii led Jihaad. It is therefore assumed that the office and the person of the Emir of Kano should not be subservient to the Local or State Governments or Governor. This is where Sanusi Lamido and the Muslims who think like him got it wrong. As for the personality of Sanusi Lamido, he is a Muslim, an acclaimed scholar of Islaam. He is in no doubt a scholar of the secular fields of endeavours. He is critical, blunt and uncompromising. He has records of financial discipline and anti corruption posture. As good as these qualities are, Sanusi Lamido failed to understand that he is operating in a secular system where truth and integrity are not only not welcomed but are abhorred. Instead of cooperating with the Islamic vanguard in sincere efforts to bring about Islamic system of governance, he dissipates his energy in trying to Islamize kufr or secularism.
The allegations against the Emir as elucidated by Governor Ganduje therefore included the claim that Sanusi Lamido was entirely guilty of insubordination by refusing to, attend the state council's meetings called by the Governor, take and implement directives of the Governor and the likes. The other latent offences of Sanusi Lamido that could be read from his statements included criticizing and faulting the state Governor's governance and leadership style and the likes.
The case of Sanusi Lamido has therefore been seen as disrespecting, antagonistic and insubordination. He was also seen as "one who bites the fingers that feed him". He was also considered as one who is negligent of the saying that "he who pays the piper dictates the tune".
History has it that Sanusi Lamido's father was dethroned from the same office in 1963. In 1983, Ibrahim Dasuki was dethroned as the Sultan of Sokoto by Late Sani Abacha. The Emir of Gwandu, Mustapha Jokolo was dethroned by the Kebbi state Governor, Adamu Ailero on the directive of the then President Olusegun Obasanjo in June 2005. Aside from these peculiar cases in the Northern Nigeria, there are many other cases of dethronement of traditional rulers in Nigeria. The present case of Muhammad Sanusi Lamido II is therefore not strange.
Ganduje is in his own case, is a good instrument of the secular system. He is ruthless with any Islamic tendencies that Sanusi Lamido may portend.
As ideologue, the case of the two actors is an unfortunate one. This is because a good Muslim who seeks to inject Islamic values into a secular system and the other Muslim who is a secularist serving the secular system faithfully will both fail given the parameters of assessment of Islaam. It is understood that when there is conflict of civilizations or ideologies, there is bound to be the victor and the vanquished. The victor will continue to dominate over and suppress the vanquished in a bid to keep the vanquished under control and ensure it does not takeover control from the the victor. The truth of the matter is that the existing Emirate system does not represent the Islamic ideological persuasion that transforms into the Islamic government. This is because it does not possess the features of The Islamic Movement poised to bring about the Islamic government. It must however be appreciated that it is wrong for any system of leadership to freely exist under a dominating ideological based system of government. Such system be it traditionally, ideologically or religiously inclined must take the form of a movement, possess the features of a movement and its vanguard take its members through the stages of revolution till it attains the political status of a government. Let those who are either confused not be decieved to believing that different civilizations or people of different ideological camps can coexist without political crises or conflicts.
The Muslims' ideology with which life affairs are to be determined is Islaam. The path to the attainment of the goal of the the Islamic 'Aqiidah is the path of Jihaad fii sabiilillaah (striving in the cause of Allah). Jihaad is part of Islaam divinely ordained to lead the Muslims to the attainment of the goal of Islaam. Failure to tread the noble and the divine path will always set mankind at odd with the Creator and the Lord of the universe and worldly humiliation. The earlier the divine message is understood and practised the better and happier for mankind.
Has not the time arrived for the believers to submit with submissive hearts to the remembrance of Allah and to the truth He has revealed, so that they may not become like those who were given the Book before this, even though their term was prolonged for them but their hearts became hardened? And most among them were transgressors. (Al Hadiid, Qur'an Chapter 57 v 16).
Those given books before the Muslims' Qur'an are the Christians and the Jews. They were given ample opportunity to embrace the divine message, Islaam and live goodly life but they rather chose to rebel against Allah and corrupted their religion and the divine books. They succumbed to humanly coined ideologies with which life affairs are determined. They by this earned the wrath and curse of Allah.
O Muslims! "Do not be like the disbelievers" is the divine admonition as contained in the above verse of the Qur'an. Neither the material pursuits nor the fear of death should debar you from the truth that has been revealed by Allah. These will neither guarantee you of earthly enjoyment nor the eternal salvation. Your supposed concern is how to secure liberation from the alluring things of life. Sincere efforts to identity with, understand and attain the truth is your saving grace. Be ideologically inclined by treading the true path in your own interest.

Good Day
*ARE U ONE OF US?*
Hilarious truth:
The people born between 1940-1980 in Nigeria and other African countries are the blessed ones... We are the awesome people... Our life is a living proof.
While playing and riding rented bicycle, we never bothered to wear helmets. We played marbles, steycions (seed of 'agbalumo'; what is the English of agbalumo self: did you say cherry,?), skipping ropes, clapping (Ooya, 10-10), 'bojuboju ooo', 'tàlowá ni'nu Ogba na'? Etc.
After school time we played until dusk but never watched the world (TV) by locking ourselves up in a room. We played only with our real friends, not with Facebook friends.
If we ever felt thirsty, we drank tap water - bottled water didn't exist then. We never got ill even after sharing the same juice or tree top with four friends from the same cup!
We didn't put on weight even after eating plate-full of sweets, eba, amala, koko, Monday to Saturday (but on Friday at schools, dodo ati rice (raisi). On Sundays only, we had bongo ordinary tea with bread or yam. On special days (Xmas. New Year, Easter, Maulud Nabiy, Eidil Fitri/Ileya, we had Jollof rice (or just 'raisi') for lunch.
We jolly well ate Saara anywhere with fresh chicken legs, head and wings, Turkey kę, where would you find it?
Nothing happened to our feet even after roaming and kicking ball made of rags bare footed. We never used any health supplements to keep ourselves healthy.
We used to create our own toys, omolangidi, we built our truxks with empty St Louis sugar carton and milk tins. Our school uniform was khaki, can you still remember pata olokun, pade mi lejika and full rubber etc?
Our parents were not rich, and they never chased desperately after money.
They just searched for and gave only love.. not any worldly possession. We never shared our emotions by using emoticons in mobile phones.
We never had cellphones, DVDs, Play stations, X-Boxes, video games, personal computers, internet, web chatting, but we had many good friends.
We used to visit our friend's home unannounced and enjoyed food with them. We never had to call them and ask for their parents permission to visit their home.
Loving people were near to us so our hearts and souls were happy. Hence we never required any insurance policy.
We might have been in Black and White photos but you find colourful memories in them
The Ultimate is that we are a unique and the most understanding generation, because we are the last generation that listened to their parents and also the first that have to listen to their children.
We are the last set of people to treck kilometers bare footed to school, carrying metal portmoto on our heads and yet carry our children to school in cars or by drivers.
The last generation to enjoy free public school education but the first to horribly pay to train children in private schools.
We had less homework in our days so we could help our parents in home duties but have to assist our kids in their homework who cannot assist parents or maids in home duties.
We are not special, but a *LIMITED EDITION* and I am proud I belong to this noble generation.
A sincere apology turns deadly end result.
*A SINCERE APOLOGY TURNS TO A DEADLY END RESULT:*
_A man received this message from his neighbor_..
.
_*Sorry sir, I’ve been using your wife day & night when you’re not at home. In fact, much more than you do. I confess this now because I’m feeling very guilty. Hope you’ll accept my sincere apologies".I’ll pay if you wish to charge me the service fee* .
Immediately after reading the message, the man went for his gun & out of anger, shot his wife dead.
A few minutes later, he received another message:
"Sorry Sir, a spelling mistake...
I meant _*WiFi*_ not ~~Wife~~."
We must be very careful how we react to things. Don't be quick to get angry. Find out the other person's version of events & allow urself room to reason before U react.
This man killed his innocent wife, just because of a spelling mistake.
Patience is a Virtue.
Let this serve as a caution to us all.
Be slow to get angry. Anger opens the door to other deadly sins. Always take a deeper breath before U react...
May Allah be our sole support.

*THE ISLAAMIC AQIIDAH*
*Episode Twenty One*
*POLITICS AND GOVERNMENT: THE ISLAAMIC PERSPECTIVE*
There is no contention over whether politics is required or not. Islaam emphasizes the essence of politics beyond what any other civilization contemplates. The difference between the Islaamic and secular perspectives to politics however lies in what decision is taken, the mode, basis, purpose and the goal of taking decision. The following verse of the Qur’aan addresses this subject matter accordingly:
“And it is He (Allah) Who has made you the Khaliifah (inheritors) of the earth and raised some of you in ranks over others so that He may try you in that which He has bestowed on you. Surely, your Lord is swift in retribution; yet, certainly He is also Forgiving, Merciful.” (Al-An’aam, Qur’aan Chapter 6 v 165)
The terms Khaliifah (vicegerents or inheritors), ranking some people over others, bestowal of divine provisions and the fact that man shall be taken to account regarding how the divine provisions are utilized, are all indicative of the use of leadership or government and politics as effective public decision-making tools in human affairs. Those (i.e. the leaders) said to be of certain degree or rank above others in this verse, are the Messengers and Prophets of God as well as the human leadership who follow the footsteps of the seal of Prophethood, Muhammad (s a w). While the leaders are those ranked certain degrees above others, those above whom the leaders are ranked are the followers (or the masses). The fact that the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (s a w) upon whom Allah confirms the title of the leader of the whole world has also been acknowledged and accorded the most influential person in history by both the Muslims and the non-Muslims alike, is a testimony to the fact that politics is not only an essential aspect of human/social life, but it is also natural with, and inseparable from Islaam.
It follows that in Islaam, political responsibility or leadership is a divine trust. It is neither “the minority have their say" nor "the majority have their way.” It is neither “the majority carries the vote” of the democrats nor “the survival of the fittest” of the Machiavellians (the autocrats). It is also not “the dictatorship of the tyrants”.
Politics under any civilization requires influence, power and authority. In Islaam, these are not solely subject to human desires, but in accordance with the will of Allah (God). This implies that leaders under Islaamic system of government exercise authority, power and influence or take decisions on behalf of the divine being. In Islaam, sovereignty is that of Allah Alone. Human sovereign body is not recognized. The goal of politics in Islaam is a fulfillment of the divine will which results into peace and harmony required for a meaningful and successful human life.
On this basis, the negative pejorative sense in which politics is often seen in secular context, and the feeling that politics is a dirty game do not apply under Islaam. From the perspective of Islaam, politics is a lawful and necessary tool of life activities and positive development.
From the fore-going, it is understood that, the issue of politics, government, state, sovereignty, power and authority have to do with the entire life of man. These concepts or principles have direct bearing on the success in the affairs of every individual or the entire society of mankind. The community of a people that does not concern itself with these issues or which does not have its own position on them is likely to be at the mercy of some other civilisations that are more concerned with them.
The crucial pivot around which all these issues revolve is life goal. When Muslims fail to pursue the divine or their genuine life goal, they are then left with the option of accepting the whims and caprices of the prevailing secular power which determines human activities.
The genuine life goal of the Muslims notwithstanding, Muslims stand the risk of failing to attain it should they decline from conducting their life affairs in accordance with the basis of their being Muslims - the true Islamic ‘Aqiidah. It is therefore unfortunate to note that some Muslims are contented with secular governments or authorities, toying with their life goal.
Understanding and appreciating the imperativeness of politics and government is indeed sacrosanct. It is however impossible to evolve a government of a people’s choice without effort. In order to replace an existing undesirable government with an ideal one, this effort becomes imperative. The effort or striving or struggle based on sound ‘Aqiidah and justified Gaayah (goal) of Islaam is called Jihaad in Islaam. In the history of mankind there is no known successful system without Jihaad. In other words, history and human experience have shown that every system that has evolved and every government that has emerged, irrespective of its origin, philosophies, goals and context, must of necessity have made Jihaad the most vital approach to its success.
The imperativeness of Jihaad is implied by the slogans “no government without power and no power without government” as well as “there is no power without authority” as “there is no authority without power”. In other words, to attain power, a government must be put in place. With a government in place, attainment of power is feasible. Power is equally of no effect without authority. When a government has authority, it is considered to be possessing genuine political power and when the government has authority, its power is considered relevant and effective. It follows that it is impossible for the modern or westernized Muslims to hope to attain the divine set goals without Jihaad.
Refusal to do Jihaad is indicative of weak ‘Aqiidah (faith). A people of weak ‘Aqiidah, unprepared to wage Jihaad, are considered neither having comprehended the concept and methodology of an Islaamic government nor will they be able to operate one if it falls on their laps. The idea of these brands of Muslims arrogating power to themselves in the name of innumerable chieftaincy, traditional or religious titles such as Emirs, Obas, Obis, etc, is a mere self-deceit and illusion as their assumed power absolutely lacks any iota of authority. Obviously, much as these titles connote power, their holders cannot and do not have the moral or legal rights to pass Fataawa (rulings) concerning serious issues and crimes like Rida (apostasy) Zina (adultery and fornication), armed robbery, abandonment of Salah (prayer), decline from fulfilling Zakat (compulsory alms giving), etc. In fact the so-called Muslim leaders cannot even take a stand on any matter especially if such a stand contradicts the position of the secular state or government to which the authority and sovereignty has been ascribed.
In Islaam, sovereignty and authority belong to Allah (s w t). The divine authority is exercised through the Islaamic leadership (Khilaafah) on earth. No known Islaamic leadership emerged without the Jihaad approach to securing power, authority and all that are required to decide the affairs of, (or govern) the people in the society. The secular system of government is cognisant of this reality and this is the secret of its global enthronement and popularity. Unfortunately, the believers or Muslims of the modern age have declined from implementing the guidance that has come to them from Allah to govern the universe. The Jews and the Christians had already become guilty of this offence and Allah had for this, promised them of punishment.
“(And remember) when Allah made the covenant with those who were given the (divine) books, they were asked to spread the teachings of the book to mankind and not conceal them; but they cast it behind their backs and sold them for a petty price. What a bad bargain they made! Those who rejoice in their misdeeds and love to be praised for what they have not actually done, should never think that they will escape the punishment; in fact, they shall have a painful punishment; for all the dominions of the heavens and the earth belong to Allah Who has power over all things.” (Aal-‘Imraan, Qura’aan Chapter 3 v 187 – 189).
It is made explicit from these verses that Allah is the Originator of everything, to Him belongs sovereignty and the determination of all affairs. In Suratul Mu’minuun, Chapter 23 of the Qur’aan, Allah poses and answers the questions of who is the creator of everything? Who is the controller of all affairs and to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? The divine answer is that all these are Allah’s. In the process of posing the challenging questions, Allah probes further the prowess and credentials of spirituality or divinity, intellectual and proactive operation of human affairs which human beings arrogate to themselves. Muslims who are the adherents and proponents of Islaam, the only divine cause are under obligation to go about the Islaamic struggle seeking to replace the secular system with the Khilaafah (the Islaamic system of government) by ensuring that sovereignty, power and authority are due to Allah Alone. When Muslims assume this posture, fulfillment of the will of Allah, the Supreme Being is the primary concern. The goal is the divine design to liberate human beings from the oppression and servitude of man to man, to the servitude of man to Allah alone. Since the sole purpose of man’s existence on earth is to worship Allah, Allah does not approve of any form of hindrance on the path of His faithful servants to serve Him accordingly. He has therefore mandated the believers to always rise against secular power, ensuring that the divine will is fulfilled.
In pursuit of this mission, the Prophet (s a w) engaged the unbelievers in about thirty eight (38) Gazwah (military expeditions) within a period of ten (10) years. These battles were all precipitated by the attack on the Muslims by the non- Muslims or secular powers for the singlular reason of invitation of mankind to embrace the divine way of life, Islaam. This aversion to the divine mission notwithstanding, the divine mandate to defend the divine cause is further enjoined in the injunction:
Permission to (fight back) is hereby granted (to the believers against) whom war is waged and because they have been wronged; certainly Allah has power to grant them (the believers) victory – those who have been unjustly expelled from their homes only because they said: “Our Lord is Allah.” Had not Allah checked some people by means of others, the monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which Allah’s praise is daily celebrated, would have been utterly demolished. Allah will certainly help those who help His Cause; and most surely, Allah is Mighty, Powerful. These are the people who, if We give them authority in the land, will establish Salah (Prayer) and pay Zakah (obligatory charity), enjoin good (or divine justice) and forbid evil; the final decision of all affairs is in the hands of Allah. (Al-Haaj, Qur’aan Chapter 22 v 39-41).
From the divine injunction of the Qur’aan Chapter 57 v 25, it has been made explicit that before the secular conception of how government should be structured, it had been stipulated in Islaam that government is of the legislative, executive and judicial arms.
Khilaafah (Caliphate) in Islaam is the central government of regional and national entities, state governments inclusive. The structure of the society into the legislative, executive and judicial arms or functions, must be in accordance with the divine dictate because Islaamic government is poised to execute divine rule on earth. Conscious Muslims or The Islaamic Movement is therefore not to compromise the “spiritual foundation, the intellectual basis and the radical or pro-active operation” in their pursuit of genuine Islaam or establishment of the Islaamic government. The stiff global struggle and opposition of the secularists against the Islamic struggle notwithstanding, the Muslims are not to compromise the actualization of the divine mandate. The Islaamic government if established however adequately caters for the interest of the non-Muslims alike. The Muslims’ existence under secular state/government is an abbreviation. Islaamic government should rather prevail over human affairs, determining the rights and expectations of the Muslims and the non-Muslims alike. It is when this is pursued and accomplished that man’s purpose of creation or man’s life goal is attained.
While majority of mankind are misguided and cajoled into embracing the secular worldview and authority, those who sincerely wish to pursue and realize the goal of life are admonished further as follows:
Surely, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day, there are signs for men of understanding. Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting and lying on their sides, and meditate on the creation of heavens and the earth, (they say): “Our Lord! You have not created these in vain.“ Glory to You! Save us from the punishment of Fire. Our Lord! Those whom You cast into Fire will be in eternal shame and there shall be no helper for such wrongdoers. Our Lord! We have heard someone calling to the faith saying; “Believe in your Lord”, so we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, remove from us our evil deeds and make us die with the righteous. Aal-‘Imraan, Qur’aan Chapter 3 v 90 – 93).
There is no contention of the fact that man’s purpose of creation is to serve Allah through adherence to the divine dictates. It is in this that salvation resides. For anyone to be safe from the torment of Allah and be among the fortunate ones in this world and the hereafter, one must shun deceit of this world and abide by the reality of establishing the government of Islaam which guarantees absolute servitude to Allah and thereby attain the goal of life – the goal of the Islaamic or Muslim Society. This is the true perspective to the issues and essence of political power and government in Islaam.

Dear lady
DEAR LADY.
You can't wait to be married, even me can't wait for you to be married, it's every ladies dream, even Men too.
Marriage will come for you eventually, God will do it, but when it comes, it will come not just with the Privileges but with RESPONSIBILITIES.
Hope you are preparing not just for the FUN, but for the WORK.
Men are funny creatures, you'll need patience to deal with them.
Do you have patience?
Or your own is to shout and tear down the roof "as e dey hot?"
The average Man loves Food, good food., except you plan to get a house help for that, you will cook, a lot, like almost everyday in the week, Can you cook?
When you were a spinster, you could eat Indomie and anything you wanted on some days, you had the power of choice and freedom to do as you like, but that changes when you get married, I hope you love cooking?
Keeping a home is hard work,
Especially when there's kids.
Only few Men will actually create time to assist their wives with chores and kids, I pray you marry such a Man, but even if you do, you'll still feel the heat.
Are you ready?
How good are you at submitting?
A single lady is in charge of herself, her body, what she wears, where she goes, but a Married Woman isn't.
You'll have to pass all your decisions through your husband, except you are looking for matter that people will come and settle in your marriage?
Are you ready?
When you want to do something and he says No,...
Are you ready?
When you want to go somewhere and he says No, sit at home.
These are practical issues that are tearing marriages down, A married Woman will tell her husband either by words or by her actions "I own myself, you can't tell me what to do", such marriage will not be a peaceful one, impossible.
Are you ready?
When you come home tired, and he wants to play dat play, do you know what to say/do to manage the situation?
I've seen Women who abandon their breastfeeding babies at daycare centers daily so they can be free from the stress, seen women who leave their little babies with neighbors and went out with friends to party.
Many Women have scattered their marriages because they came prepared for the FUN, but not prepared for the WORK.
They came to PARTY, but met REALITY
They came to PLAY, and forgot to come PRAYING.
"I'm a Married Woman" is not by flashing your wedding ring... Come Prepared for EVERYTHING, and may Almighty Allah also give you a Man who will help you with EVERYTHING.
