I thought that the delivery man won't deliver my younger brothers parcel. And I can understand him if ever that he did that. Why? Because my younger brother has been disrespectful. I don't like the way he talks to the delivery man. He's tone is like a boss. He didn't even use "po" or "opo". So when their conversation ended, I scolded him. That's not the right way to talk with elder or whoever you're talking to. You're a customer, okay but you didn't bought the man. And they're making things easy for us by delivering the items instead of going out. We should be thankful with that. We should respect everyone. We're all people. Whether you're rich or poor. Respect each other.
