One week preparation with only 5k on my hands. Then my partners 13 month came so we added a little bit amount for my son's baptism. Late notice to Godfathers and Godmothers. I almost cried because from 8 pairs there's no pair yet when we go to church for mass. Still blessed because my chosen friends came. 3 pairs for Godparents after mass and I'm so happy. My friends came. All from my partners side (chosen godparent) didn't came to stand beside us. His Mom didn't help us in cooking foods for our visitors. My Mom did all the cooking. My youngest sister did the design. I and my Partner did the groceries. In my mind, I don't need them. My son is loved by my family and friends. If they're not willing to help at times that we need them, then it's fine. My partner asked me to do our sons first birthday at his parents place, I said "No". It will never happen. If they can't help us now that we're in need, what more in the future.
