Good evening 🌆 Tomorrow is my birthday so I'm hoping for a good call tonight. 😅 Hope that I won't be in a long call. It's fine if I'll have disconnected calls. I'm so bad. 🤣 When I want to help the customers but they don't wanna listen to me. They're blocking me when they can't get the answer that they want. Then they'll ask for a supervisor as if supervisor can help them override the system. 😢😅🤣
