At the Hospital where I gave birth to my son last September 9, 2022. First time being a mom, first time stitches, first time to be hospitalized. I have a lot of first time because of my son. And that first time make me feel like I'm going to die and also become the happiest person in the world. 🌍👶🤱 I'm here for some requirements needed for work and SSS but I still need to come back after a week to get the Discharge Summary that cost hundred pesos. Not yet sure for the CTC of OB History on how much do I have to pay. 💰
