I lack something from the first mock call but I passed. While in the second one I messed up. I didn't solve the problem and didn't follow the call flow. They said that the agent should drive the call but how when we don't know the story? If it's a true call, I can check everything that is available but it's a mock call where they make our minds go round and round. 😔💔 I'm going to rewrite my notes later. I need to review or else it's goodbye already.
