"Difference between Want and Need" In action, want means you are willing to do it while Need you are obliged to do it, like whether you like it or not you need to do it. In life, want means you don't really need it, maybe you just like it while need means it's essential or required, like foods or shelter. In my case awhile ago I'm obliged to do some household chores. 😅
