As you can see, I can now receive heart tips. I don't receive any for I don't know how long but I can receive tip backs. I think one of the mistake that I made was giving heart without reading the whole content. And now, I read the content first and if I think that it's worth it, I give my heart in that post. If I remember it right, when noisecash made rules before and you didn't really read it they will give you a reminder to read the rules since it won't even take a minute. That's why I tried to do that now. How can we say that users post is good content if we're not going to read it?

I feel you I can't receive hearttips but I can receive a tipback hihi not bad.. You're right we need to read the contents before click the heart button 🙂
