If you're account have problem in receiving small tips even if you have lots of heart: You should avoid giving your heart in non-sense post. Avoid the heart to heart too because it looks like tip to tip which is in rule#1. No begging of tip, tip to tip or sub to sub. We don't have free tips now but the heart that we give is also a tip. That's what I observe in my account. I always check who gives me heart and go to their profile. Then I'll make sure to give them my heart also even if there posts were like greetings or quotes only. And after just seconds my account will receive small tips only. So we need to give tips or heart in posts who have sense or good content. This is just my observation beautiful people.
