Good morning noise family ☺️ Just want to show you our little garden, it's just beside the house. Our small farm is far from our house and we only visit it once a month. Sadly, Most of the trees died like the malongay, some of guava and calamansi. In the first photo, what do you call this vegetable/herb in your place? Here in pangasinan, we call it "katuray" This is good for hypertension. Fresh vegetables could add rich flavor to a dish. Most of the vegetables from the market are no longer fresh and also sometimes they add chemicals to it.
