Nature & its creation Nature is so captivating . As I find so many nature lovers here, in this platform, Iam sure they would have had a better experience than me. Why I choose this topic? Simple. I just came across few things, in my surroundings,this last one week. So was curious to share with you. Years before when I got married and came here, there was a mango tree 🌳 here in our garden. A tree that gave shade for us apart from mangoes. Infact, it was a home for variety of birds. Every year, the Mango tree gave us big raw mangoes and sweet ripe mangoes. The birds also enjoyed eating the mangoes. Some times we used to get only bitten mangoes. While the raw mangoes where used for making pickles and curries,(a liquid dish made with coconut and raw mangoes, which tastes good to eat with rice) , the ripe ones were either eaten fresh or in the form of juice. Even sweet dishes were made out of it. Infact, the ripe ones were shared among our neighbours and dear ones. My mother -in- law in her morning walks used to give the mango tree a dear pat for which the mango was giving us good harvest. But recently the mango tree started drying up so we decided to cut down as twigs and leaves were falling.

With heavy heart we saw the huge tree being cut right in front of our eyes. A shade for us and a means of food and shelter for birds were broken into pieces in front of our eyes.

The very next day I found duck like birds probably a father and mother and its three young ones running around our garden. If you watch the pic carefully you can see three baby ducklings behind it. The babies were so cute. I had no idea as to how it entered our garden. I tried to give it sone food and water but as and when I went near it, the parent duck with its sharp beak came yelling at me. I was taken aback leaving the plate of food and water there. May be it was of the fear that I was going to catch it. As I went near it, the parents protected the young ones out of fear. It was in the garden for two consecutive days but on the third day it left. No idea when and where?

This eagle was a regular visitor after the mango tree got cut. It used to come in the morning hours and later, in the afternoon for taking twigs. It was quite huge. The colour was brown and white. My son clicked this photo of it. Each time it came, we used to take the mobile camera to click a photo of its close up. But as soon as it hear our footsteps it will fly. Eagle is very smart, the way it chooses the twigs for it's shelter. Somethings we have to learn from birds and animals.

This one is our neighbours cat. We just got it for few minutes. It has got big hairs all over its body. I haven't seen such a lazy cat. It walks little, rests longer and runs faster.
