Making 2 accounts in there was a bad idea bro. Are you doing the tasks they provide in their page? Only some offers free cashrain without doing any tasks. Even if you did the tasks make sure you click on 'already participated' for confirmation. It's very unrealistic to expect free cash sometimes. They probably rained that big amount for site promotion. The tasks they give are so simple plus do note that sometimes you won't get any rewards even if you do all the things right because of the higher number of participants. As for readcash, try writing about content the audience will enjoy. I think you need to do some research to find that out. Finally use grammarly or any other sites which provides free grammar correction.
