@Setac more from that month

This is definitely my biggest catch this year. I brought home over 10kg and there is so much left. To make things even better, this is the first time I've met this species :) Polyporus squamosus is a species of fungus of the genus Basidiomycota, also known as scaly perch. The English name of the mushroom is dryad’s saddle. This is the first time I come across this mushroom and I came across the following recommendation: always use fresh mushrooms, avoid using crunchy mushrooms that were torn off more than 24 hours ago. Only young specimens are edible, older ones become quite tough. Depending on the source, its aroma is similar to watermelon peel, cucumber and corn flour. It can be prepared in all ways: marinating, frying, frying, cooking ... and it is also suitable for drying in order to be used as a spice. I really liked it :) Use in medicine: it is part of the balm against skin inflammation and fungus on the nails. #photography #bitcoincash #originalcontent #noisecash #myphoto #randomthoughts #myphoto #bch #nature #naturaleza #mushrooms
