Shitaka unfortunately does not grow in our country, but that's why a huge number of edible mushrooms grow. Some of them have doubles that resemble edible mushrooms in many ways, but they can actually be deadly... These are from the boletus family, I've been picking them for years and I'm interested in mushrooms, but I'm not an expert. I ask scholars, read in manuals, compare and only then eat a new kind...
I love mushrooms 🍄 too!! But, I'm afraid if I need some poisonous ones, but I always pick up only famous ones haha! Oh, too bad you don't have #shiitake mushroom 🍄 in your country! It's my favorite kind of mushroom 🍄 😄👏
Each area has its own peculiarities, different types of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, other animals are represented... but also the customs and cultures of the people are different.
