Surely , by doing this your breakthrough is at your doorstep. Not all is gifted in oratory , you are gifted in other spheres of life.
Multitudes can be confusing and chaotic. Don't follow their line of thinking. Think differently from others. Stop , don't join others to do evil. A well researched line of thinking can be more productive and profitable. Always be sure of yourself , don't underate and underestimate your innate ability to excel brilliantly. To get a new idea , you must be ready to freshen up and direct and re-direct your thinking power and ability.
To be at the top , you need to be very strict and have the gut to separate wheat from the shafts. Discretion needs to be strengthened to gain access to better options. There's a need to be careful in moving along with people that do not share your vision. If they don't share your vision , they will obscure your mission and topple it and this may be disastrous. Not everyone is interested in your progress and see you in fine form. Some may not be happy in your advancement. Be cautious about almost everything in life.
Develop yourself educationally and improve on your skills. It is your strength and skills that would prove your worth and make you stand -out. You are meant for top flight shows. If You Are Called 'Ordinary Person'.. Don't Feel Bad.
God Almighty is our creator. An all-important Personality that has no rival .The Holy Bible made us to understand that He alone sit in Zion, He is bigger and larger than the whole world. He is the one that is responsible for your creation and deposited all invaluable things capable of transforming you from from grass to grace. Making you to survive all hazards of life, guiding you step by step to become someone with silver spoon in your mouth. Don't tell me no.,. Am not using silver spoon. He gives you unconditional recognition and life that you carry about.. You are more than a conqueror. From here , you are more than ordinary.
Now if a human being for that matter despises you and refer to you as ordinary person don't feel bad. After all , someone bigger than you who holds you in high esteem had given you all what it takes to shine and prosper , then why are you feeling bad for being called ordinary.
Everything under the sun created by God is ordinary. The word 'ordinary ' though commonly called is referenced by Almighty God. It is ordinary in outlook , it is internally blessed and heavy .
Water is a creature. It is commonly used by almost every one on the earth surface. Its importance cannot be quantified and be wished away just like that. As it is, no other thing under earth surface can take over its work. Without it , 95% of domestic work in the house , hospital , market place ,is carried out by it. With it you can cook food , wash plates among others. A mutiny was carried out against it by soft drinks and other fruits. That they are ready to take the place of water . Every effort was exercised by them for people to use them instead of water , though they are sweet , people love them on that basis of sweetness , yet , as they were about to win water , water make itself scarce either by rain , sea and River water. Not more than a second after making itself scarce people started looking for it. Reason : The mutineers : soft drinks and fruits , they can't quench thirst but water. Water , though , ordinary , without it people would die of thirst. Then , who says you are ordinary ?
The secondary school education is ordinary compare with higher institution education , yet without it you can't proceed to higher education. Without ordinary level results , you can't proceed to the university. So please don't feel bad if someone whether overtly or covertly called you ordinary.
A gateman in an organization, as ordinary as he may be if he doesn't open gate either to come in or going out , you cannot enter, therefore , he has his own unique role that he performs and a series of other responsibilities that he carries out , quite different from the CEO of a company. Don't look down on anybody , it is only the privilege that you have. You cannot be an island to yourself.

Security Without Effective Policing.

Security of lives and properties has no alternative. It is either there's security or no security at all. Security cannot be discussed outside effective policing. To maintain internal security of the nation , effective and efficient policing is very important. A well-equipped police force scared away all criminal tendencies.
In this part of the world , security of lives and properties is not taking with seriousness. Series of security breaches are recorded . Kidnapping , banditry , armed robbery are almost reported on pages of our National dailies. One would now wonder , are we not having police in our neighborhood ? Your answer is as good as good as mine. It is unfortunate that they are functioning as if they are not existing. Are they having the wherewithal or equipment to work with ?
The answer to the above rhetorical question is No. How can you expect the police to function. The primary duty has been abandoned , they are now acting as'money collector'. They collect stipends from commercial bus driver as substitute for checking the bus/vehicle particulars. They do whatever pleases them at border areas. Do you call that security work. At the least , this is no.
Are they well -equipped ? Are they carrying modern day guns ? Is their remuneration okay ? I doubt this ? Do they carry out their police duty with well mannered sense. They arrest innocent people indiscriminately and detain them illegally. This is image tarnishing habit that made members of the public to hate them. They are not following the laid down rule of law which presumed an accused to be innocent until proven otherwise. But treat everyone as common criminals. They take sides in a case without proper investigation and what constitutes their greatest undoing is shabbily presentation of cases in court as number one State prosecutor. This may not be unconnected to low entry qualifications. No well lettered individuals would like to associate with them just like that.
This type of scenerio operates in many third world countries. This has gingered the criminals to have a field day. There's no way we can keep criminals at bay without finding solutions to the issue of the police..
It is high time we concentrate on getting ourselves right in terms of finding the right personnel to be in charge of our security architecture.

In West Africa Now : Harmattan Wind Is Raging.
In our part of the world , we are in the dry season and everything is dry and withering. Trees are shedding their leaves just in order to conserve available water in the roots only. During this period which started in late November will continue to the month of March before we started experiencing rainfall once again. But the in-thing at this period of this dry season is Harmattan.
Harmattan Is a name given to the wind that is blowing across the West Africa sub -region , this wind is coming from the North Africa where Sahara desert is situated. Geographically , it is North East trade winds and it is very dry. It brings along ferocious dryness capable of blowing sand and dust. Everywhere is dusty. During this time it is not uncommon to see everything under the sun dusty. No thanks to Harmattan. Every untarred road is filled with dust if you ply on it.
Apart from everywhere being dusty , human beings too have their share of the Harmattan. Irrespective of the number of times you bath in a day , your body would still look scratchy and whitish. Of a truth , every single person has his lips peeled and eyes reddish. Everyone goes around with a small quantity of ointment like Robb to smoothen one's lip. The sales of Lipstick has gone up. Ladies apply this lipstick to prevent their lips from being scratchy and peeled away.
During this Harmattan period , excessive cold is experienced in the morning. As soon as it is 12 midnight. Cold descended heavily on the environment and people start feeling it inside. It is not uncommon seeing people wearing thick clothes around and anyone who defies Harmattan by not wearing thick clothes , is seen shivering and catarrh is a common cold infection people suffer.
There is excess heat in the afternoon. It not uncommon seeing people consuming high percentage of water. Some hawkers selling bottles and satchels of water make brisk business and the rate of turnover of their business is high after all. Though , in some afternoon , cloud cover does the magic of shielding away the sun , creating impression that the sun not overhead in the sky. During this time , the heat is reduced.
The Arable Farmers appear to be on vacation. They have little weeds to clear. Land preparation for the incoming farming season is made simple because everywhere is dry. Bush burning is the order of the day, though not the best way but some emergency hunters do invade thick Forest around in search of rodents , squirrels and what have you , therafter set bush on fire. This is a blessing in disguise for farmers. They use the lands for farming much later. Cash crops Farmers like cocoa use the period to dry cocoa seeds and bag it for sale. They make money after all.
This is not the best of time for Aircrafts to fly around. The Air transport business is badly affected by poor weather conditions. There's poor visibility. But I believe a number of Aeroplanes and Airlines are having their movement schedules cancelled and restrategise and rescheduled. No thanks to Harmattan.
Though Harmattan is beneficial to oursome extent. It is a Doctor. A natural medical doctor. It heals sores. It dries up and heal wounds. Sometimes those who show signs of fever are healed before it goes out of hands.

Foundation Of A Country: Pre-requisite For Transformation.

A Pre-requisite is something that must exist or happen or be done . In this case therefore , good foundation is a solid background that must be present on which further growth would rest. When this is done , it allows for many things to take place , including, transformation. A country that is serious of reaching its pinnacle must have a solid foundation.
Foundation is sine qua non to perfect ingredients which a soup must have to command a good taste.
In the first instance , Good leadership is like a good cook preparing a soup for eating. Even if a country is having all ingredients for National planning and eventual development , without a good leader , everything would be a big mess -up. A good leader is expected to coordinate all policies of government to arrive at a good decision that must be beneficial to the overall good of a country.
A country without necessary infrastructure on ground cannot be said to have a very good foundation. Transportation is a key to National development. In this sector , railway lines are needed to be laid for easy transportation in and around the country. Road network is also very necessary to boost internal trade. Airports both domestic and international are highly needed to fast track movement of people in and around the country. International Airports , if well-managed can go along way to rake in scarce foreign exchange for the betterment of the country.
Education is very important too. Education must be developed fully. A country that refuses to fully develop its educational sector effectively and efficiently is never a serious country. Any country in this category need not be giving a pride of place amongst the comity of Nations.
As a follow up to the above , Agriculture needs to be fully developed to serve as source of raw materials to our ailing Industries. Industrial revolution needs revolution in Agriculture for the country to get transformed totally.
A combination of these factors is needed to be blended together for a country to solve plethora of problems confronting it.
Youth unemployment is needed to be confronted headlong for a country to be transformed totally. A country that is unable to solve this is not transformed.

Optimist Vs Pessimist.
There is no denying the fact there are two sides to a coin and it appears that in nature two things are created with intention to be opposite to each other. I sincerely believe that this is intentionally done for we human beings to have a choice, to have options to choose from. Possibly to appear to us that we are not being dictated to always. God Almighty created us Male and Female in His own image before we were born. In this, God used His plenary power , His supremacy to decide it without any consultation with anyone. Afterwards, He implanted in us the free -will , the will-power to take decisions for our well being on the surface of the earth.
That brings us to the above topic. If I may ask : Are you an Optimist or Pessimist ? An Optimist is a person who always expects good things to happen or things to be successful . While, A Pessimist is a person who always expects bad things to happen . Without sounding derogatory , which one are you?. Basically, in this planet Earth of ours , there are so many interplay of forces , both good and bad ,. which rest on the neck of each and every individual to make a choice. If we then refuse or forget to make a choice ,these forces ,by raw effontery , they take decision for us and impose it on us , though ,it depends on which of the two forces has upper hand.
As a corollary to the above , the one with superior power take charge and exercise its dominance at the expense of the other until the person being dominated wrestle his or her self from such a force either physically or spiritually.
Power Of Positive Thinking.
It is always good to exercise power of positive thinking all the time. No reasonable human beings would want bad things to happen to him or her . But whether knowingly or unknowingly , we are the architects of our fortune either bad fortune or good fortune. Therefore ,it is always good to be on the side of good things. If we seek peace , peace will find us automatically , if we seek war , war will look for us. If we seek progress , progress will definitely be ours . If we seek retrogression , definitely , retrogression will pursue us. Therefore , it is devilish on our part to use our minds wrongly because whatever we concentrate on , or ruminate upon always take larger part of us and goes along way to dictate our being in the spiritual realm and have either negative or positive impact on our physical being.
What is the pattern of our thinking: Is it positive thinking or negative thinking ? Originally ,we human beings have the potential energy to dissipate at all times but it is always good to dissipate our energy on those things capable of bringing right fortune on us. We should always allow fortune to smile on us. This could only be show if we adopt and exercise power of positive thinking in us. Power of Positive Thinking attracts positive things to our lives. Be it Sound health , Promotion , Riches , Business and Finance Fortune among other good things of lives. In the right sense therefore , Positive Thinking goes along with optimisms. And a believer in optimisms is an Optimist. All good things of life go with Optimist.
Based on the aforementioned analysis , Negative thinking is an aberration and indeed a bad impetus capable of ifdestroying our lives. We should not open eyes and allow our lives to destroy. Our lives are valuable. Even We should be cautious of what we do either overtly or covertly. We should not destroy what we can't create and human lives is one thing we can't create and we should not make any attempt to destroy it. A negative thinker is a Pessimist. God Almighty has a unique way through which He does His things. He doesn't disclose His ways to anybody but His ways is unique and awesome. Since I was born , Sunday is quite different from all other days. Hardly do you hear hustling and burstling that characterized other days. In my neighborhood , starting from 3.30a.m in the dawn of morning , you would start hearing sound and horn blaring of vehicles , Monday to Saturday , kick starting the business of the day. People would be moving out of their houses to City centres in urban areas for their daily work.
On Sunday, the uniqueness of God comes in. Many people keep to the standard of God , remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy . They stay indoors for the day to break when they start trooping out to many worship centres to commune with Almighty God. Christians among the people in my neighborhood dress neatly to show case their newly bought wears and shoes to churches to worship in various Churches. No doubt , the day is different. Melodious songs with series of sound of drums come to the ears of those in doors , believe me , you won't know when you will join them to sing along , even join them to dance. Activities are always in the pipeline after drum and singing galore had passed come in quick succession , prayer of various types from the congregation. Pastor reins blessings on people to mark the glorious Sunday.
Sunday is unique. Streets are deserted , devoids of normal days bubbling. Those not on the list of church goers stay indoors to relax their limbs and sleep off in their various homes. If electricity is supplied little do you hear of the sound of generators in the neighborhood. Silence pervades everywhere. Serene atmosphere is noticed in almost everywhere.
The uniqueness is seen also in the number of vehicles plying the roads , the traffic is light. No reports of traffic paralysis is reported on Radios and on Television Stations. You wish the day to continue without stopping.
Do you know Sunday is having its own unique food. Rice is delicious food for the day but it's prepared for the day's menu in several different manners , quite different from normal days preparation. The difference is noticed in the taste and in the aroma it brings. In our family house in those days , each and every child is having opportunity of collecting one or two sliced meat on top of your share of plate of rice given to you. In addition to that , a bottle of chilled soft drinks is also added to already allocated plate of jollof or fried rice. Now that I am living alone the tradition is kept intact. Thanks to the uniqueness of Sunday.
After Sunday service , you come home to serve siesta. Nobody disturbs you from sleeping. We sleep soundly without any visible work to do. Such undisturbed sleep is enjoyed to the fullest.

Of a truth , put differently , there's a wall of difference between genuine information and fake information. Information is instrument and catalyst needed to galvanise you into taking rightful decision , that may ginger you into a desirable victory.
Without mincing words , talking of information that may galvanize you into victory , here , we are talking of real and genuine information. Really , we need genuine ones. These are series of information that are factual , tested and trusted capable of bringing megabucks of high quality values , that will transform your life forever , that will catapult you from grass to grace eternally and forever and ever.
Poverty is an enigma and a gargantuan obstacle that can draw the hands of clocks back , even permanently. But believe you mean , one piece of genuine information is capable of breaking the shackles of poverty for lives. This is no deceit. It is all-rounder information that we obtain that will separate participants from true champions. This year 2022. We shall emerge CHAMPIONS !

Be Focused like Eagle..

An Eagle is a bird that commands attention wherever it is. It gives itself respect and honour. It goes far and wide in search of prey and flies far into the sky to ensure that nothing neither interferes nor block her views from catching what she has in mind to catch for her own food whenever she decides to hunt. By this precision , she doesn't fail in her attempt to achieve her goals.
From the above , to be focused impliedly refer to a situation where nothing interferes with your determination to reach a goal , to achieve a meaningful strides of accomplishment that commands respect and honour in and outside ones enclaves. Nothing good is achieved in life without being focused.
In life of ours today , seriousness can never be maintained if one gets distracted with a little thing. While your mates are busy ruminating on how to go far in life through serious academic excellence and articulate study , you are busy connected to sensual life of drinking of alcohol and partying during odd hours of the night. What do you do in the morning after partying in the night , relaxing through sound sleep. Slumbering away your precious time. What a world without focus !
As a corollary to the above , greater attention is needed to focus on what you eat , drink and what have you. Eagle bird doesn't eat dead prey or food but live prey that's fresh and nice. Be it in Music , Medicine , Teaching , Arts ,Finance , Politics , among others without being focused. Your head needs to be closely guided in both mental and physical. You cannot be a glutton or drunkard to have right frame of mind mentally. If you are not stable mentally , you cannot achieve anything professionally. A focused minded person is a forward looking individual capable of achieving greatness and high developmental strides. A person with mission and vision will be focus and achieve advancement in life.
Who are your friends ? Are they focused ? Are they wayward ? The set of people you moved with has a lot of impact on your life. Friends have both negative and positive impact on your life. Try as much as possible to move with right set of people in order to find yourself in right pedestal of life. Be focused.
A man with a good wife , has a good treasure . Likewise , a woman with a good husband is having an eternal asset of life. Wherever it goes , good counsel comes from good home. Possession of good and awesome family is like a fertile arable land that produces bountifully. Be focused. Having this at the beginning of the year like this. You are bound for the top.

Football Creates Excitement.
Thanks greatly for the encouragement I have received so far. It is a great impetus to ride on with speed. You are highly recognized.
Applause serves as a great motivation to be up and doing , to ride on , fire on from all cylinders while otherwise can be counter productive. Without mincing words , applause serves as appreciation of your projects that have been richly created by you in order to advance beyond your expectations. Permit me to illustrate this from the football match played by our local football club against another team from another locality. The name of our team is Alamuwa Football Team and the other team is Fellow Football Team. In contention was a cup donated by Chief Adediwura .
Adediwura Cup.
Chief Adediwura , by local standard is a fairly rich man who happens to be a popular Cocoa farmer . Though is a farmer. He is highly interested in the development of football in the local level with this he donated a cup to be completed for yearly. Sixteen teams registered for the competition towards the end of last December. The winner would go home with $1000 , runners up would get $750 while the third place team is expected to go home with $500.
Our Team .. An Average Team.
When the competition started , our team ,. Alamuwa Football Team was not regarded as favorite that is likely to win the cup but we concentrated on planning well for the competition. We went on to form fans club that could be at the bandstand to vociferously cheer our team to victory. This worked wonders , to the extent that every ball kicking and any style of play is applauded to the admiration of all. To be candid , our team is an average team not in the eyes or within the precinct of winning. But the excitement generated by our ever loud applause gave us an edge. We wobbled and fumbled to the final.
Grand Finale..
On this final day of the cup , everyone was on sit including the Chairman Community Association. Before the kick-off ,our team had started dishing out series of melodious song , with fine lyrics and tune of bass with high capacity to ginger. When the game started our team's every move was met with great applause and loud noise with vociferous musical rhythm. This led to one goal scored by our team.
We balanced this up with eeeeh when our team is controlling the ball and uuuuuuh when opposing team takes over the game. This continued until the final whistle was sounded. Alamuwa won. Our excitement of applause culminated in our winning the cup. Our team pocketed $1000 and carried Adediwura Cup.
Excitement Rented The Air
The whole locality bursted into wild jubilation. Series of song rented the air. Oose , Oose oo , oose oo , oose baba.. We , thank you , we thank you , we thank you our father. It was our great excitement that gingered us to victory. Our team does not have what it takes to win. But our applause motivated and gingered us to victory.

Dry Season Biting Hard.
This is dry season and it is biting hard and seriously. In my part of the World it is when dry wind is blowing across. It is called Harmattan. Originally , the meaning of Harmattan is 'The Doctor '. During this time , the sick people get healed naturally from the wind blowing across. It brings a long healing therapy. A person with sore is sure of being healed naturally. The sore drys up and healed totally. Everyone has is body dried up. Lips are dried up unless ointment is applied.
Cocoa Farmers Reap Abundantly.
Cocoa is a cash crop planted majorly in the Gulf of Guinea in West Africa. Countries like Nigeria , Ghana , Liberia Cote D'Ivoire are in this category. This is the time of harvest. After plucking it from its trees , the pods are allowed to fament for close to a week or two when fruits are now being separated from the shafts. Afterwards , they are washed clean and be later spread on flat rocky areas. They are left to be dried up by Harmattan. Later on they are bagged and have them sold . Income accrued to Farmers in large quantity.
