WARNING---MAJOR WHINE AHEAD I have no clue what I did wrong, but yesterday I almost dropped to the ground walking up the two steps on the front porch when my back suddenly started SCREAMING in pain. After about a minute it slackened off enough for me to finish climbing onto the porch and coming inside, where I sat down with a constant dull ache in my lower back. This morning, as I was standing in the kitchen making coughee, it struck again, and this time it did take me down to my knees. A few hours later and it is still hurting quite a bit, enough to make it hard to concentrate on things. I haven't had anything like this happen since I was in college in the mid-80s, and that episode left me crippled up for 5-6 days. This. Fucking. Sucks. And one thing I absolutely do not have in the house is any muscle relaxers. I guess I need to hobble in to the medicine cabinet and hopefully I'll have some Motrin or something there. I don't know how I am going to function any other way. Yes---thankfully I do, I just hope it helps.

Oh dear... you need to have it checked, I think.
I think your potassium and calcium are low so you quickly feel pain in your back and other parts of your body. If you feel this again, take a rest and call 911 for immediate response.
Wish you the best, get well, because I know form experience that it's something ... specially if there is a nerve stuck there... Noise us how you're doing!
Yeeeouch! Hate back issues. Hope the Motrin helps.
Some days I suffer from the same. My problem mostly is the wallet in the back pocket and the long sitting hours in the office and while driving. Man it makes you wanna cry whenever it strikes. Always a muscle relaxer at hand and a shit ton of strength to not die 😂
Wow that sucks. Could have something to do with the ageing process. Hope you get better soon.
Sounds like a case of acute Must-be-punished-for-doing-nothing-but-existingitis. That or body-says-fuck-you syndrome. Hope youre not so bad now :3 ❤️
