3:15 P.M. CDT USA April 20th, 2022 Olney, Illinois Since today is International Get High Day I did indeed get high today. In fact, I drove 25 miles over to Flora and got my friend high too. However, nothing worth reporting was noticed by either I or my dashcam, so there's no video link. Meanwhile, look out the window---see that kite up there? Yeah---I'm higher than THAT. It is finally explained. I swore I saw something floating past the building high in the air earlier today. It must have been you. Also explains the smoke trail behind it. Hmm.
