It looks as though we are not allowed to give some users 'free tips'. Not really sure why this is occurring, and I can still tip the post from my own wallet or by QR, but when I choose a free tip amount and try to send it, I get the shown error---and I refreshed the page several times, tipped other users, came back, and still got this display when I tried to use free tips on a particular post.

I have the same experience few minutes ago. I can't give a free tip to one user but I tried ob the next user and it was okay.

Yes same with me there's the option but it says error and not allowed.
I wonder if the algorithm has blacklisted some people. Interesting!
I don't have the free tips button yet here, I am not clear enough for that.

Yes, I'm having the same issues with tipping as well. As you mentioned, they may have received a penalty or have been fully marked. However, many active users are also experiencing this issue.

I have not experienced this...yet. But I have encountered some posts where the free tip option is not present.
I guess those are the ones the bot does not want to reward. Very rare,non?
I haven't run across that yet, but I did get an error message on a post that had been deleted before I tried to tip it.
