I normally destroy spiders I see in the house, but since this guy was doing what spiders are supposed to do, I granted a temporary stay of execution. But he/she/IT needs to stay in that window - if I see it anywhere else in the house, I will not be held responsible for the consequences.

They are good at catching them annoying flies. I have a few that stay in the window in my office at work and they good job Dispatching them annoying critters.
