Like a normal cat owner I am being victimized in many ways. I get up at Meow o'clock every morning whether I want to or not (and personally I'd like to sleep a few more hours) and he goes OUT and I start the cougheepot and put down food for HER and about that time he's ready to come back in and there we go. So I finally give up and slide the window open just a bit...and he has learned how to slide it completely open, of course...so it is freeze-out time for a minute until he decides nothing interesting is going on in the back yard and he wanders off and I close the window and try to get warm again. Trying to get the 'explore' feed down to a reasonable level by 'ignoring' anything that isn't English (I know, I should learn some other languages) and 'ignoring' accounts that post a photo they found online with one or two words or several sentences copied from somewhere is going to use up the next several months, it seems. But getting all that out of the way will eventually (I hope) let me see things that I am interested in seeing.

Maybe I've gotten it all wrong, but it seems people should be posting their own work and not the photos they find on the Internet and acting as though they took them. I can kind of understand liking a photo you see online, and maybe using it to enhance something you say (as long as proper credit for the photo is given), but there is way too much blatant plagiarism going on here. (Photo is my cat, I do have the actual photo his face is cropped from) #Photography

@Scarred4Lyfe

Emoci sits out front watching skwirls about 50% of the day, she seldom tries to pounce one, normally she just crouches nearby the tree they feed at (I put corn out for them daily) intensely concentrating on them. She's almost gotten fat enough that there isn't much danger of her actually catching one, and I don't think she'd know what to do with it if she ever did catch one. #CatS

Going to take a bit to sink in that I am now officially retired. Sold off all the sound equipment today, no more running live sound for bands, it was getting to be too much for me to deal with by myself and I didn't make enough at it to hire any extra help, not to mention the past year there haven't really been any live music shows in my area. So today the buyer hauled it off, and tomorrow I'll make a nice deposit in the bank.

To quote Joe Perry - "Let the music do the talking" Now, as a whole, I don't listen to 'Best of/Greatest hits' compilation albums, and in my mind for two very good reasons: #1 is that quite often they'll have the edited 'hit' version of a song instead of the longer album version. #2 is I quite often own everything by that band already so why buy an album of what I already have. But I couldn't resist this one. I already have half of it, and I'll be buying the other albums…

I remember when this came out...and I especially remember someone being surprised that 'Beth' was a KISS song, they were sure it was Rod Stewart. lol First time I have heard this in several years, and I can't help being struck by 'Detroit Rock City', it was so unlike anything they had previously done. Much of the sound of this album is likely due to the producer, Bob Ezrin, who they worked with for the first time when recording it. #Kiss - Destroyer #Music
