Inner motivation

Let your motivation always come from within and align with your goals and objectives. Very true, its good to have a mentor, is good to always copy good things, but truly if there is no intristic motivation we will struggle to attain half of the goal set. Let the burning desire be something that you want and not something you are cajore to do.
