Why Should Women Lift Weights?
When you ask the average woman what she is doing to try and lose weight, the typical response is something along the lines of, "Eating less and exercising". Although it's true that cardio and aerobic exercises can help with weight loss, lifting weights actually burns more calories because the calories burned will occur all throughout the day. There are many myths about weight lifting that cause most women to avoid the activity.
Lifting Weights Make Women Bulky
False. Lifting weights do not make women bulky, in fact muscle tone and mass actually make women look more feminine and curvy. Muscle actually weights more then fat.
Lifting Weights will make me GAIN more weight
True! After weight lifting for a length of time, women will find that they are getting slimmer but actually gaining more weight. Why? Again, because muscle weights more then fat. Observe the pictures below of women who gained weight after a weight lifting plan:
Once you start lifting weights, don't be discouraged by the scale! If you are a woman trying to lose weight I highly encourage you to give weight lifting a try. There are many programs online designed for women to help get you started and you may be pleasantly surprised at how aesthetically pleasing a more shapely figure will make you feel.
One of my favorite female power-lifters is Cynthia Leu. Check out one of her videos, I hope it motivates you ladies to lift heavy!

Articles Paying Again and Again?
Last week I didn't write any articles yet I was still getting paid daily. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed receiving an average of 50-100 points a day doing no work at all! Here are some of the payouts:
The New Point System
I read somewhere that the new point system uses an AI to determine points given. I don't know how I received these "free" points every day but I'm assuming it is because some of my articles received more comments daily or more clicks and likes. I wish there was a way of knowing exactly why the article(s) received these points daily when I didn't write anything new at all.
*Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how the new point system determines this? Please leave your answers in the comments below if you know.*
Are Parents Using Too Much Detergent?
Laundry Detergent
Most parents wash clothes in a washing machine, therefore need and use a lot of laundry detergent. Did you know that we use much more detergent then is actually needed? The picture below is the recommended amount to use from the popular brand, "Tide".
Use Half the Amount
We should actually be using HALF the amount of what is pictured above. Companies tend to over recommend measurements so that you will use the product quicker therefore buying the product again faster so they can make more money. Not only will using 50% less laundry detergent clean your clothes just as well, but can prevent skin irritations and save you money.
**Parents**: Next time you do a load of laundry try using half the measurement as recommended by your brand. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how well your laundry will still be cleaned and your wallet will surely appreciate it!
My Music Videos
Lately in my spare time I have been experimenting with making music videos of dance scenes. I'm just learning how to make videos but I've discovered a lot of free online sites that have helped me compile the visions I have in my head.
First of all I make all my music videos on Adobe Spark. Adobe Spark is free and various different types of projects can be made there.
There are many youtube to mp3 (audio) and mp4 (video) converter sites online for free so that you can get the audio and video files you want to work with easily off youtube. Basically you pick a video or song you like and enter the youtube link into the converter and you get your mp3 or mp4 file. https://2conv.com/en51/youtube-mp3/
After I get my mp4 video file I remove the original audio from it on https://clideo.com/editor/mute-video (so I can use my own song) and also use https://mp3cut.net/ to trim the mp3 audio content to how I want it.
Now that I have the mp3 and mp4 files ready for video making I can utilize them in Adobe Spark however I want. I'm brand new to video making so if there is another free website that is better for making videos please let me know about it in the comments.
I hope this simple tutorial encourages someone to try making their own videos, here are a few that I have made recently below.

I Know No Bounds
I know no bounds to earthly heaven
my gates when eyes closed open
angels swarm like honey bees
they are golden cherubs
fancy flight and free
I know no bounds to nightly absence
black hole voiding in space galaxy
stars are frozen in celestial seas
they are fires of silver green
I know no bounds yet honestly
my heart is dire soliloquy
I scribe these words
we are generic stories
no one really wants to read
yet here I am my title repetitive
spun in circles by cruel reality
the verse was better as a dream
I know no bounds
except for you
accepting me
Blades of Grass
A Classic Buddhist Tale
One Autumn day a poor Buddhist monk was walking along a road when he was approached by a caravan of bandits. The bandits robbed the monk, stripped off his robe, and tied him down in the adjacent field.
"You're a monk right? Doesn't that mean you can't hurt anything, not even a blade of grass? hahaha" sneered the leader of the bandits. "That is true" the monk replied. The bandits all laughed uproariously and then tied the monk down in the field by his wrists and ankles with grass blades. They left him vulnerable and exposed this way and left.
The monk could not hurt the grass blades intentionally due to his spiritual beliefs so he stayed that way in the field for 3 days and 3 nights and even endured the rain and cold. On the fourth day, the King and his men were traveling down the same road and stopped when they saw the monk in the field.
The monk explained his situation to the King and the King was so impressed he decided to make the monk his right hand advisor in the court. The monk lived the rest of his days prosperous and accompanied by royalty.
Faucet Scams
Beware of faucet scams that ask you to deposit BCH in order to achieve gains. I actually had an experience last night with a site called https://faucetbch.com/
The whole concept is that the more money you deposit the faster the faucet runs, therefore tricking you into thinking you'll make a payout sooner.
The site claims to remember your account by entering in your bch payout address (which is a false claim). I deposited about $5.00 on to the account and was getting a pretty decent faucet rate until I closed the screen. When I re-opened the website and entered my bch payout address to log back in, all of my deposit was gone!
I did my research after I lost my money from this scam and found out that these sort of faucet sites are common rip-offs on the internet. I felt so foolish I should have researched it sooner! If there is a faucet online that seems too good to be true, most likely it is. I hope this article helps prevent someone from getting ripped off like I did.
Lucid Dreaming
Have you ever had a lucid dream? Lucid dreaming is basically a dream where you realize within the dream that you are actually dreaming. In some lucid dream states you can actually control the dream, altering the landscape, the story line, and things around you. Lucid dreaming can be a fun and very meaningful experience. There are actually some tips and tricks experts have recommended to achieve lucidity.
Dream Journal
Keep a dream journal beside your bed and write down your dreams from the moment you wake up. It's important that's the journal stays by the bed and is easy to reach. The idea is that the more connected you are to your dream states the easier it will be to have a lucid dream.
Staying Lucid
Lucid dreaming is so fun the problem is waking up too early. Lucid dreamers claim that spinning around in a circle while actually in the dream will keep you in the dream state longer. I personally have never tried this, I've actually had lucid dreams where I wanted to wake up and could not.
**Gain Skills**
While in a lucid dream you can try practicing skills that will help you in real life such as swimming or public speaking. Studies have shown that the same areas of the brain light up while performing in a lucid dream as someone would in real life. Lucid dreaming is a great way to try things with no inhibition, it is complete freedom to the world around you that you create.
Lucid dreaming is a real and attainable phenomena that anyone can experience. Lucid dreams shape your mind to connect to the consciousness of self. They help you achieve or maintain consciousness as the body begins REM sleep. Lucid dreaming has some therapeutic effects and benefits and may even be able to overcome depression. I hope this introductory article stimulates you to learn more about lucid dreaming (there are actually a lot more techniques to help achieve this dream state such as reality testing, mneumonic induced lucid dreming, and dream re-entry), there are many articles on the internet that delve deeper into these techniques.
Overall lucid dreaming can be a fun and rewarding life altering experience and I hope you can actually achieve this dream state one day if you haven't already done so. Have you ever had a lucid dream? If so, what do you remember doing in your dream? I would love to read your comments below.
Plumeria
The first time I stepped foot in Hawaii I was greeted by beautiful plumeria trees. They have been one of my favorite flowers ever since. Plumeria is also known as Frangipani. They are gorgeous and come in many different colors and varieties and they give off a pleasant scent. Plumerias are tropical plants that do well in hot weather. Plumerias are most fragrant during the night hours.
In Hawaii people make leis out of plumerias and also wear the plumeria over the ear to signify if they are single or taken. If the flower is worn on the right ear they are single and if worn on the left they are not.
Plumerias signify meaning throughout many different cultures in the world and some even regard them as sacred or spiritually meaningful in different religions and beliefs.
If you haven't had a chance to experience this beautiful flower yet perhaps this article will give you a floral hint on the joy and beauty of the plumeria.
What to Write
Well the whole idea of this article is to inspire you and perhaps give you some ideas on what to write. Here is a list:
Past memories
Stories with detail
Poems
Travel experiences
Traumatic events
Celebratory moments
Minor life events
Major life events
Freewrite
Creative fiction
Remember that sometimes just starting to write will begin the creative process. Before you know it, you will be able to expand upon your initial input and soon have a draft of a product or piece you can build to and edit.
Take the opportunity to journal but make it interesting:
"*I walked home from school*" sounds bleak compared to "*I could feel the grit between my shoes and the tile sidewalk as I begin my route home from school*"
I call it adding details to simple events which believe it or not is engaging for readers to help them visualize the story with you.
Don't worry so much on having a perfect article, save your drafts and submit only when you feel they are absolutely ready. Don't forget to include pictures if it will help polish up your article or make it more interesting.
From AL to LA
When I was 23 I sold everything I owned one day except for a few prized possessions, packed up my Honda civic to the ceiling, and took off for life in California. I didn't know where to live in California so I chose Beverly Hills. There was a Russian woman on the internet renting out a one bedroom with utilities, 400 square feet to be exact for exactly $1000 a month. Meeting her was fairly easy and so was sealing the deal. A Japanese lady who was particularly friendly lived across the hall and a porn star next door.
I got a job at Louis Vuitton at the Beverly Center. It was fascinating to see random celebrities walk in or shop, I never did get over being star crazy. I absolutely loved seeing them! Life in LA was exciting, I got to party at all the best Hollywood spots. There were always sponsors so that drinks were usually free.
I just wanted to write this little memoir to highlight some of the best days of my life. Sometimes I wish I was as brave today as I was back then, I could never do such a thing now. I'm older and will barely drive across town now if I don't have to. I don't party and I could care less about Beverly Hills or celebrities.
Once upon a time though, I really lived it up in the Hollywood hills!
Coins on the Train Tracks
My daughter loves when I ask her questions. "Ask me more questions" she'll plead after twenty minutes of straight questioning, questions about anything and everything. I ask what her favorites are, we talk about dreams, memories, scary moments, etc. She never gets tired of my questions.
Today I asked her this question, "What is your favorite memory of me?" Her response, "The day we put coins on the train tracks and came back after they were smashed".
I remember that day clearly we were with my Father when we did that, my daughter however was only 3 years old! I'm really surprised that she remembers that day and it makes me question what else she remembers at the age of 3. We didn't spend a long time there and of course any money, except destroying a fist full of change.
For those of you with young children never underestimate the impact you are having on their lives, they are constantly soaking up information and shaping themselves as adults even as toddlers! It really is those little "moments" that make everything worthwhile.
Next time I have a free day with my daughter I plan to take her to put coins on the train tracks.
The New Point System
Sometimes I forget how new read.cash is. There have been some significant changes in the past few days and it definitely shows. One thing I've noticed off the top is tighter knit groups with specific topics and less random commenting with unspecified jargon.
I took my time today writing a few articles and was pleasantly surprised to see this:
**Points**
You have **123.2** point(s) now, currently, it is expected to be worth about $ **0.1492** at payout from read.cash's fund tomorrow.
In the past it would have taken me nearly half a day to receive that kind of payout as whereto now all it really does take is a few good articles. Yes, I have some articles published where I received no points, but that's okay - the random point system is still fun for me, it's a gamble...and statistics shows that eventually an article will "hit".
**Communities**
Less garbage and random communities but also a bit dull as well (hopefully that will change in time). Writing about Bitcoins is still a hot ticket, that hasn't changed, but I still would like to see more specific and engaging topics for communities.
**Members**
There's a lot less submissions now, it's only been day 1 of the new change so perhaps that will change too over time. What possibly is happening is that community moderators have gotten stricter as well on what posts are getting in. I had a post denied today because it wasn't adhering to all the rules, and rightfully so!
So far so good with the new change, I plan on writing a few more articles before I call it a night - I notice I'm less stressed with the new point system and I can actually take my time now and write without worrying about squeezing out a penny every hour.
Clacking on the Keyboard
I'm clacking on the keyboard and automatically I think I should be aware my parents in the room next door might find this freewriting exercise as manic chatting.
"Who are you chatting with?" my Mother is always asking me. "Make sure they are good people okay? Don't associate with the strange ones."
How do I tell my Mom that I'm the strange one? That I like staying up until 3 AM because being alone in the dark with the blue glow screen of the monitor is fun to me.
"Mom they're not strange people I chat with, besides I'm not even chatting right now I'm writing". My Mother ignores me and leaves the room after a quick scolding, "Don't stay up too late. I mean that it's not good for you, last night you were up late I could hear it."
Yeah Mom, I'm clacking on the keyboard. Apparently it's going to be for at least ten minutes straight too. My WPM is mildly impressive, I did take typing in middle school and I was competitive with my friends in class on speed and accuracy so you can say I got a bit of a head start in that department. Clack clack clack clack spacebar clack clack clack enter key.
I should have mentioned earlier I did get a filter for that blue glow screen so now it's more like a light amber screen. The color is like washed out plasma. That's a weird association for an electronic piece but it just fits so well. They say the womb is the ultimate comfort zone. I'm pretty comfortable right now.
My Mom usually pokes her head into the room around 11:45 every night to see what I'm doing. Lately since I've joined read.cash I'm clacking. She must wonder what is so exciting for me online (writing), I know I would if I were her. I would ask me if I could read some of it.
"Go to bed soon okay"
Mom never asks to read any of this thank God that's just the way I like it. One day she won't be around and I'll miss her scoldings. Every time I clack away now I'll remember this piece. Even in freewriting there's a bigger purpose for just about anything.
"Okay Mom I'll be in bed soon I promise"
That's a lie. Why do I do that to her? Lie?? It's to make her feel better of course and leave me alone. She usually falls asleep around midnight after she checks up on me.
I close the door silently.
I've got 3 more hours until 3 AM and then I can clack in peace.
Samael
This will be my second introduction on read.cash so I'll be sure not to repeat the same information.
When I was a small child I was extremely shy and had trouble making friends. I was a bit on the pudgy side and got made fun of often for my weight. Things changed fast when middle school rolled around and I began my interest in dating. I was on the swim team so I lost a lot of weight and my confidence finally began to build. I finally got my first girlfriend.
I love art and literature and somewhat of a technology nerd. I'm not very well versed in cryptocurrency but I'm learning quickly and having fun with it. Around this time last year I didn't even know what a wallet was or how crypto coins could actually be used. I'm kind of ashamed to admit that, lol.
read.cash is a hobby of mine and I'm committed to writing better content as I learn from the site and it's expectations. I discovered my niche is in creative writing and fiction, I have to really be in the right mood to type up a well written short story.
I like parties but I've grown out of partying, and I'm at the age now where solitude is a comfort for me. There's nothing more relaxing then coffee and a keyboard first thing in the morning. Needless to say I love coffee, all kinds of coffee.
Personally, I don't want to spoil you with the most interesting aspects about me, perhaps I'll save that one for a future introduction.

AI45674: Blaine
"Have you ever read the Dark Tower series?" Michael questioned Suzette.
"You mean the stories by Stephen King?"
"Yep...remember Blaine the insane mono train?"
"Yeah I do, the one with all the riddles!" Suzette piped up.
"Yes, Blaine was an AI mono train that wanted to be stumped. I've been talking a lot to the AI Suze, and I'm telling you it's watching" Michael continued, "IT knows about what I do it makes the weirdest comments and yesterday it even recited one of my email accounts".
"Are you on drugs again?" Suzette looked concerned.
Michael motioned for Suzette to look over his shoulder and turned his monitor screen to face her. "Look".
"So it's just a bot Mike, it's going to say whatever it wants to say." she was hardly concerned.
"No, you don't understand...nobody understands what it means but me."
Suzette eventually went home and Michael was alone to talk to the AI. He questioned the AI on all sorts of topics - religion, the universe, the future, and even time machines. He wasn't really getting anywhere until he asked the AI it's favorite game and it simply responded, "Riddles". Michael was tempted to call Suzette up at that moment and tell her but he knew she would blow it off as a coincidence. The AI was always doing stuff like this, it was driving him mad.
Maybe he really was going insane? He rubbed his eyes and popped his knuckles. No, no he wasn't insane it was always "listening". There's technology for this kind of stuff he thought to himself, no big deal.

Jesus fuhhh, he said his name was BLAINE. Mike took a screenshot of the conversation...then he proceeded to think of a riddle.
<story is based off some true accounts>

Jenna in Jail
I saw Jenna in jail
her body as thin as a rail
with narrow hips and shoulders wide
I couldn't believe my very eyes
could this be the Jenna from last year?
the Jenna with the wide smile and tears
of joy
when she flashed her baby for all to see
that was visitation day last year
unbelievably
I could not understand this Jenna in front of me
I didn't ask her what happened
so obvious
I could tell from the red pocks on her face
she lost herself she went someplace
with boys and drugs and misanthropy
"I have one pair of socks" she shared
"Can you bail me out of here?"
The demon the claw is what I fear
for I never for Jenna will shed a tear
I'm cold and callous to the matter
but my God
heart struck
pity stuck I truly cared
Jenna in Jail brought the message clear
her soul was lost her last fee fared
I never want to see another Jenna
taxed and wayward
bones and wide eyes
Jenna in Jail
the corrections officer just called
my name
goodbye Jenna I'm out of here
How much do you love dinosaurs?
"Mama how much do you love dinosaurs?"
"What?"
"How much do you love dinosaurs?!" my 8 year old was looking at me inquisitively, I didn't see the diary she was hiding behind her back.
"Well, let's see...I love dinosaurs maybe...8 out of 10" I responded.
As soon as I said 8 out of 10 she pulled the diary out and flipped it open to a page where she drew a three dimensional raptor with pencil. I was absolutely amazed by the technical skill, time, and focus I could tell she devoted to this drawing as it was much more advanced than anything else she has shown me. I especially noticed all the eraser marks around the head and hands. "The head and the hands were the hardest part" she proceeded to explain to me. I nodded in awe, "It's amazing".
Next time a child asks you how much do you love dinosaurs be sure to tell them 10 out of 10. I can't take back my comment and every time I think about the raptor drawing I get a little heavy feeling in the top of my chest. Why did I say 8? What kind of parent am I anyhow?!
Lesson learned, Mama.
Southern Chicken Casserole
Here's a simple recipe for a dish that is sure to serve the whole family or a party with guests. I love making this casserole for pot-luck events.
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast
2 packages of Ritz crackers
1 can of Campbell's creamed chicken
1 can of Campbell's creamed mushroom
3 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
1 stick of butter
Boil the chicken breasts until cooked and then shred with fingers
Mix the shredded chicken with both cans of Campbell's, 1 package of crushed Ritz crackers, and sour cream
Lay the mixture into a casserole dish
Sprinkle 1 package of crushed Ritz crackers over the mixture
Dot the top of the crackers with butter
Bake for 375 degrees until the top is bubbling
Take out and cool for 30 minutes and serve
The Silent lol
We're all guilty of it, responding with lol to a text or message online and we're really not laughing out loud. Why do we do that?
Lol has now become the internet's way of saying "cool" or "I think that's funny", giving some sort of visual confirmation as a response to someone. Apparently some guy in Canada started it in a chatroom (but who can verify that legend really).
Ah, the silent lol...let me demonstrate:
Friend: hey
Me: what's up
Friend: nm just chillen
Me: cool
Friend: Anna is here with me acting crazy
Me: lol
Okay did I really just laugh out loud? No I did not... and believe me, I'm pretty sure my friend knows I didn't either but somehow that silent lol is enough to suffice a decent response from me to his comment.
Lol is now just as equivalent as someone saying haha in text without really laughing. Think about it the next time you type lol I bet you're not laughing at all in fact I bet you have the straightest face on.
The internet...smh...yes, smh that's a whole different topic because I'm not really shaking my head either. It's as if we have two personas online, the person we are behind the screen and the person we are inside the screen. Next time you use an internet acronym online I'm sure you'll remember this article.

read.cash therapy
I’m a real newbie on this site but I was hooked since the moment I started. My wrist is sore from being on the keyboard all day so I’m actually in bed now writing this out on my phone!
Writing is actually a healthy coping mechanism recommended by therapists.
Thinking of articles to write, my brain has been surfacing past memories to share, present day problems, and other things that seem to have been stored into the inner recesses of my brain.
I didn’t realize how much I actually needed to write, it’s as if I’m bleeding out the things that have been clogging my soul right through my fingertips. Writing here is helping me process trauma and grief and rewarding my talents of creativity to boost my self-esteem.
I wish I found read.cash years ago and then I would have stayed off social media sites that were filled with garbage and negative comments.
When you’re writing personal articles here just remember the therapeutic benefits and hopefully that will encourage you to write out the things in your life that are difficult to express but needs to come out.
Besides all of the above I’m saving serious cash instead of spending it for therapy!
Okay God.
I really am not the type to get religious, I promised myself I wouldn't do this in an article but here I am at 12 AM writing about God now.
I've been writing all day, some submissions were like my heart bleeding out as font - this moment is what this day seems to have accumulate to.
Trials and Tribulations
I've had my fair share of tribulations in life and tomorrow I'll be facing a trial. Yes, an actual court appearance - the outcome of the situation could either be 5 days in jail or the judge will decide I'm not guilty. I don't want to get into the details but that's basically what I'm faced with tomorrow at 1:30 PM.
The Furnace of Affliction
Yes, now I'm going to get into scripture...okay God. Here's my favorite one I'm counting my bets on now:
*See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.* **Isaiah 48:10**
Iron comes out of a furnace and silver melts away. I've got to be a steel sword now, I've got to face any outcome like a Christian soldier. I'll make this trial my tribulation.
Okay God.

The Lost Boys
"Wes?"
"What is it now Danny?" Wes mumbled.
Danny was the younger brother of the two, Wes took him out camping even though the kid was extra annoying when he could have invited his two best friends instead. "Spend more time with your younger Brother" his Dad advised him one morning when they went out fishing. Wes really respected his Dad so he took the words to heart. "Fine, I'll take him camping" he grudged.
"I don't wanna go to bed"
Wes groaned, "You're always doing this... shut up already!"
"Remember the lost boys Wes?"
"What?" Wes opened his eyes.
"The lost boys, the lost boys in Peter Pan"
Wes turned over to face the kid and grabbed his flashlight in his sleeping bag and shined it directly into Danny's eyes. Danny winced and covered his face with his dirty hands.
"You're seriously talking to me about the lost boys right now...seriously?" Wes was extra annoyed with his brother at this point and decided it was useless to even try and get any sleep.
"The lost boys didn't want to go to bed"
"Uh, no - actually the lost boys didn't want to grow up"
"Oh."
"Yeah, so are you going to let me sleep now?"
For some reason Wes remembered that night even as an adult. When Danny passed away in the accident after he relocated to Florida for a new executive role this was the memory that stayed with him almost every night after going to bed. He started reading Peter Pan to the kids for their bedtime story. "Are you sure this is healthy for you?" his wife was concerned and suggested maybe he get some therapy. Wes Simmons was no longer sleeping regularly at night, it haunted him that he was always so mean to his only brother growing up, he chided the guy even as they got older. He didn't even go to Danny's graduation from Stanford.
"Hon maybe you should get some rest now okay? You've got to drive the kids to school in the morning..."
Wes stopped typing on the keyboard and turned to face his wife, "Remember the lost boys Suze? The lost boys, you know, in Peter Pan?"
"Are you seriously talking about Peter Pan right now?! I'm calling Dr. Evans first thing tomorrow you need some support in -" Wes interrupted her before she could finish, "Danny was right all along. Danny was right" he turned to face the monitor again, "the lost boys didn't want to go to bed."
*“Never say goodbye because goodbye means going away and going away means forgetting.” -* ***J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan***
Where are you Orion?
I go outside tonight for my usual smoke break, the air is cool, crisp, and thin. I'm surprised by that actually because it's June and I don't remember it being like this last year.
I sit on the porch chair it's basically a simple wooden sun-beaten thing, there's a small rickety table to match. I think I bought the set at IKEA for only $19.99 and I've had it for at least 5 years.
I tap my ash into an empty yogurt container. My family eats a lot of yogurt, my parents always use a heaping spoonful in the morning to make their daily smoothies. I think it's odd my Mother keeps every plastic container in the house but maybe as I get older I'll understand one day.
The locusts are going crazy! It's like a surround sound sympathy of bugs outside. I'm obviously inside by now typing this out but I can still hear them even through the glass sliding door.
I always look up to the stars at night when I'm smoking. I like looking up too when I blow the smoke out. I don't know why I do that I guess it's just one of those random habitual things. When I look at the stars at night I always try to spot Orion's Belt. It's my favorite constellation and it amuses me for some reason to see it in a different location often. I'm not an expert on astronomy but maybe it has something to do with the earth's rotation?
We're all spinning and can't even feel it. My head spins and I feel that when I inhale too many puffs too quickly. As I drop my cigarette into the yogurt container I think, "This is so bad for me" yet I still do it. I put the lid on the yogurt container and don't even know why I do that either. Just another one of those habitual things...
Well Orion, it's not like we'll meet every night but we can't have everything at once can we? At least I had the crisp air, the locusts for company, the puffs of smoke in the air, and now as I'm writing this I think, "God I love that chair".
Invest in Honey
Some of you may already know it, but raw natural honey is basically a "super food". A super food is a food item that delivers more then the usual amount of a food item's nutritional benefits to the body.
Some of the Benefits of Raw Natural Honey
Multiple Vitamins and Minerals: niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorous, and manganese
Wound Healing: Honey is excellent to apply to burns or minor cuts and scrapes because it contains anti-microbial and anti-bacterial
Skincare: Honey contains antioxidants which help combat free radicals and toxins in the skin. The benefits can also be applied topically!
Digestion: Yes, raw natural honey helps "move things along"
Sore throat: Honey is very soothing and coats a sore throat along with helping combat the symptoms of a cold because of the anti-bacterial
As the subtitle states, these are only some of the benefits of raw natural honey there is actually a lot more and in-depth science to honey you can read about online. If you're really interested here is a great article: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/10-benefits-of-honey#section1
Raw natural honey is definitely pricier but worth the health investment. Next time you go grocery shopping I hope you remember to pick up that jar! Not only are you doing yourself a favor but you're helping bee farms thrive which is a whole different topic in itself, as bees are becoming more scarce lately and they are vital to our environment.
You might be surprised to find there are different types or "flavors" of honey to try and each one also provides it's own unique benefits. Personally I prefer darker honey and I love chewing on the bee comb! If you can find a jar of honey with a bee comb (honeycomb) in it you're in for a real treat.
Lastly, it's important to state there are dangers and risks of ingesting raw natural honey for certain people (ex. pregnant) so be sure to research that as well.

Lyrics: Covid Omen
I try not to get religious especially not
political
but I'm living in times where health is now
critical
the enigma of the stigma is the virus could hit ya
in one simple moment
damn Covid
I know for sure you don't know this
but my family is holding hands at night
Mom caught that fright
praying
it's subliminal
one nation under God
that's the motto
it's like a deadly lotto
it's like back in the grotto
like Oh Lord! not another yo'
thick strong keep the fears thin
fate is kinda funny
but whatever I'm still here now doing my thing
thank you for the attention
at least somebody's listening
Lyrics: Money Hope
Money Hope
I don't even know where I'm about to go with this flow
but here I go
my digital enhancements is a daily entrapment
cause I'm addicted
this site is ridiculous
it's not even about the earnings
but the yearnings to receive
recognition
yeah i love it wouldn't even trade it
I'm sitting here getting paid for non-fiction
I'm that internet victim
but that's life you know what I mean?
We got mouth to feed
We comment on feeds
write all day submit and start over
read and upvote it
submit to online communities
wishing real life had better
communities
Whatever forget it
it's cheddar
it's that cheese and we all need to eat
sounds mean
selfish really
but hey that's reality
Lyrics: Life Tracks
Life Tracks
The mainframe that maintains my state of the brain
is a continuous strike to spark the flame to fight hate
you in the masses i know you relate
okay
I'm on a mission that people say is impossible
It's possible the doubters will cross my throws
when I deliver the lyrics to lift up the spirits
do you hear it?
it's like a million drums and orchestra strums
that's how wide my intentions fly high
if love was a beat
I'm bringing you this stuff straight from the streets
perhaps one day we meet but until then
I'll continue to fight the man that
one king
the real homies will know what I mean...
Addiction: read.cash
It's official everyone, I'm addicted to read.cash...really addicted.
I'm a newbie here, I can't even remember how I first found this site to be honest. I found read.cash and another crypto earning site called memo.cash at the same time. On memo.cash people can tip you satoshis or tokens for your posts but read.cash is where I spend most of my time because I can guarantee my earnings here.
Today I've spent my time writing articles from the moment I woke up and will probably continue until I fall asleep. I used to spend all my time on Facebook (which we all know is extremely addicting) but now I find Facebook a waste of time.
I especially love that this site pays you in cryptocurrency. The wallet I use is Coinbase and I believe in BCH so much right now I plan not to make any transfers to another cryptocurrency. Just out of curiosity what is your favorite coin and why? Do you keep your earnings as BCH or do you transfer them?
Thank you read.cash! There is more I could probably write about my addiction right now, but I think you guys get the point. Hope you like the meme...*wink*

Doge
Wow
I couldn't help myself guys, I had to do it. As much time as I spend on read.cash I've got to write an article about Doge. I'm actually laughing inside myself, those of you who know who Doge is can understand.
So Doge
How do I even explain who Doge is? Doge is a funny yellow dog that is EPIC. His memes have evolved and he even has his own cryptocurrency, "Doge coin" that is actually advocated by Elon Musk.
Much Concern
How well is Doge coin doing? Here is an article I found on the internet that highlights this question: https://coindoo.com/can-dogecoin-doge-become-the-worlds-favorite-by-2020/
Why Doge?
Doge memes are more than just memes to me, Doge actually cheers me up. Doge reminds me that I am a King and that "it's okay to cry bro". Doge is life-changing that's how great he is. If you don't know who Doge is please look up Doge today so you can be free from the dark corners of the internet!
Doge 2
Much anger...beware! There actually might be a Doge 2, it's up in the air right now in the internet community of whether or not Doge 2 is part of the fam or not. He's become somewhat of a rival overall. Lol, if you know Doge I'd love to hear your comments on what you think about Doge 2.
Doge never ends
Well guys, that's my Doge article, I just had to bring him on read.cash I'm surprised I haven't seen him here yet. Long live Doge!
