We're also the same, we have lots of tamarind here in our neighbor and the fresh one is good to put on meals and the ripe one we mixes it sugar salt to taste,
Yeah, it taste more good when it ripe. My mouth is watering thinking about it 😄
We also eat when it's not ripe along with salt hahaha your post will surely make a sour face on someone will sees it hahaha
