First time I got so many views on any of my content that was uploaded on YouTube. I thought maybe 200-400 views, so I uploaded and worked. Suddenly the comment notification from YouTube started laughing and I got very curious and went inside to see about 3k views. The thing is quite surprising for me. It's easy to get views on YouTube short's but if you really wanna get monetized soon than upload proper video. Keep it up
At first I need subscribers, so it's easy to get organic subscribers through shorts Actually I'm not a content creator so not yet, but I'll think later haha
You can get subscriber from video too. Personally it's my experience. I got 582 subscriber from video. But there's a problem YouTube algorithm change after every month and we can't understand it easily. Firstly I got 15k to 30k on my long video too through which i got subscriber and watchtime too but than suddenly it's algorithm change and my views are stuck between 5 to 10. I give up due to change algorithm because after changing algorithm i upload 20 video but view didn't increase so now i think it's better to take a break or give up.
Ohh! That's sad, but hope you at least got monetized! That's my dream haha
Maybe I'll start again and get monetized but now as faarrrrrr I've no plan to start again because of shortage of time. And one thing is necessary that watchtime is count for previous 365 day's means 4000 hour's are complete in one year but for subscriber it doesn't matter. I don't get monetized but atleast i feel happiness in those good day's. My community post tab is also open which is a great happiness for me.

No there's no community for newbie but after 500 subscriber you get your community and post anything too. You can ask me in Dm if you need help because i know about many things. Because before start a YouTube channel first i learn about it.
