This time, we will be collaborating with Shogen no Tori, a domestic chicken specialty restaurant! I used Provence herbs and Mediterranean salt that I carefully selected locally, and supervised from recipe making! Tonight's dinner is a full course meal made by my 16 year old nephew!! ️ The fish I caught was boiled and sashimi and it was super delicious! I was so happy that I forgot to take pictures of most the dishes, but my uncle is happy😆 Sake advances 🍻
