Fresh Fish and Vegetable Soup (my mom's version)
Hello Guys, I'm gonna share again our Viand for our Lunch today, It's simple and easy so you should try it too. It's my mom version again so, we can't complain if she revised the recipe and ingredients haha she's the one who's cooking so π€, well even if it's not the typical "**Sinabawang Isda at Gulay**" it's still delicious so π€€π½οΈ the best. πͺππ€€ Some of Ingredients are missing because well I forgot to buy it, Like a to.ma.to, hihi and it should be a "Sweet Tomato Leaves" but we use "Eggplant" because I love talongs π Okay, Let's start.... **Ingredients** _5 pieces of Fresh Fish _2 pieces of Big Eggplant, cut it into whatever size you want _1 cup of Malunggay or Moringa Leaves _Dried Kamias or *Averrhoa bilimbi* _1 medium size onions (sliced) _1 gloves of garlic (sliced) _1 Β½ water, depends on you _Salt
Instructions Pour the 1 Β½ cup of water in a cooking pan. Add the fresh fish, garlic, and onion. Cover it and boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the sliced Eggplant. Cover it and cook for 8 to 10 minutes in medium heat.
Add the salt, kamias and some magic, stir it. Cover it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. And then add the malunggay or Moringa Leaves cover it for a minute.
Transfer it to a serving bowl. Serve it with warm white rice. Dig in and enjoy! **Special Sawsawan**

Wow, seems totaly different eating style from our country. π
Really dear? Your food has more color i think?
I think yeah, we can't think of eating food without garlic, onion, ginger, cinnamon, red chili, cumin, etc. Our vegetables are also very colorful. Like green cabbage, orange pumpkin, or purple eggplant, etc.
Hmm, you use a kot of spices, while ours is just simple dear, but it's still delicious so it's okay. I want to try thay food of yours now π€€π
Ha ha ha... all food are testy according to your geographic area. I want to try yours too ππ
Hehe that's very true dear, I also want to try all of your food in your country

Ah, so delicious! Just by looking at it. We always go for chicken since fish and other meat are expensive in our area.
Chicken here is a lot expensive than fish, especially ork my gosh.
Hahaha. Opposite! It really does depend on the area.
Nice food.. π€€π€€ But there are difference between your and our food habit. We use so much Spices in Curry..βΊ
