Ikr, they should be love and not like this. But it's partly the owners fault also for letting Brownie run free and without even looking out for him 🥺
Whenever something happens with a dog, I actually blame the owners fully.. not even partially.. because dogs are animals and does not have will to think.. like humans.. they are our responsibility like kids
