Clean the fish, rub a salt all over the fish. Heat the pan add cooking oil and fry it until it turns into golden brown. Remove the fish in the cooking pan and put it in a plate. This fish is called "Lagidlid" I dont know the english name. You can use any fish in this recipe like Milk fish, Threadfin Bream or Mackarel Scad.
.) Pour the rice water in the cooking pot together with the fish, garlic, onions and ginger, cover it and let it boil for 8 minutes.
.) Add salt and some maggie magic sarap to taste and stir it until the salt and magic is seasoned. 4.) Once the fish is already tender add the eggplant and squash and stir it. Cook in medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the vegetable is tender na.
.) Add the Malunggay or Moringa leaves and a Siling Haba or Long Pepper on top and boil it for another 2 minutes.
.) And then serve. Eat, share and Enjoy.
