Has anyone created some sort of program that calculates your transaction fees without actually doing a transaction? I just noticed it could be a nice way of knowing how much you'll pay in fees before you touch the coins themselves, especially when it's one big stack of 1 BCH and you don't have anything left for it.

I'm not sure about the mobile version, but with the desktop version of Electron Cash, you can drop in an amount you want to send and see what it thinks the fee will be. You can also do a lot more than that if you want to, but I'm not even sure if wallet software qualifies as "before you touch the coins themselves" for you.
