@RowanSkie

So, does anyone know how to decrease volatility without putting trust in speculators? Anyone? No? Welp, crypto's doomed.

@RowanSkie

A balance always works well, may it be distance, multiplier, or the amount of spendings.

@RowanSkie

Always remember that Bitcoin Cash is, in itself, designed to let you buy things without going through banks. Only in Bitcoin Cash where you find not just the ability to spend cheap, but the ability to send securely without getting major risks by malicious actors.

@RowanSkie

Looking at the current difficulty estimator for Bitcoin ( https://diff.cryptothis.com/ ), and I'm like, woah, -27% next change, and everything's very late since it's already expected to have 600 blocks for the next one. I guess something went horribly wrong. I have a feeling this will take shape until the next second diff change. At least Bitcoin Cash's difficulty change is per block.

@RowanSkie

One day I can move to other countries, at least as a tourist.

@RowanSkie

One day, the world will be so interconnected the only trustable things are open source.

@RowanSkie

Something about Bitcoin Cash being user-heavy than price-heavy makes me feel happy.

@RowanSkie

What we need is not a pump to drive the price, but actual usage and people buying so the price goes up.

@RowanSkie

For the sake of my sanity, I've decided to put my minimum payment to $10. Actually no, I just wanted to get the most of my noise.cash so I don't get as many notifications when I finally move my wallet address.

@RowanSkie

I've also decided to get P1000 towards Coins.ph then to my BCH, because I'm really spending more via BCH than other things. Granted, I might use my PayMaya when needing other stuff so... woo.

@RowanSkie

It's kind of funny that all I need to get back the money I use is making a perfectly good article, not a thousand noise posts. I really should get back to writing about if it's a good idea to create spam.

@RowanSkie

Sometimes I look at sites like TxStreet and balk at the sight of high-fees BTC. Like, seriously, how can they handle that?

@RowanSkie

So, guys, I need answers. If you were using a file-sharing site, and the site no longer allows you to delete files, is it a bad sharing site?

@RowanSkie

You know, I think noise.cash will fail as a social media site. I mean, sure, it's attracting users because it pays, but nothing else. Considering all I see these days are just people hearting comments, might as well not call this site social media and turn it to a glorified "post to get big funds" faucet.

@RowanSkie

Ha! You guys didn't like my post. Hurt that it's more or less the truth of the site these days, huh? Well, I'm still using the site.

@RowanSkie

The fact that I usually apparently get ~$3 per day with my shenanigans represents that I am a greedy idiot for calling it out.

@RowanSkie

Shifted 5 mBCH to ETH in case I required the ETH again. Granted, its very futile, I'd rather shift it back...

@RowanSkie

Its funny. Based on the frequency of hearts I receive, most of the people I get are more or less from the Americas and Europe. Specifically more with Europeans.

@RowanSkie

I finally got to claim my Ampleforth Governance Token and now I have a problem.

@RowanSkie

Does anyone know a good place to sell FORTH tokens without doing DEXes that I have to retop my ETH again?

@RowanSkie

Decided to keep 50 FORTH tokens and sold them off via CoinEx. Granted, I had to do 10 gwei payment, which meant no more ETH at hand. But at least ~$750 returns.

@RowanSkie

Ah, shit. I forgot $500+ is 1 BCH+. I now got my 1 BCH goal.

@RowanSkie

How it started: -0.005 BCH How it is: +1.391 BCH aaaaaaa

@RowanSkie

Looks like the fund received is now hidden. Privacy measures or something?

@RowanSkie

Oh, jeez. The blocks we have in the BCH blockchain right now are big blocks. Bigger than 1 MB blocks because there haven't been any blocks.

@RowanSkie

If you guys sometimes find your Bitcoin.com wallet lagging, like missing or too many BCH than it is supposed to be, here's my suggestion, and that is to scan for missing transactions at least three times. To do this; 1. you simply open the tab by the upper right through the three dots 2. You click "Wallet Information" 3. Click "Scan for missing transactions" 4. Click "scan for transactions" and wait for a minute. 5. (Optionally) Check your balance and repeat step 4 if the…

@RowanSkie

You can now apparently disable your notifications. Well, that'll be useful one day.

@RowanSkie

You know, I'm treating my 2 BCH as simply not there right now, haha. Anyway, how's everyone atm? I do want a 1 BCH = $10 for some reason.

@RowanSkie

I soon need to get myself an ETH conversion service again if I want to cash in my 50 FORTH tokens, which are currently priced at $825, especially when I need them to be in BCH. Granted, 30-conf sucks.

@RowanSkie

Oh, right, haha. Club1BCH, where I am now able to hold myself 2 BCH and if I sell my FORTH tokens, maybe even 4 BCH.

@RowanSkie

Imagine if BCH price is at $1000 eight now, and I can just buy Steam gift cards worth 0.05 BCH instead of 0.1 BCH. It'd be a dream come true.

@RowanSkie

Focus on being the best, not getting the most.

@RowanSkie

Hot take: I don't like the blue-ish design of the dark mode.

@RowanSkie

The best form of investment is not putting money but instead putting your hours into the item.

@RowanSkie

The middle mouse button is starting to malfunction. Some of my games are breaking apart. I need to clean my PC stat. And get myself newer equipment and a better way to dust things off.

@RowanSkie

So, guys, I might shift myself a few more BCH to ETH then probably do me some uh... selling FORTH tokens. Anyone wants to stop me and why? I'm all ears.

@RowanSkie

Do you know what's annoying? ETH. ETH is so damn slow these days.

@RowanSkie

Selling my remaining 50 FORTH wasn't worth it, I only get 1.5 BCH. Haha.

@RowanSkie

So, I had just taken notice we can actually just have a minimum payment of $10 in total. I was thinking of doing it for $100 but apparently not.

@RowanSkie

People always talk about how cryptocurrencies are an investment thing, and Bitcoin Cash, god bless its good yet "outdated" soul (based on 2018 reports), is still cash. So, when you find someone with a Bitcoin donation address, I suggest you actually ask for a Bitcoin Cash address, since there's a high chance those addresses are actually headed to centralized exchanges if you try anyway. It reminds me of a time I commissioned someone some art, but then the US can't really…

@RowanSkie

I sometimes forget that I have some money in the queued tips. Granted, I've placed it on $10, so it's all fine and dandy. I'll turn it back to $2 when the price dips $500 and $1 when it dips $250.

@RowanSkie

I did a stupid purchase just to get myself MGS V Experience and Bioshock the Collection.

@RowanSkie

You know, if I could only claim BAT without using Uphold, I would've gotten myself hundred dollars right now.

@RowanSkie

We really should have some sort of ability to tell all active users of Bitcoin Cash to use the coin so the price moves away from its pegging. That's how things will need to be. But hey, at least it dipped just after my shopping spree with Steam was over.

@RowanSkie

Know the fine print. It will save you later.

@RowanSkie

Why are my userbase full of Americans, haha. I've noticed more than usual that more people are actually liking my posts when it's night/afternoon here in the Phils.

@RowanSkie

Fun fact: If you cook something like popcorn or fries, the taste comes from the oil, not the potatoes.

@RowanSkie

Okay, for anyone who will go and ask if I'm a woman or not, here's my answer. Both names are used are unisex, but Skie is more used for males and I'm a guy.

@RowanSkie

Sometimes, the best form of happiness is when others around you are happy.

@RowanSkie

I wish a shitcoin takes over BTC for a few days. Make them feel the money, the greedy dorks.

@RowanSkie

How to Bitcoin Cash: 1. Buy Bitcoin Cash 2. Use Bitcoin Cash to buy other stuff 3. Spread how to use Bitcoin Cash 4. Buy Bitcoin Cash 5. Buy other stuff using Bitcoin Cash 6. Spread awareness 7. Repeat Did I do something wrong with the list?

@RowanSkie

I don't like how I'm addicted to squeezing the juice outta noise.cash with my $10 minimum payment. If I remove it, then the tips will soon be overwhelmed by the fees. Any good magic number while price is still swimming in $500? Seems like it's a magic stablecoin number for now.

@RowanSkie

So, on other news, I seem to notice most poasts these days, unless really unique, get 25-30 cents max. Need investigation, that one.

@RowanSkie

I'm gonna go and say that I turned my minimum payment to $5 because it's really hard to think about it.

@RowanSkie

Does it count as begging when you beg someone to stop tipping them?

@RowanSkie

You guys know that feeling where you have just found something nice, and it turns out that it will become a weird fad? Yeah, I had that with sea shanties and NFTs.

@RowanSkie

I'm honestly not too sure why people really like social media, but it's probably due to the fact that we can share our thoughts.

@RowanSkie

So, money. What does it really mean for you? Is it a store of value or a medium of exchange? Or just some odd way of getting the things you want (medium of exchange)? Because well, yeah. If you know what you're holding in your banks and your wallets, then you know how to properly spend them.

@RowanSkie

Has the next torch handler posted already? It's been four weeks.

@RowanSkie

It's hard to keep using BCH, considering the price has been eternally stuck with 2 mBCH = $1. I want to buy games, but the games are expensive...

@RowanSkie

I really like the privacy measures I've given myself. I've managed to confused people with my gender and managed to make a few people think I'm American.

@RowanSkie

Custodialism - What Wallet? Everyone always hears about how custodial wallets don't give you true privacy, and how wallets that use Lightning Network are always custodial. Everyone also knows how the early Bitcoin wallets purely let you have your own private keys, which meant they are non-custodial. What everyone these days know is why they should care about their private keys and who gets to hold them. This article is my thought piece on why you should have non-custodial…

@RowanSkie

Everyone resists change. It's how you stop resisting and accept that matters.

@RowanSkie

Does anyone know of a site that shows how many coins we have lost? Like for example, total number of unmoved Bitcoin since 2009?

@RowanSkie

It's really all about greed, on why you hold and spend on useless things. Considering I only have ~$1,500 due to the less than $500 price, I do have to admit I'm greedy. I want the money to turn $1,000 again so I can finally buy more things without spending too much.

@RowanSkie

So, that was an easy way to get some cash, tipping someone via QR code in return for a dollar. I wonder how many people actually held BCH for them to do it.

@RowanSkie

The greatest form of airdrop is the type of airdrop that actually makes you want to do things with the group itself. Giveaways where you actually interact with the group, stuff like that.

@RowanSkie

We should actually get some sort of tipping culture here.

@RowanSkie

I'd really rather not play BCH.games, but if it comes to it, only when I really need it. I don't really need it.

@RowanSkie

Explore page seems to be a mix of good posts and picture spam. >.>

@RowanSkie

Sometimes you look at your money and be like: "Why am I spending so much?" Then you check it again and find that your mental blocks of not wasting it past a certain point are there and you've forgotten to move it again. I'm now eternally having 3.25 BCH until something big happens.

@RowanSkie

The reason I created that last post is because I bought Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War just for the zombies.

@RowanSkie

There's a common joke that Python is a programming language used by tryhards because it's said to not be able to do what a C++ program does. So I had thought of making Lightning Network on BCH via Python. Someone slap me.

@RowanSkie

Today I just realized Joss Whedon also wrote for an animated movie called Atlantis: The Lost Empire, alongside Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron, Toy Story, and the Justice League.

@RowanSkie

I've decided to turn 2 BCH to flexUSD because this is going to be a long day.

@RowanSkie

I've gone and returned the flexUSD back to BCH. I hate when I flip minds, haha.

@RowanSkie

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is not fun when alone. Also I'm playing it for the zombies.

@RowanSkie

Another QR code tip competition again. Hmm. Sure?

@RowanSkie

You know what would be a problem with adoption? The fact that there are still more reasons to use fiat currencies than cryptocurrencies itself. One day, the price for Bitcoin Cash will simply freeze in spot while adoption metrics will soar because that's how cryptocurrency should work. No peg to the fiat, just pure usage.

@RowanSkie

I just realized those dollar rewards count as tips. They always clear my tip queue.

@RowanSkie

So I was feeling like trying out a certain function in Second Life, and decided to punch theough 0.03 BCH to Coins.ph and sent its PHP equivalent to PayMaya and use my PayMaya card. And I got to buy myself Linden Dollars. Wooo!

@RowanSkie

Sometimes I'm worried as everything around me on the Internet suddenly just stops moving. Is anyone there? Hello?

@RowanSkie

Some observations lately. There's actually more ~1MB blocks from BCH lately than BTC's ~1.4MB blocks. There's also the fact that BTC transaction count totals are starting to regress downward, making you wonder who were those people when the transaction counts were going up. The funny thing about our +1MB blocks is that they're all due to the miner not being able to find blocks in an hour, resulting in what is effectively 6 0.3 MB blocks into one, yet it still works…

@RowanSkie

Bitcoin Cash is meant to be spent. If you went and hearted someone because you wanted to tip them, go do it yourself with your own coins. It's better that way. You also ensure there's still a fund for other users.

@RowanSkie

Ever had that feeling that you should start breaking the BCH-USD and the BTC-BCH trading pair so BCH's price can rise while Bitcoin's price falls? Dunno. But hey! $400. Impressive.

@RowanSkie

As much as I want anyone to comment on my post like a normal being, I'm fine with silence while bots make the fund tip me. Not that I like it. It just feels unfair that I'm getting tips from that.

@RowanSkie

If BCH price goes back to $200, that also means that BTC's price went down $30,000, which meant that this bull run *is* different. So no, just hold.

@RowanSkie

Aiming for 3.6 BCH right now, considering 1 mBCH = 0.4 USD or 1 USD = 2.5 mBCH...

@RowanSkie

Nice. If you guys know what I mean, you're a (wo)man of culture.

@RowanSkie

Honestly, if BCH goes $500 the following weeks, it means that the prices are back at it. Which wouldn't make sense sometimes, because you know, volatility.

@RowanSkie

PayPal is giving away $5 to 40,000 users? Seems suspicious. I don't have it considering I don't have my National ID yet. :P

@RowanSkie

Honestly, I really, really want a way to use my BCH directly to a credit card. I don't like doing BCH Wallet -> Coins.ph -> PayMaya.

@RowanSkie

The fact that I'm 0.001 BCH away from 3.6 BCH and I want to actually went to sell 0.1 BCH back to PHP to pack my PayMaya so I can use its payment/credit card... ugh.

@RowanSkie

0.1 BCH = ~PHP2,125 apparently. I went and cashed in the extra PHP1,000 and stuck the rest to my PayMaya for doing credit card stuff.

@RowanSkie

Noise.cash feels feature-complete, but everyone knows it's still on development.

@RowanSkie

Sometimes, the best form of improving is to step back.

@RowanSkie

Consolidation isn't always bad. What's bad is when you have consolidated to the point that one person can shift everything in their favor.

@RowanSkie

I'm gonna go and move my BCH from Bitcoin.com to Paytaca now.

@RowanSkie

Know your limits, and you will be able to do more in full unlike being unlimited.

@RowanSkie

I don't really see the usage for trading, I have to admit. I'm not much of a trading person, I just use things.

@RowanSkie

One thing that I actually really don't like when having 1 BCH is that you're depriving billions of people 1 BCH, especially when there's only 21 million total one day.

@RowanSkie

So, something I've set up with my noise.cash is the fact that I've went and set it to one of my main wallet addresses now. Considering it's automatic, with a random chance due to what seems to be a 15-50 cent average tipped from noise.cash, it'll be easier to use when it's on one wallet. Plus I don't have to move it that much.

@RowanSkie

I just realized the people that I follow have 2000+ followers. Damn. Congratulations to all.

@RowanSkie

If you don't know this graph, then you're not a true gamer.

@RowanSkie

You know, one of the greatest things with BCH is that I can actually use it in some way or another. Although considering that I'm currently somehow hoarding BCH and ended up with 3.5 BCH meant that I must be doing something wrong. I might actually just pocket 2.5 BCH in some paper wallet for safekeeping, or maybe I'll spend all of it. I don't really like holding money that much.

@RowanSkie

Do you know what's really funny? There are too many crypto "traders" that don't even know why they're trading. I mean, sure, "to get money" is a good cause, but then if you do it on the stock market or foreign exchange, you get the same thing anyway. Is it due to the ease of use? Or the fact that Bitcoin wanted to be money for everyone, banked or unbanked otherwise, and the greedy took over? Or because the countries are alarmed at the growing rate of cryptocurrencies? Who…

@RowanSkie

The funny thing with noise.cash is that besides being an outlet of what I want to say, it also has an incentive to make others happy and get a reward in return. Of course, said reward will be there when I accumulated $10, considering I think it's really fun not to think about the reward sometimes.

@RowanSkie

Not exactly fond of Bitcoin Cash with the price of $500. Make it $1,000 by breaking Bitfinex, I'm fine with that. We really need to piss that exchange and make the anti-BCH whales leave BCH alone one way or another.

@RowanSkie

Being alone is not the best idea. Even if it takes millions who doesn't, there's still people who will help.

@RowanSkie

Look at this post in my profile. It's pinned.

@RowanSkie

So, how many pins can you do anyway? I managed to pin two posts now.

@RowanSkie

Damn those money-needing miners, we're reaching 2MB mempool and I need a certain transaction to confirm because CoinGate requires it >w<

@RowanSkie

What is it with school days when starting that are just simply boring?

@RowanSkie

Don't be concerned about the price dumps and price pumps. Be concerned about how much BCH you are spending when you buy/sell something.

@RowanSkie

Hmm... 1 mBCH is now apparently 0.47 USD. A few hours ago, it was 0.5 USD anyway. I can't spend that much >w<

@RowanSkie

You know, it has been a while since I actually did something interesting with this site. Though considering it's literally just "Twitter but everyone is a bunch of money-oriented folks that doesn't have a semblance of using things correctly", I think we need a lot more non-money wanters.

@RowanSkie

I've noticed a lot of malicious transactions with my PayMaya account lately. Does anyone know who is "KELLER WORKS LLC MO" and "Century Products-Web"?

@RowanSkie

I've gone and decided to paper wallet 2 BCH. Technically 2.00001 BCH, but still enough BCH for me to never touch again. And now, to try and get my remaining 1.25 BCH into at least 2 BCH.

@RowanSkie

Do you know what's weird? The bots trading against BCH. They're really wanting to push the price down. Like, seriously, BTC gets -1% and BCH goes -10% (exaggerated). Does anyone know how to prevent these bots from profiting via these methods?

@RowanSkie

CCTip is about to become a bit harder to use for us Telegram users, especially the SLP guys. Anyhow, not much for a good morning right now. Probably because I don't like wasting money on putting fees on things.

@RowanSkie

I really, really have no idea why but there are people here that I just can't understand with their grammar and stuff. If they're Filipinos, it's fine, I do understand Filipino/Tagalog too but... yeah.

@RowanSkie

Okay, so everything has some sort of KYC function. It's okay if you want to do it, but always make sure to know what company and where the company is based upon before you KYC. So... I need a national ID.

@RowanSkie

So I want to do a community experiment. Basically, you renoise this post with comment. After you renoise this post, your renoise must be renoised with comment. If it works, there should create some sort of chain that leads back to this post.

@RowanSkie

So, some photography tips. Don't point to anything and snap a picture. Make sure it's on the focus and nothing's ruining the view. If you can't take a picture, then you're not meant to take a picture. Know how to take a picture.

@RowanSkie

I suddenly remembered someone went and actually advertised FreeBitco.in on Second Life. Does anyone know a good way for me to buy Linden Dollars so I can advertise Bitcoin Cash?

@RowanSkie

You know, something I've realized is that we can break certain trading bots if we do a sudden bull signal for BCH, especially against BTC and USDT. I wonder why.

@RowanSkie

with 1 mBCH being $0.5, I can finally do transactions.

@RowanSkie

Sometimes, a dollar is all you need to survive. Unless you're in America, because of course, it's just a dollar.

@RowanSkie

In some form or another, everyone wants a reward. We grew up with the idea of doing good equals an award. Hmm...

@RowanSkie

So, apparently if a major altcoin pumps, it forces Bitcoin to pump which then goes back to the other altcoins. But if it's Bitcoin that pumps and dumps, everything follows. I don't like the bots.

@RowanSkie

Has anyone created some sort of program that calculates your transaction fees without actually doing a transaction? I just noticed it could be a nice way of knowing how much you'll pay in fees before you touch the coins themselves, especially when it's one big stack of 1 BCH and you don't have anything left for it.

@RowanSkie

We are gonna go and pummel the crowd. With science! And prices.

@RowanSkie

I don't know if everyone noticed, but for some odd reason, female models are more good in design and form than male models in video games. Probably just over-sexualization but hey, we did have lots of male player characters.

@RowanSkie

Hmm... I don't know what I should say atm. Kinda boring really.

@RowanSkie

To your enemies, you are a troll. To your allies, you are annoying. To your friends, you are a know-it-all. To yourself, you are still learning.

@RowanSkie

When I set my minimum payment to $10, I was expecting to get enough that it would still be -$500. And now we're at $525.

@RowanSkie

It's not easy being a college student, especially when there is already enough things that he does which is keeping them too busy. I might stop talking here for a while. Trying to stop, I mean. It's still a good place to unwind and watch things fly.

@RowanSkie

So, I remember the Bitboy Crypto account being deleted for a while, and how CryptoSorted posted it here. Turns out, not alone! Jim Browning and Psyched Substance also got hit by a hack and (apparently) accidentally deleted their accounts. And Jim Browning had just confirmed it's a scam attempt.

@RowanSkie

Internet's been stupid slow lately, haha. Anyhow, it seems like everyone is doing well, despite ECQ here in Pampanga specifically...

@RowanSkie

It's funny, I just realized most of the internet is built around sending packets of data, but these packets can't intersect with other packets of data especially when they're parts of a larger whole. Has anyone tried to solve that and make things faster without breaking a file?

@RowanSkie

Noise.cash is very slow today. Is something up? Infrastructure upgrade? Hmm.

@RowanSkie

SmartBCH is up, haha. Sadly it's currently on CoinFLEX until the BCH-SmartBCH bridge is up too. Let's all wait.

@RowanSkie

Site is stupidly slow somehow. How many are you are trying to do the QR code challenge!???
